New Age Of Summoners

Chapter 1254 - [Bonus ]System Doesn’t Like Demons

When Ajax swung his inheritance swords, a simple but sharp sword wave was generated that rushed towards Kal, the younger golden demon.

However, before it could hit Kal, his older brother rushed forwards and stood in front of him before activating his barrier.

ʼKachaʼ

However, just like before the barrier was unable to stop and the sword wave easily broke the barrier and made a deep cut on his body.

”Human, my little brother is young and doesnʼt know what he is doing. Please let him go, I will do whatever you ask me to do.”

Despite bleeding, Xal didnʼt bother to tend to his wound as he fell to his knees and asked Ajax to forgive Kal.

”Brother, you donʼt have to do this. If he wants to kill me, then just let him do it.”

Kal gritted his teeth as he shouted at his older brother.

”What if your foolishness gets your brother killed? What do you say about it?”

For Ajax seeing that demons who were supposed to not have such sentiments were always a surprising thing to do.

Nevertheless, he scoffed at Kal for his hot-headedness to rush into the fight.

”What?”

Just like Xal, who cared for his young brother, Kal also cared for his older brother. So, when he heard Ajaxʼs words, he dropped the demonic swords in his hand without any hesitation and fell to his knees just like Xal.

ʼ...ʼ

Ajax was a little speechless to see why these two demons had high emotional values compared to most humans.

”Why donʼt you suggest something in which I can get benefitted from not killing you?”

This was the first thought that came to Ajaxʼs head when he saw the two golden demons cared for each other.

However, that doesnʼt mean he should let them go because if they return, they might divulge everything that happened here that might change the demonsʼ plans and he would lose that surprise element in attacking the demons.

”We will swear…”

”I donʼt want your promise on the heavens or the demon god.”

Before the two golden demons could finish their words, Ajax rejected them without any hesitation.

”Letʼs do this.”

Seeing that the golden demons remained silent, Ajax could not waste any more time here as he directly said what he wanted.

”I want you to become my slaves and thatʼs the only way out for you.”

”What?”

”No way. We will never become the slaves of a human.”

The old brother Xal was shocked but he didnʼt reject Ajaxʼs suggestion directly; however, the younger demon Kal rejected it without any hesitation.

For him, it was better to die rather than become a slave to the human; however, his older brotherʼs thoughts said otherwise.

”Brother, why are you not saying anything? Donʼt tell me, you are seriously thinking about becoming his slave?”

Seeing that his older brother was not saying anything, Kal was shocked as he shouted at Xal.

”Just tell me your decision. I donʼt have all day just for you.”

Ajax urged them a little before he received some information that powerful golden demons started attacking them.

According to the intel, there were only four of them and they were not even working together; instead, they were fighting separately and taking on the different spirit beast armies and they were still able to stand while they were at it.

ʼThose four are the golden demon kings just like the ones in front of me. I need to kill them all soon and take care of the remaining four more golden demon kings that are going towards the mercenary guild.ʼ

Earlier, from Xal, Ajax learned about everything from the demonʼs plans to their sealed cultivation. So, he knew that the guild master and the other vagrant cultivators wouldnʼt stand a chance against these demon kings who had the peak level demonic law.

Moreover, all their skills and the battle experience were at King realm.

ʼKal, do you really want to die for the race?ʼ

ʼWhat do you think the other demons will do to us if we go back?ʼ

ʼWe should either hide for our entire lives.ʼ

ʼI think it is better to become this humanʼs slaves as I can tell this human is definitely not normal.ʼ

While Ajax was waiting for their decision, Xal tried to convince his little brother in becoming the humanʼs slave.

Even though he didnʼt want to see his little brother becoming the humanʼs slave, other than that, Xal didnʼt find any other way for Kal to survive their current situation.

ʼAnyway, we are just changing our masters. Previously, we are the slaves of the demon apostle who kills us even for a small mistake and right now, he will be having this human as our master.ʼ

ʼCompared to the demon apostle, I feel we will be treated much better under him compared to the demon apostle.ʼ

ʼOkay, Brother Xal. I will do as you say.ʼ

Finally, after hearing Xalʼs words, Kal decided to agree in becoming a humanʼs slave.

”Human, we will become your slaves and follow your orders without any hesitation.”

Once both the golden demon brothers decided to become Ajaxʼs slaves, they directly informed Ajax about their choice.

”Good.”

Ajax was satisfied with the golden demonsʼ decision and if they wasted some more time, he would have not bothered with their reply anymore and directly killed them.

…..

At the same time in Ajaxʼs head.

ʼDing,

The system suggests the host not to give a chance to the demons. Kill them.

ʼWhat the hell? Isnʼt it better to have the demon slaves? With them, I can easily get access to the demon worlds and other information.ʼ

Even though Ajax didnʼt know why the system was adamant about killing the demons, he didnʼt find any reason to kill them as of now.

Moreover, killing them would be a waste of two high-level king realm demons.

ʼDing,

The system doesnʼt like demons. So, please kill them; instead of accepting them as your slave. In return, the system can reward you with something.
