New Age Of Summoners

Chapter 897: Myths about the Tattoos

# Extra chapter

The chances of a special type ofo demon energy from one of the greater worlds in the five elemental world are very low when compared to the chances of its appearance due to intentionally throwing it here, which is very high.

So, Ajax wondered about it.

ʼI wonder if Master Ren knows about it.ʼ

Since Master Ren is a cultivator above the King realm, Ajax thought of asking him about the special demon energy.

However, for that, he needed to wait until he met Master Ren, which was definitely nowhere near.

”I give something in return for your special demon energy.”

Even though the tribe leader Deon used the special demon energy to attack him, he didnʼt have any intentions of killing Ajax back then and Ajax knew it.

So, he felt bad for absorbing the special demon energy into his body.

Moreover, he even got a new trump card that was the demonized form. So, he decided to give something to the tribe leader Deon.

”There is no need for anything in return, leader. Maybe it was fate that the special demon energy reached you through me.”

As for the tribe leader Deon, how could he have the guts to expect something from Ajax where Ajax nearly died in the process after absorbing his special demon energy.

So, he hurriedly shook his head.

”Donʼt worry. Even though it nearly cost me my life, I benefited from it. So, I will remember this one.”

Ajax revealed a slight smile and asked the tribe leader Deon to not worry about it.

”Thank you, leader.”

Hearing Ajaxʼs words, the tribe leader Deon felt relieved as he hurriedly thanked Ajax.

”Uncle Errol.”

Nodding his head at the tribe leader Deon, Ajax looked at the ghost fox tribe leader as he called him.

”Yes, leader.”

Errol replied as he waited for Ajaxʼs question.

When Errol addressed Ajax as ʼLeaderʼ, Ajax didnʼt stop him because he knew that Errol was adamant about calling him that. So, without bothering about it, he asked a question to both the tribe leaders.

”What is the use of these tattoos?”

When he asked the system about the uses of the tattoos on his hands, the system informed him that he had to find out about them on his own. So, he asked both the tribe leaders about the tattoos because they were the reason why the tattoos appeared on his hands.

”Th...this….I donʼt know, leader.”

Both the tribe leaders looked at the tattoos on Ajaxʼs hands and they were shocked before shaking their heads.

”Huh? You donʼt know? How is that possible?”

Ajax frowned when he heard the reply from the two tribe leaders.

”Leader, even though I donʼt know about the uses of the tattoos, I remember reading about them somewhere in one of my ancestorʼs records. If you give permission, I will order my elders to search for information on the tattoos.”

After seeing Ajaxʼs frown, the tribe leader Deon thought for a moment before remembering something about the tattoo.

”Sure. Go.”

Ajax nodded his head as he gave permission to the tribe leader Deon to work on it.

After receiving Ajaxʼs permission, the tribe leader rushed out of the room to order his elders to work on the information for the tattoos in their ancestorʼs records.

”What about you, Uncle Errol? Do you have any clue about it other than the fact it is related to your tribe?”

Seeing that the tribe leader Deon left the room, Ajax looked at Errol before asking him about the tattoos.

Since the tribe leader Deon remembered something, Ajax felt Errol must know something about it. So, he asked it while pointing at the transparent three-eyed foxʼs tattoo.

”During the destruction of my tribe, all the records and treasured items were destroyed. Even though I know something about them, I am not sure whether it was accurate or not.”

Errol tried to remember something and replied to Ajax with an uncertain look on his face.

”No problem. Just say what you remember.”

Ajax asked him to say whatever he knew about the tattoos. As for whether it was true or not, he could use the systemʼs ʼPay to know featureʼ to verify it.

”It is very rare for someone to get the tattoo of the tribe when the tribe acknowledges. So, we were shocked to see the tattoos on your hands, Master.”

Soon Errol started explaining what he knew about the tattoos, ”There were myths about the tattoos from the ancient times that they would give the ancient skills of the tribe. Some even said that the one who gets the tattoo might even turn into the true form of that tribe.”

ʼWhat?ʼ

Ajax was shocked when he heard Errolʼs words.

”Master, just like I said, they are myths. As for whether they were true or not, I donʼt know about it.”

Seeing that shocked look on Ajaxʼs face, Errol hurriedly informed Ajax.

ʼHmmʼ

Controlling his emotions, Ajax nodded his head and acted nonchalantly before asking the system in his head, ʼSystem, use the ʼPay to knowʼ tab to confirm whether the statements said? by Errol are true or false.ʼ

Since the system asked him to find out on his own, Ajax found out something; however, he wanted to confirm it with the system.

So, he asked the system hoping it would give a reply to him.

ʼDing,

The host canʼt use the systemʼs help regarding the tattoos of the tribe. He should confirm what he learned on his own.

However, the system coldly rejected his request to use the ʼPay to knowʼ feature and asked him to find out on his own.

ʼSighʼ

Seeing that, Ajax could not help but shake his head and silently thought, ʼI hope the tribe leader Deon finds something useful about the tattoos from his ancestorʼs records.ʼ

ʼAs for the myths, I hope it becomes true, then I will have another trump card while fighting my enemies.ʼ

Ajax was quite excited about the myths and hoped them to be true.
