Chapter 3955: Cruelty On The Battlefield

Editor: Henyee Translations

The battlefield was cruel. They might survive, but they also might be wiped out.

Their lives would never be left to their enemies. Hence, whether these people were innocent or not was not a consideration. The most important thing was to ensure that the entire mission could be carried out smoothly.

Also, how innocent could a person with a gun be?

The firepower in the village was strong enough. T6 touched the mortars beside his feet and smiled. “There are still mortars. I’ll keep them. They might be useful.”

Almost everyone in this village with more than 200 people had guns. As for them, they had more than 20 people. They should have some heavy firepower against a village with more than 200 people.

Z7 took down a fellow who was preparing to go over to his sentry post. He said in a low voice, “Stay and prepare for the second wave of clearing. I’ll catch up with them.”

“Damn it, it was brought forward? The previous shifts were always at 12:00 am.” The scout from the Cloud Leopard Commando Brigade said in a tense voice, “It’s 10:00 pm now. Why was it brought forward?”

“There’ll be the occasional exception. It’s alright even if the timing was brought forward. The sentries now are all our men.” X, who was in charge of covert sentry no. 4, smiled as he spoke. However, his gaze was cold as he looked around. It flickered with a sword-like chill.

“The three machine gunners are also in position. How’s the situation on the female soldier’s side?” The female soldier G3 was referring to was Ye Jian. They were all on the public channel. They were careful and didn’t say Ye Jian’s codename in front of the members of the Cloud Leopard Commando Brigade.

As for themselves, they all went by letters and numbers. They sounded like rough codenames.

That was right, their codenames were so crude.

“I’ll wait for her target to appear before cutting off the power and taking action. Unfortunately, we have to kill that bastard with one shot. We can’t even torture him properly.” V8, who was holed up in the power station, held his gun and said with a regretful expression. His gaze was as fierce and cold as a wild beast as he looked in front of him. “Hurry up and find the drug warehouse. Use the mortars in T6’s hand to finish it off. It’ll be cleaner.”

“We’ve probably found it…” His comrade, X, rubbed his hands that were frozen by the cold air and stared at the heavy steel door that was opened by a combination lock. He replied in a low voice, “Underground cold storage, mixed steel door. It’s about ten centimeters thick. It has bulletproof functions, a combination lock, and mortars.”

X’s hands touched the cold hybrid steel door. He used his fingers to wipe his nose that was about to freeze from the cold. His gaze landed on the password lock again.

“There’s an alarm device on the lock. If the alarm goes off, the entire village will know. I think we should settle it with mortars. This place is a little cold. I’m afraid of the cold. I’ll leave first.”

“F*ck, is your period here? Why are you afraid of the cold?” Y, who was in charge of guarding, refuted him. “Come out quickly. There’s movement outside.”

Hearing this, X hunched his back and retreated from the tunnel that was about 20 meters away. Then, he crawled out from the entrance to the tunnel and saw Y approaching the door of the room. Footsteps came from outside the door. They were getting closer and closer…

They jumped and hid. At the same time, they guarded the door. When the door was pushed open, three people entered.

The soldiers closed the door and pressed the newcomers down. They killed them with one move. They worked together to kill the three people.

Someone had to guard this place. If other people came over and saw that their companions were all gone, everyone would be exposed!

The drugs were found too. The Xueyu unit was in charge of clearing them. Now, they were just waiting for Ye Jian.

Ye Jian, who was hiding near the wooden house, saw the Western man who seemed to have a good relationship with her man walking over and standing beside him.
