The Fierce Farm Girl Has A Secret Space

Chapter 2027: Chapter 2027: Licentious Acts (5)

Mark came to find Yang Ruxin just after they had eaten vegetarian dishes; no one doubted Yang Ruxin’s cooking skills at all.

”Madam, something has happened at home.”

”Let’s go.” Yang Ruxin understood immediately, hurriedly bid farewell to the two monks, and rushed back to the city.

Master Puji and Master Qing Lian stood at the mountain gate watching Yang Ruxin’s departing figure, unable to suppress a sigh.

”If Gu Qingheng were from the Imperial Family, maybe the dynasty would be changed.”

Master Qing Lian smiled silently, for in this world there is never an ’if’.

In the Gu Residence’s main hall.

When Yang Ruxin entered, she saw Gu Qingheng sitting in the chief seat drinking tea, while one man and two women were kneeling on the ground—the women were Hong Yi and Lun Yi, and the man was the servant Arong.

”What’s going on?” Yang Ruxin sat down beside Gu Qingheng, shocked, and asked.

Instead of pleading, Hong Yi and Lun Yi trembled all over.

Arong shouted that he was wronged.

Yang Ruxin glared at him, frightening him into silence.

”They...” Gu Qingheng seemed unable to continue speaking and looked to the side, ”Nanny Lou, you tell us.”

”Madam.” Nanny Lou also wore a look of disgust. Hearing Gu Qingheng call her, she hurriedly knelt down. ”It was my failure to manage the courtyard.” She was the manager nanny, responsible for overseeing these matters, and she felt particularly hateful toward Hong Yi for being so restless.

”I want to know what exactly happened.” Yang Ruxin’s expression darkened. ”As for who is right or wrong, I will judge after hearing it all.”

”It was like this...” Nanny Lou swallowed and explained the course of events in a few words.

Today, Gu Qingheng returned from court earlier, and after he came back, Hong Yi and Lun Yi came to serve him. Then, for some reason, unpleasant noises suddenly came from the room. As it happened, the General came from outside and found Arong, Lun Yi, and Hong Yi in Hengxin Pavilion engaging in debauchery...

”Hehe...” Yang Ruxin laughed indignantly, ”What a grand spectacle indeed.” Then she looked at the three people kneeling, ”Why don’t you tell me what happened yourselves?”

”I’m innocent.” Arong shouted again.

”Explain how you’re innocent then?”

”I met the General in the yard, who sent me to Hengxin Pavilion to fetch the treasure sword to the study. But just as I entered the room...” Arong explained anxiously, ”I didn’t know anything after that...”

”You didn’t know anything?” Yang Ruxin raised an eyebrow slightly, ”That’s quite the convenient excuse.”

Arong flushed with anxiety.

”And you two?” Yang Ruxin looked at Hong Yi and Lun Yi, ”I have not been unfair to you. If you truly like someone, you can tell me, and I’ll prepare dowries for you to marry, but doing this...”

”I’m wronged!” Hong Yi suddenly gritted her teeth and said harshly, ”It was Arong who came in and harassed us...”

”You’re lying...”

”You’re the one lying.” Lun Yi also nodded hastily, ”You know martial arts, we don’t. How could we fight you?” At this point, claiming innocence was unrealistic, so pushing the blame might spare their lives.

”Hehe.” Yang Ruxin laughed twice again, ”You each have your own side, and I don’t know what to do. Moreover, you were all bestowed upon me, so let’s report it to the authorities.”
