The Fierce Farm Girl Has A Secret Space

Chapter 363: Chapter 363: Just Kidding (Part 1)_1

”You’re the wild child here.” Little Zhou Ying wasn’t pleased and suddenly shouted, ”We’re not...”

”You little beast.” Yang Baihui frowned, took a step forward, and unexpectedly, slapped her across the face, ”How dare you yell at me? I’ll teach you a lesson today...”

Zhou Ying was terrified and froze with her eyes wide open.

Zhou Xiao was even more terrified. He stepped forward and pulled his sister behind him, but he couldn’t dodge in time, and Yang Baihui’s slap landed on his face.

The little guy stumbled, and his face immediately swelled up.

Only then did Little Zhou Ying react. Seeing her brother getting hit while protecting her, she suddenly burst into tears, ”Don’t hit my brother... you bad woman...”

Yang Ruxin had already suppressed her anger a few times by taking deep breaths, but upon seeing Yang Baihui raise her hand, the rage became uncontrollable. As the other’s arm raised again, she lunged forward with quick steps, grabbed the wrist, and with a forceful yank combined with a kick to Yang Baihui’s knee, she sent her crashing down to the ground, in a kneeling position.

”You...” Yang Baihui’s knees ached from the fall and she couldn’t get back up right away. She could only turn to sit on the ground, looking incredulously at Yang Ruxin, ”You dare to hit me?”

”I respect you as an elder, but don’t push it.” Yang Ruxin looked coldly at Yang Baihui, ”I’m not even afraid of your parents; do you think I’d be afraid of you? Let me tell you, everyone in this family is my kin, people I must protect. Try touching them again and see what happens?”

Yang Baihui felt a chill in her heart, remembering what her mother had told her about this girl almost chopping them with a knife. She immediately regretted her impulsive actions. Impulsiveness often led to trouble. All she could do was to try to calm herself down and then she struggled to get up, forcing a smile, ”Look at you, kid; Sanni was just playing with you. Who knew the child wouldn’t dodge? Look at you, taking it seriously...”

Now it was Yang Ruxin’s turn to be surprised. Sanni’s capacity to restrain herself was truly strong, and her speed at changing expressions was even faster. But... it only made Yang Ruxin more cautious. She then smiled slightly, ”So Sanni was joking, huh...” And suddenly she raised her hand and gave Yang Baihui a slap across the face.

The sound was strikingly loud.

”You...” Yang Baihui was dazed by the slap again.

”Sanni, see? I was only joking with you just now,” said Yang Ruxin, shaking the hand that hurt from the slap, while wearing a skin-deep smile as she looked at Yang Baihui, ”You didn’t even dodge, haha!”

Zhou Xiao, though he had been slapped, didn’t cry. But now, seeing Yang Ruxin standing up for him and his sister, even going so far as to slap an elder, tears started streaming down his face.

”Yang Dani!” Yang Baihui, truly infuriated, suddenly bellowed.

Yang Ruxin spread her hands out, ”Sanni, you also want to try the feeling of being chopped?” she said, giving Sanni a meaningful glance.

Sanni understood and went over to the corner to pick up the firewood-chopping knife, ”Sister, the kitchen knife is for cooking. It’s a waste to use it to chop people.”

The corner of Yang Ruxin’s mouth twitched. Sanni was absolutely godsend in aiding her cause.

Yang Baihui’s face went pale, ”You...” She hurriedly took several deep breaths, then managed to twist her mouth into a smile. But Yang Ruxin’s slap had been hard, so the corner of her mouth was torn. When she tried to smile, it hurt so much she inhaled sharply, and it took her a long while to regain her composure, ”Dani, it really was just a joke.”
