I'm Secretly the Father of the Yandere Villainess's Daughter

In the early morning of the next day, a towering magical tower stood in a vital location within the royal capital. The giant teleportation gate flashed with a brilliant glare, and a woman emerged from the blinding light. She wore a wide-brimmed hat and dark sunglasses concealed her eyes. Walking with sheer elegance and allure, she dragged her rolling suitcase behind her as she moved smoothly through the crowds of travelers.

This was Roselina, who had just arrived. She inhaled the air of the Holy Kingdom with a deep sense of nostalgia, since two full years had passed since her departure after she married and left to settle down at her husband’s distant residence.

Roselina stepped outside the magical tower with an elegant stride. Her beautiful appearance naturally drew everyone’s attention because she exuded a distinct royal aura. She stood outside the tower and observed the crowds of companions reuniting everywhere and embracing their loved ones after long absences. She looked left and right, expecting, as a prominent high-society lady from the ancient Duke Auster family, to find a luxury reception with a fleet of extravagant magical carriages and a uniformed servant bowing exaggeratedly before her in a manner fitting her high status.

Instead, she faced a sudden shock when she found a tall man standing before her. A dark scarf covered half of his face, and he held a plain wooden board with cold detachment, with her name written upon it.

Roselina scoffed in sheer annoyance and spoke in a threatening tone, ”Did my despicable brother send you? You are a wretched, dry servant, just like him! Hah, he definitely did this on purpose because yesterday I exposed some of his shameful childhood secrets and embarrassed him in front of his little daughter!”

She made a silent promise in her angry mind that when she met Amelia again, she would tell her every single one of Cain’s scandals. Furthermore, when she met his wife Lucy, she would inform her immediately about Cain’s past and how he repeatedly begged his personal MCF for marriage during his childhood!

She had no idea that the man standing before her was Matthew, who was truly weary of life. As a half-human and half-shadow creature who had carved his path through rivers of blood to achieve the terrifying Royal Level, he should by destiny be a supreme ruler of the Shadow Race in the Celestial Continent. Instead, he worked as a private driver and a delivery man for his master’s family, transporting his master’s sister and enduring her insults.

Honestly, Matthew had lost his passion, and his desire for power and wars had vanished long ago, which brought him deep sadness and fueled his depression. His old self was ambitious and constantly sought ultimate power, but now that he was powerful enough, he only thought about finding a diplomatic way to ask Cain for a vacation so he could go to the Dark World to relax for a while.

However, his hopes for a vacation were instantly crushed early in the morning when the cold voice of Cain reached him, saying, ”Oh, Matthew... Go and fetch my sister from the magical tower and bring her to the palace immediately. After that, I want you to repair the training hall’s ceiling that was destroyed yesterday.”

Matthew sighed deeply and burned his vacation request right in his hand. Now, he stood holding the pathetic wooden board while his master’s sister called him wretched. The old Matthew would have acted instantly to sever the head of anyone who disrespected him in a fraction of a second, but now he simply ignored it.

Matthew activated his shadow magic, and in the blink of an eye, he transported Roselina and her luggage to the beachside palace with miraculous speed that distorted the surrounding space heavily. Roselina stared at him in utter amazement, then smiled with satisfaction.

”You seem like an efficient and fast servant despite your suspicious appearance. Take this magical dimensional ring filled with gold coins and go immediately to buy the best and finest toys for young girls in the market. Since I do not know exactly what my niece likes, buy everything you see anyway! When you return, I will reward you with more money, or perhaps I will introduce you to one of the beautiful maids who work in my palace... Go now!”

Roselina turned with immense pride and entered the palace gates. Matthew stood in his place and remained silent without showing any facial expression at all, though a single tear of sorrow fell from his eye as he began to curse the entire Auster family in his mind, of course. Every single member of this accursed family was baffling because they never knew exactly what they wanted, and they all possessed the same infuriating habit of saying: ”Just buy everything!” He cursed them and cursed their abundant wealth, then vanished into the shadows, drowning in his own silent fury.

Cain and Amelia stood at the inner palace gate waiting for her arrival. Roselina advanced with calm, elegant steps, and Cain initiated the greeting in a calm tone to soften the atmosphere, saying, ”How are you, my sister? And why didn’t your husband Michael come with you?”

But Roselina ignored Cain’s existence completely and treated him like thin air. She moved instantly toward little Amelia, who stood right beside him, and pounced upon her with immense force to embrace her violently. She lifted the child high into the air, completely submerging her in her warm hug, and spun around the area while laughing loudly.

”Yaaah!... This is a wonderful and amazing feeling, and I am finally an aunt! Finally, my unconscionable brother Cain did something good and beautiful in his pathetic life!”

Cain stood in his place and swallowed the insults silently as he listened to himself being called unconscionable directly to his face without possessing any right to respond or defend himself. He had spent the previous night planning and trying to fix everything before her arrival to prevent her from ruining his arrangements, but all his efforts vanished like dust in the wind. He tried to control his nerves and maintain his facial expressions, hoping that Roselina wouldn’t act like the ”best aunt in the universe” everywhere.

But after thirty minutes of sitting in the palace salon, Cain realized that wishes belong only to fantasy and that reality in his family loved to be harsh and extremely embarrassing.

Roselina opened her magical bag, and it turned out that clothes occupied only a small section while the remaining space was heavily packed with numerous dimensional rings lined up in perfect order. The father and daughter stared in shock at this stunning sight.

When Roselina activated the first dimensional ring, immense and countless quantities of luxurious clothes erupted. They were designed for young girls of all ages, and every single piece was heavily embroidered with prominent golden threads that read: [From the best aunt to the best niece in the world], with the name [Amelia] written in a bold, sweeping font across all the garments!

A single drop of cold sweat descended from Cain’s face as he monitored this insane demonstration, but his pride prevented him from breaking down because he believed this wasn’t enough to shake his stability, though he was completely wrong.

The moment Roselina opened the second dimensional ring, dozens of artistic paintings emerged, signed by the famous painters and artists of the continent, and the text on them was clear: ”Aunt Roselina loves Amelia...”

Worse than that, a massive painting appeared where Roselina was depicted wearing a superhero costume and slapping Cain forcefully across the face, while she held little Amelia’s hand with immense tenderness. Below the painting, a bold, provoking caption was written

” aunt is always better than a father... Remember that well, little one!”

Cain froze in his place as a terrifying gleam ignited within his eyes.

He almost summoned his forbidden, eternal fires to incinerate all these insulting paintings and clothes to turn them into ashes scattered by the wind, but when he turned his gaze and observed Roselina’s genuinely happy and joyful expressions and the bright laugh filling her face as she embraced the child, he sighed deeply and decided to step back, swallowing his intense fury out of pure love for his sister.
