Chapter 28: Chapter 28 Earth Element Beast Chapter 28: Chapter 28 Earth Element Beast “Captain!”

Several City Guards hiding near the Earth Element Beast saw Xiao Yong bringing back two students who were still in shock.

They quickly approached to greet them.

Xiao Yong nodded and threw out the two students he was carrying.

“Take them back to the camp.

Also, announce the information about the Earth Element Beast and warn those without sufficient strength to stay away.”

Xiao Yong grumbled, “How long has it been?

Three or four dozen students have been eliminated already.

They are fine, but I am exhausted!”

Xiao Yong spoke bluntly.

Even though they knew this was a BOSS and most likely not simple, many students still approached out of curiosity without proper observation.

As a result, they were detected and immobilized by the Earth Element Beast’s Elemental Magnetism Pressure from afar, leading to their elimination.

If this wasn’t a trial, it wouldn’t be just an elimination for these students.

It would mean “death.”

“Not a shred of caution.

Completely worthless!” Xiao Yong cursed as he turned around.

“I’ll continue to monitor the Earth Element Beast.

You guys stay alert.

The trial is almost over.

Even though there is a death indicator, it’s best if nothing unexpected happens.”

“Yes, Captain!”

…

On the other side,

The Earth Element Beast lost its target and the vicious light in its eyes intensified.

Its two sturdy forehooves stomped heavily on the ground, appearing extremely irritable!

“It’s time to step in, kill the Earth Element Beast, and obtain the ‘Elemental Magnetism Pressure!ʼ” Su Yuan’s eyes focused as he walked out from behind the tree.

The irritable Earth Element Beast immediately sensed it.

It suddenly twisted its body, glaring angrily at Su Yuan with its slightly red eyes.

“So perceptive.” Su Yuan frowned slightly.

Regarding Bronze Level Elites, Su Yuan would never underestimate them.

Although he killed the Green Flame White Wolf during winter break, Su Yuan knew very well that this did not mean he was stronger than a Bronze Level Elite.

He succeeded that time because Zhuang Xun, who was not weak, completely distracted the Green Flame White Wolf, allowing him to seize the opportunity to kill it with the Transformation Realm Steel Flame Finger.

Moreover, the combat ability of the Earth Element Beast in front of him was far stronger than the Green Flame White Wolf!

The Earth Element Beast roared and charged at Su Yuan with its four black hooves.

Su Yuan also did not intend to avoid it, engaging with Wind Walking.

To really understand the Earth Element Beast’s strength, he needed to experience it firsthand.

As they rapidly approached, the Earth Element Beast’s body suddenly flashed with light.

“Here it comes!”

Su Yuan was already on alert.

A gust of wind instantly erupted beneath his feet.

He used Wind Walking to swiftly dodge to the side!

“Thunk!”

A bird that had just flown above Su Yuan suddenly plunged to the ground, shattering into pieces without a drop of blood splattering.

Su Yuan felt that the space around him seemed to undergo some invisible change that could not be discerned by his eyes.

“It can be dodged!”

Su Yuan’s eyes lit up as he dodged to the side.

By observing how the Earth Element Beast utilized Elemental Magnetism Pressure to cover the two students, Su Yuan discovered that although Elemental Magnetism Pressure was invisible, it could be detected by the gray light on the Earth Element Beast’s body.

Since Elemental Magnetism Pressure was a range skill, he could possibly avoid it by moving quickly enough.

Indeed, it seemed possible.

By reacting swiftly and using Transformation Realm’s Wind Walking, he successfully dodged the Elemental Magnetism Pressure!

Although this approach felt like dancing on a knife’s edge, Su Yuan had a backup plan if he ever got caught in the Elemental Magnetism Pressure.

The Earth Element Beast seemed surprised that Su Yuan had managed to dodge its Elemental Magnetism Pressure.

After a brief hesitation, it became outraged and prepared to use it again.

At this moment, a black figure suddenly dashed from the side.

It was Fang Kun, a top special recruit of Yizhong!

With a black aura swirling around his shiny silver large blade, Fang Kun charged ahead of Su Yuan, reaching the Earth Element Beast first, and fiercely slashed down.

“Black Tiger Strong Strike!”

With a spurt of fresh blood, the slash left a near-foot-long wound on the Earth Element Beast’s left side!

Fang Kun frowned, seeming dissatisfied with this outcome.

The Earth Element Beast, in pain, turned around furiously and kicked at Fang Kun.

Fang Kun quickly raised his large blade to block in front of him.

With a “bang,” he was kicked several meters away.

However, Fang Kun did not fall.

After taking a few deep breaths, he recovered.

Such robust physical strength naturally came from his Soul Card—double C in strength and physique, the Furious Tiger!

“Roar!!”

This attack suddenly made Fang Kun the primary target.

The Earth Element Beast abandoned Su Yuan, gray light flowing on its body as it prepared to use Elemental Magnetism Pressure on Fang Kun.

At this moment, a blazing white light as thick as a washbasin shot over from the side, causing the Earth Element Beast to stagger.

The Elemental Magnetism Pressure was interrupted.

Crackling electricity danced and sparkled on the Earth Element Beast’s body, continually causing stiffness and sustained Thunder Element damage.

Su Yuan and Fang Kun looked up to see Chen Jiujun walking over from a distance with an indifferent expression.

When he saw Su Yuan, Chen Jiujun frowned and said blandly, “Su Yuan, you’re only at the Eighth Stage.

How dare you come here to face the Earth Element Beast?”

“Su Yuan…

so that’s Su Yuan?” Fang Kun’s eyes flashed with surprise as he turned his head to scrutinize Su Yuan again.

“Is this the person Zhuang Xun mentioned, and he’s only at the Eighth Stage?”

“Well, dodging Elemental Magnetism Pressure with speed is something I can’t even do.

Maybe…

Zhuang Xun wasn’t exaggerating!”

Thinking of Zhuang Xun’s assessment of Su Yuan, Fang Kun narrowed his eyes, looking at Su Yuan with much more seriousness.

“Does one have to be at the Ninth Stage to come here?” Su Yuan chuckled lightly, not paying much attention to Chen Jiujun’s words.

“We are both Star Apprentices, not much different.

This place isn’t a ‘Ninth Stage exclusive’ area.”

“Not much different?

How arrogant…”

Chen Jiujun sneered, shaking his head dismissively.

An Eighth Stage novice Star Apprentice dared to compare himself to Chen Jiujun?

Even Jiang Jun wouldn’t qualify!

“Roar!!”

The Earth Element Beast had cleared itself of the crackling lightning at this point.

Annoyed at being ignored, it roared once again.

How dare you!

Three insignificant beings dare to ignore my presence!

Although the three of them were observing and communicating, they were continuously alert to the Earth Element Beast.

Su Yuan didn’t know about the other two, but he had personally experienced the prowess of a Bronze Level Elite Star Beast!

Upon hearing the roar, Su Yuan immediately heightened his vigilance.

“Whoever kills it, gets it!”

Fang Kun shouted as he once again charged towards the Earth Element Beast.

Su Yuan also used Wind Walking, holding his long blade, and rushed in.

Chen Jiujun watched the two rushing towards the Earth Element Beast with slight disdain in his eyes.

“Warriors are so brainless.

All they can do is charge forward, but it saves me the trouble of fighting, giving me ample time to set up Thunder Strike Seals!”

Chen Jiujun also moved, maneuvering around the battlefield to start setting up one Thunder Strike Seal after another.
