Urban Divine Doctor Descends the Mountain

Chapter 949: Chapter 949 This is the Consequence

Manager Wen was breaking out in a cold sweat at that moment.

He finally understood.

Damn, the person his unfilial son had provoked at the hotel was actually Master Lin! Not the ’waiter’ with no background or status he had claimed.

”Unfilial son!!!” Manager Wen roared furiously. He had thought that his son Wen Jie had only messed up the evening banquet.

He had believed that he could fix it himself.

He had even brought him here again to meet Master Lin, hoping to groom him.

But who would have expected, this unfilial son had caused such a disaster.

The person he had provoked at the hotel was actually Master Lin!

That was Master Lin!

Now, not even the King of Heaven would be of any use.

”Kneel down!!!”

Without any hesitation, Manager Wen yelled furiously at Wen Jie.

Subconsciously, Wen Jie ’thudded’ to the ground, kneeling before Master Lin.

He was truly terrified out of his wits.

As if his soul had been scared away!

He didn’t even know what to say to beg for mercy; just subconsciously, upon hearing his dad’s command to ’kneel’, he did so like a puppet being manipulated.

As for what he should do after kneeling, his mind was a complete blank; he had no idea.

”Master Lin, this unfilial son, this unfilial son deserves a million deaths!”

”Master Lin, watch me break this unfilial son’s leg.”

This was the moment Manager Wen needed to make amends.

It wasn’t just about securing the cooperation with Master Lin anymore.

There was another consideration.

Even if they couldn’t cooperate with Master Lin, they couldn’t afford to offend him either.

So it was necessary for Wen Jie to properly apologize.

Mere kneeling clearly wasn’t enough.

There had to be other punishments.

Seeing that Master Lin did not speak, Manager Wen went over, picked up a Yuan Dynasty vase from the private room next door.

It was an antique.

Manager Wen now held the vase with the intention of using it to break his son Wen Jie’s leg.

”This vase is worth 50 million. If you smash it, you’ll have to pay!” Lin Dong merely said this.

Manager Wen got the point; doing this was significant.

”Pay, I’ll pay double!”

After saying this, Manager Wen, holding the vase, approached his son and then swung it heavily at his right leg.

”Ouch...” Wen Jie let out a scream like a wail of grief, but he didn’t dare to resist.

And Manager Wen, without stopping, continued to smash the vase down onto his son’s right leg.

”Unfilial son, I am breaking your leg!”

He cursed while he smashed.

Although it pained him, too, he had to do it at this time. Otherwise, the Wen family would be finished.

Lin Dong watched silently.

So did Wu Ming, Xiao Ya, and the others.

At this moment, watching Lin Dong, who had not said a word from start to finish and was just keeping a cold face, they felt an inexplicable chill rise within them.

They had just thought that Lin Dong was a reasonable person, not as rumored.

But now, they had changed their opinion again.

”Master Lin isn’t easy to talk to; he is easy to talk to with acquaintances. As for those who have provoked him, he is not the least bit easy to talk to,” Xiao Ya thought.

This was also the shared sentiment of Wu Ming and He Sihai.

Lin Dong coldly watched as Manager Wen smashed his son Wen Jie’s right leg for a good ten minutes, to the point where the leg was mangled, and his son fell unconscious due to excessive blood loss.

Only then did he speak up:

”The ground has been dirtied!”

”Hurry up and take him away, and never let me see him in any part of Dragon Country ever again.”

Hearing this, Manager Wen finally stopped.

He quickly bowed to Lin Dong.

”Thank you, Master Lin, for your magnanimity. I guarantee you won’t see Wen Jie in Dragon Country ever again,” he knew that he had to send Wen Jie overseas after this.

And that leg, it was beyond saving.

This was the punishment for Wen Jie today.

It was a severe punishment, but Manager Wen felt somewhat relieved.

At least, Master Lin wouldn’t hold this against them any longer, and their entire Wen family had survived.

As for seeking cooperation with Master Lin and wanting to buy his Dan medicines, Manager Wen knew that wouldn’t happen today.

He then bowed again to Master Lin, ”Master Lin, I will personally clean this filthy ground.”

Lin Dong didn’t respond, but instead, he said to Wu Ming, Xiao Ya, and the others:

”Let’s go to the ’Phoenix’ suite to discuss business. You guys were saying earlier that you wanted to buy Dan medicines from me?” With that, Lin Dong took the lead, walking out of the ’Emperor’ suite and heading for the ’Phoenix’ suite next door.

Wu Ming, Xiao Ya and the others hurried to follow.

The ’Emperor’ suite was left to Manager Wen and his son alone.

Manager Wen hastily had someone take Wen Jie to the Hospital and instructed them that, as soon as Wen Jie’s bleeding stopped, he should immediately be sent overseas and never be allowed to set foot in Dragon Country again in his life.

As for himself, he borrowed a mop from the General Manager and began to clean the ’Emperor’ suite.

The General Manager had clearly seen the miserable condition of the Wen father and son.

Especially Wen Jie, whose right leg was being carried out, bloodied and unconscious; he breathed a sigh of relief.

Watching Wen Sen clean the floor and seeing Wen Jie being carried away, he muttered to himself:

”This, this is the consequence of offending Master Lin!”
