[BL] After SSS-rank mage reborn as the Legendary Craftsman

Two days passed in the blink of an eye.

Kei hardly left his private room, devoting all his time in the room to working with the black soil inside the spatial ring.

Aside from eating and resting, he spent most of his time focused on arranging the herbs that Kang Ian had brought into the space inside the ring, after all Kei did not feel safe leaving these herbs outside, if they died due to the poor living environment it would be a real pity.

Each Blood Leaf, Silver Moon Flower and other types of herbs disappeared from the room one by one, then appeared on the vast black soil inside that world.

The repetitive work made Kei tired, but thanks to that he gradually calmed down from the thoughts that kept tearing at his mind.

At least, every time he remembered Kang Ian’s kiss, he was no longer as panicked as before.

Kei still felt confused.

Still did not understand why Kang Ian suddenly did that, Kei thought that Kang Ian always came to bother him because he hated Kei.

But then two days was enough time for the initial burning emotions to settle down. He could think more clearly, instead of just blushing and hiding in his room every time he remembered his face.

Being kissed by Kang Ian once, just treat it as being bitten by a dog, why think so much!

Just thinking that way, Kei immediately felt much more at ease.

After the last plant was placed in the ground, Kei closed his eyes to check the situation inside the space.

The plot of land that originally only had one Blood Leaf now had many more types of herbs. Leaves of various colors swayed in the wind carrying mana, not a single plant had died because it could not adapt to the new environment.

Kei was a bit surprised.

He had originally prepared himself mentally for some plants not being able to survive. Even though the soil was fertile, this place was still a completely different space from the outside. Yet these herbs not only did not wither, but grew even better than when they were first brought in.

”It seems the mana in the air really does have the effect of nurturing and nourishing these plants taken from the Dungeon.”

Actually there was nothing strange about it, most of these herbs grew in the Dungeon because the inside of the Dungeon was rich in energy, and in this world mana was also a type of energy, it should have a good effect on herbs.

Kei looked at the plants before his eyes, then his gaze stopped on a Blood Leaf.

If he just planted them and waited for harvest, who knew how long it would take. Moreover, five Blood Leaf plants could not meet the potion crafting needs of the Crying Ghost Guild and other hunters in the city.

Kei needed to propagate them, and of course as a mage, the easiest farming method was...

He slowly raised his hand.

”[Promote Growth].”

The mana in Kei’s body immediately fluctuated.

A pale green light enveloped the Blood Leaf. Right after that, Kei felt a portion of the mana in his body being drawn away, nearly one tenth of his current mana.

Kei frowned slightly.

This E-rank Wood element magic consumed more than he thought. Fortunately it was still within the range of low-tier magic he could use at this time, otherwise propagating herbs would become extremely difficult.

He did not take his eyes off the plant that had just received the magic.

The Blood Leaf began to grow at a speed visible to the naked eye. The stem stretched upward, the dark red leaves expanded, then a flower bud quickly appeared in the middle of the foliage.

The flower bud was blooming.

The Blood Leaf continued to grow, and as a result in just a short time it bore fruit. Its fruit was deep red, hanging quietly on the branch.

A gentle breeze blew past.

The Blood Leaf fruit quickly withered. The skin dried up, wrinkled then cracked open. A few small red seeds fell to the ground, rolling a short distance before stopping among the cracks in the soil.

Kei’s eyes lit up.

”Success!”

He immediately controlled his vision to move closer.

Five seeds lay on the ground, each one radiating vigorous vitality.Kei could clearly feel the energy circulating inside them.

The vitality of these seeds was even stronger than that of the mother plant.

Perhaps the growth process under the influence of magic had caused them to transform. It could also be that the abundant magical power within the space of the ring had nourished them in a special way.

Whatever the cause, the result left Kei extremely satisfied, and indeed the potential of this ring after its transformation was no less than that of a divine artifact!

He directed the five seeds to be planted into an empty patch of soil nearby.

After that, Kei successively cast the magic [Promote Growth] five times.

Each time the magic was activated, a portion of the magical power in his body was drawn away. Kei’s face gradually grew pale, but his eyes never left the patch of soil before him.

The five seeds quickly sprouted.

Roots burrowed deep into the ground, stems stretched upward, red leaves unfurled in the wind of magical power. All of it happened so fast it was almost in the blink of an eye.

Two minutes later.

Five mature Blood Leaf plants stood firmly on the black soil.

Kei looked at them for a long while, and finally he could breathe a sigh of relief.

The planting plan had succeeded.

Not only could he grow Blood Leaf, he could also propagate them himself. If he continued to expand the plot and plant them in large quantities, the issue of materials would no longer be an obstacle.

Kei slowly withdrew from the vision inside the space.

He opened his eyes, his hand still resting on the silver ring. A faint smile appeared on his face, which had always been calm.

”Next...”

Kei looked toward the Silver Moon Flower plants placed in the corner of the room.

”It is crafting potions.”
