Lingering Doting Marriage: Big Boss, Little Sweet Heart

Chapter 2691: Chapter 2700: So This Was Why He Did It

”Bobby?” Enna Clark turned around in shock.

The Director of Education’s face turned livid with anger and he slammed the table forcefully, ”You’re not reflecting on your mistakes seriously, and you think you’re in the right, don’t you!”

Bobby didn’t pay him any attention at all, instead looking at Enna Clark and said, ”I heard him talking to other teachers about how my mom is a kept mistress, which is why she rarely comes to school to pick me up. He also said my dad doesn’t come because he doesn’t want to acknowledge me.”

Dubious Man does indeed rarely come to school to pick him up.

But his woman clearly often comes, just always stays outside the school gates.

That male teacher just happened to gossip in the corridor with other teachers because Enna Clark couldn’t attend the last couple of class meetings due to work.

The things he said were as nasty as can be.

What Bobby shared were the least offensive parts; there were worse things he didn’t mention.

Bobby wouldn’t even dream of bullying his own woman, so there’s no way he’d let outsiders bully her. So, he couldn’t hold back and picked up the flower pot beside him, directly smashing it at the foul-mouthed man.

He was careful not to aim at the man’s head.

The man was scared to death himself, twisted his ankle, and fell, scraping his arm — none of Bobby’s concern.

Enna Clark’s face suddenly turned cold, as she sharply looked at the Director of Education, ”Is what my son said true?”

Embarrassment washed over the Director of Education, ”Well, this...”

Other teachers were also mortified, being caught gossiping about a parent behind their back was shameful for them as colleagues.

The Homeroom Teacher had to smooth things over, ”Tobias Clark’s mom, there were only three people present at the time, that male teacher and his colleague are still in the School Infirmary getting their wounds treated. Now, there’s only the child’s side of the story, we should wait for the male teacher to come back and clarify the situation before saying anything more.”

”There’s no need to wait for his return, I believe my son,” Enna Clark said with a somber face, ”I didn’t expect that because my husband and I couldn’t attend the parent-teacher meetings due to work, teachers at the school could lead gossips within the school. And other teachers could blindly place all the blame on a child without understanding the situation, using withdrawal from the school to force a child to apologize. I’ve clarified today’s events, and I can tell everyone clearly, I will not let my child apologize. If anyone should apologize, it should be that person apologizing to my child first before my child should apologize to them. Also, do not threaten me with withdrawal from school, my child will not attend this school anymore!”

With such teachers in the school, others, including the Director of Education and Bobby’s Homeroom Teacher, would target the child first.

Picking on the weak.

What can these teachers actually teach?

Her Bobby was a little genius; she sent him to school just to let him interact more with peers his age, to cultivate a more open personality.

Now it seems she was wrong; she shouldn’t have thought public schools would be purer than elite schools. Where there are people, how can there be purity.

Just from the attitude of the Director of Education and the Homeroom Teacher, she could tell that the male teacher Bobby smashed has some backing; otherwise, they wouldn’t force Bobby to apologize. They didn’t even bother to clarify the situation.

This is what made Enna Clark the angriest!

Enna Clark took Bobby and left, she had no intention of engaging any further with these adults who pretending to educate, but are ugly in nature.
