Lingering Doting Marriage: Big Boss, Little Sweet Heart

Chapter 1978: Chapter 1988: This Man’s Hair Is Really Nice

Baron Lawrence’s hair is somewhat stiff, but it’s not the coarse and hard type. Plus, it has great sheen, so overall, it looks black and shiny, and the quality is impeccable.

Enna Clark was blow-drying his hair while admiringly comparing his hair with her own.

Not having compared, it would have been better, but in comparison, her hair was so inferior.

Compared to Baron Lawrence’s enviable hair quality, her hair appeared much finer and softer, and the color at the ends was too light, like a deep brown, looking a bit malnourished.

While Baron Lawrence’s hair was dense and shiny, although hers was plentiful, it wasn’t as dense and black as his.

Enna didn’t want to compare anymore; she feared she’d become even more envious if she continued.

Her fingers ran through his enviable hair, trying to keep the dryer at a distance so the heat wouldn’t scald him.

Baron Lawrence’s hair wasn’t long; the short, fine strands dried quickly.

Enna blew as slowly as she could, but within ten minutes, his hair was dried thoroughly. She turned off the blow dryer and said, ”Alright, it’s done. I’m going to take a shower now.”

She couldn’t clean the flour off her hair completely. If she didn’t shower, Bobby would surely notice tonight.

Besides, there was an egg smell on her, and she needed to wash it off to avoid being noticed.

Enna unplugged the blow dryer switch, about to go shower.

But just as she bent down, her wrist was grabbed, and she was forcefully pulled into a strong chest.

”Ugh!”

They both made muffled sounds.

Enna from the collision, Baron Lawrence from the pain!

Because as she was pulled over, she reflexively held the blow dryer in front of her. He pulled forcefully, and instead of soft embrace, that damn blow dryer bumped into him first.

His face darkened, he seized the blow dryer from her hand before Enna could react, leaned down, and the mint-flavored soft lips pressed down.

Tender and entangling.

As Enna was kissed, the air in her lungs almost got squeezed dry, only then did he end the kiss, generously letting her go and said, ”Alright, go.”

It took several deep breaths for Enna to recover from the kiss, then hurriedly fled into the bathroom, ”I’m going to take a shower.”

She slammed and locked the bathroom door.

Baron Lawrence heard the sound of the door being locked, and his handsome face almost darkened again.

But the sweet taste lingered on his lips, he reached out to touch his lips, and felt better.

Just then, there was a knocking on the door.

He stood up, walked over, and opened the door. In sight was Enna Clark’s assistant, whom he had seen several times before, holding things in her arms, sweating profusely as she looked at him, ”Presi-President Lawrence... we represent...?”

Before she finished her sentence, Baron Lawrence straightforwardly said, ”She’s in the shower.”

Then he held out his hand, ”Clothes?”

The assistant hurriedly handed over the things she was holding, and Baron Lawrence took them, calmly saying, ”Alright, your task is complete, you can leave.”

”Oh, o-okay,”

The door clicked shut.

The assistant was a bit embarrassed, she took out her phone while walking back, thought for a moment, and sent a text to Enna Clark.

Inside the room.

The domineering man had just tossed the clothes onto the bed when he heard Enna Clark’s phone ring. He glanced at it and saw the assistant’s message.

He looked at it briefly and just threw the phone back.

Just then, suddenly, his phone rang too—
