Lingering Doting Marriage: Big Boss, Little Sweet Heart

Chapter 1774: Chapter 1764: Free Roses Everywhere

The person was just a young girl, and she kept pleading, so Enna Clark felt bad refusing. She could only accept it.

Seeing her accept, the girl’s face lit up with a smile as she thanked her and said, ”Beautiful woman, later there will be other friends of ours giving out roses too, so please accept them as well. These roses are free, so if you run into them, please help us by taking them. Thanks a lot.”

”Huh? More to give out?” Enna asked, a bit surprised, ”I’ve already got some in hand, are there more to be given?”

Ordinarily, seeing that she already had free roses in her hands, they usually wouldn’t give any more, right?

”No, it’s just that we give them out whenever we run into someone, regardless of whether you’ve already received roses from others or not. Because the roses we give out are of different colors, you might end up with different ones. Each type of rose has a different meaning, and our friend hopes that the girl he likes will see every message. Receiving everyone’s blessings. So sister, please help us out. If you see others giving you roses later, please accept them. Don’t refuse them. Some of them aren’t very eloquent and might be shy.”

”...” Enna could only nod under the pleading gaze directed at her, ”Alright.”

She thought she wouldn’t run into any more, would she?

”That’s great. Thank you, beautiful sister.” The girl beamed and thanked her excitedly, making Enna feel a little embarrassed.

Holding the roses, she stepped aside to call Lyle Westbrook.

The call connected quickly.

”Hey, Enna.”

”I’m here, where are you? I’ll come find you.”

”I’m in the cabin; I have a few things to do. I’ll disembark soon. How about you come over here to meet me?”

”Hmm, okay. I’ll try to get inside.”

Getting inside required going through security.

”Wait a moment; I’ll talk to the airport staff and have them bring you over. You can just head to the security entrance,” he quickly added, ”Sorry, Enna, for making you come all the way here.”

Enna originally intended to say, there was no need for all that trouble, she could have just waited for him to finish and come out. But now she couldn’t say anything. She could only say, ”No, you don’t have to be so polite with me. I’ll hang up now and head to the security checkpoint.”

”Okay, I’ll wait for you.”

Enna felt his words, ”I’ll wait for you,” were especially deep and husky, with a charming voice, as if he were waiting for a lover, soft and tender.

But she only thought about it for a moment before putting it out of her mind.

She was probably overthinking it. Lyle’s voice was just like that, maybe sitting on a plane for a long time made his voice dry, giving her that strange feeling.

Enna put away her phone, her expression relaxed, as she walked towards security, holding onto the roses that had been shoved at her earlier.

Along the way, whether it was sheer luck on her part or whatever, every now and then she’d run into someone handing out free roses.

In no time at all, she found herself holding more than 15 roses.

Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet, even some rare varieties of black roses!

She’d seen these black roses online before, authentic ones untainted by dyes would cost at least over a hundred for just one.

To think that such expensive roses were being given away for free.

Seems like this guy truly spent a fortune to confess to the girl he liked. So many roses and such a grand gesture, with so much thought put into this, she thought no girl could refuse such romance, right?

Just wonder who the lucky girl is.
