At this moment, amidst sounds of heavy breathing, the nine-colored storm in the distance gradually dissipated away.

At this moment, a figure, larger than an average adult Human, standing in the dissipating storm entered Yu Zi Yu’s sight. It had a cold and menacing face, was about two meters tall, and had two long and sharp claws raised high.

However, if one took a closer look, they would notice that Zi Lian’s entire being exuded an indescribable chill.

Faintly, he gave the impression of a predator born at the top of the food chain. Even someone like Yu Zi Yu could not help but have his pupils slightly contract at first glance.

It was an innate oppression.

Not because of strength, not because of lineage, but just because he was born at the top of the food chain, like how people instinctively fear venomous snakes at first sight, Yu Zi Yu also felt this kind of emotion for a split second.

However, Yu Zi Yu was certain that he would not be the last one to feel this way, because this was a terrifying existence from the depths of the Void Space.

Yu Zi Yu reckoned that in the future, he might very well lead the Void Army and sound the horn of attack against the entire universe.

Such a terrifying existence would make anyone feel palpitations. After all, who wouldn’t instinctively be on guard against such a terrifying presence that could adapt to the myriad races?

Just at this moment, Zi Lian seemed to have noticed Yu Zi Yu’s gaze.

Suddenly, Zi Lian knelt in the Void Space with a thunderous thud and lowered his proud head.

“I pay my respect to Master,” greeting in a sincere voice, the icy aura emanating from Zi Lian slowly dissipated, as if afraid of disturbing Yu Zi Yu.

“Well done, really well done.” Amidst repeated praises, Yu Zi Yu narrowed his eyes before a purple status screen laden with intricate patterns entered in his sight.

Race: Royal Void Clan (In the Void Clan, the first 108 to ascend to Tier-4 can be called Kings, carrying the true royal lineage, and this is the Ninth King of the Void Clan.)
Rank: Tier-4.

Innate Talent: Evolution – While everything is growing, it is adapting… constantly adapting to everything, and can even evolve more terrifying means and abilities in the midst of constant adaptation.

Unique Abilities: Void Claws – Tainted by the cosmic void, its claws are capable of ignoring the vast majority of physical defenses.

(Note: These are fearsome claws that can pierce through space and strike directly at the interior.)

Hunting Instinct – A terrifying ability nurtured in pursuit of prey, capable of easily detecting the unique scent of prey and even the surrounding life force.

Void Jumps – It’s able to continuously jump across space, achieving a teleportation-like effect.

(Note: It consumes enormous Spiritual Energy)]

Breath of the Sea—Able to adapt to the ocean, more like a fish in water than fish themselves.

Camouflage — It can camouflage itself so well that it can disappear right in front of others without a sign, even its aura would vanish.

Dragon Scales – Its body is covered in purple scales resembling Dragon Scales which possess defense far beyond ordinary imagination. More importantly, they can also reduce a bit of incoming Elemental Damage.

After thoroughly reading Zi Lian’s status screen, Yu Zi Yu’s pupils also slightly contracted.

“The first 108 to ascend to Tier-4 can be called Kings of your Clan…” murmuring to himself, Yu Zi Yu immediately realized the cruel rule of the Void Clan.

It vividly displayed the law of the jungle.

Although he didn’t know the benefits of becoming a Royal Void Clan, he had a feeling that it might relate to Zi Lian’s future.

[However, that’s not important right now. The most important thing is that Zi Lian had become the Ninth King of the Void Clan. In other words, Zi Lian is the ninth existence in the Void Clan to ascend to Tier-4.]

“Hmmm…” Yu Zi Yu hummed as a playful look appeared on his face.

[That’s great. Aside from everything else, just this one point indicated that the current Void Royal Clan isn’t too strong.]

However, upon further thought, Yu Zi Yu also came to realization.

Not only was the Void Clan’s population small to begin with, but they also lacked intelligence and relied more on evolution-driven instincts for their actions.

More importantly, Spiritual Energy was not essential to them. What they truly needed was flesh and blood. Only by devouring the flesh of the strong could they continue to evolve.

However, flesh only existed in this universe. Which meant that it was difficult for them to truly descend upon various planets as they could not tear through space.

Even if they managed to tear through space and descend upon the planets, there was no guarantee that the planet they descended upon had life.

It could be said that the growth of the Void Clan was currently being restricted by layer upon layer of constraints.

Flesh was one constraint. Tearing through the spatial barrier and descending upon various planets was another constraint. And lastly, whether planets harbored life was an unavoidable constraint.

These layers of constraints truly restricted the growth of the Void Clan.

Now, all they had to do was wait, wait for the appearance of Void Kings, who would tear through space for them, guiding them to descend upon planets with life.

If this was true, it also explained why the first 108 to ascend to Tier-4 would be recognized by the System as Void Kings.

It was because their very existence was to rule over the Void Clan, invade, kill, and lead the Void Clan to its peak.

Without their guidance, the weak members of the Void Clan wouldn’t even be able to descend, let alone invade….

Not every Void Creature had the good luck of encountering someone like Yu Zi Yu. And not every Void Creature was nurtured by Yu Zi Yu like Zi Lian.

Thinking of this, Yu Zi Yu’s eyes brightened as he began to calculate in his mind.

[If I can utilize this point properly, I might increase my chances of manipulating the Void Clan.]

As a matter of fact, there was one more point that Yu Zi Yu could not ignore, and that was that the planet on which Yu Zi Yu was located might be the center of the universe.

Even if it was not the center, it wouldn’t be too far away. After all, the Third Spiritual Energy Tide spread outwards from the origin in all directions.

Now, it had spread to Yu Zi Yu’s planet, but the Void Clan, which was spread across the Void Space, the backside of the universe, only had eight Kings.

Considering this, the distance between Yu Zi Yu’s planet and the origin of the Third Spiritual Energy Tide should not be too far. After all, if the distance was too far, the Void Clan, even with their numerous constraints, should not have just eight Kings.

And this was a sign, a very good sign.

This meant that Yu Zi Yu was not only the pinnacle of existence in this world but even in the entire universe. He was a formidable Life Form even within the universe.
