The Deadly Hitwoman: The Heiress's Special Abilities

Chapter 450: Chapter 450: I Don’t Want to See Her Again

”Han Yan, we’ve known each other for many years, you could be considered my only friend. Let me advise you, what you are doing, the heavens are watching. You should carefully consider, is what you have now truly what you want? Take care of yourself!” Han Yuxiao had been through so much, her state of mind had long changed from before.

She knew she and Han Yan couldn’t even be considered friends. Han Yan used and manipulated her, and hadn’t she also looked down on Han Yan, but continued to associate with her to make herself look better?

Neither of them truly treated the other sincerely, so she had never truly experienced the joy of having a friend. When she saw An Chuxue constantly mentioning Han Jing, she was genuinely envious. She didn’t even have a real friend.

Han Yuxiao truly had let everything go now, hoping for a fresh start.

She also hoped Han Yan would stop committing sins. She never understood Han Yan’s mindset before, but now she saw clearly: Han Yan just wanted to rely on Su Xingyan for lifelong wealth and honor. All those words about thinking of her were just excuses for using her repeatedly.

It’s true that people who are to be pitied must have hateful aspects, but she also knew that Han Yan must have been forced into a corner to come begging her for help. She wasn’t sympathizing with her; she didn’t know what kind of fate would befall Han Yan, but she just felt that Su Xingyan wasn’t worth it.

”Qiao Hua, see her out.” Han Yuxiao called out, and Qiao Hua immediately entered, ordering someone to escort Han Yan out.

Han Yan didn’t resist and was woodenly led away.

Outside the door, she heard Han Yuxiao instructing the servants, ”In the future, don’t let her come in again, I don’t want to see her anymore.”

Han Yan walked out of the General Mansion with a blank expression. She wasn’t actually sad. She never really had any friends, so whether Han Yuxiao considered her a friend didn’t matter to her, it wasn’t something she cared about. From the beginning, she only approached Han Yuxiao to use her because Han Yuxiao was such a fool and so easy to manipulate.

But now, even the only person she could use and seek help from, Han Yuxiao, had completely severed ties with her. Han Yan really didn’t know whom she could turn to for help.

She couldn’t count on her maternal family, the Eldest Princess was out of the question, her grandfather’s side was even less feasible and she didn’t have the standing to plead for Su Xingyan. As for Han Jing, now married to the most prominent man in Nanyao Country, she probably wished for nothing more than Su Xingyan’s permanent disappearance from her life.

So, there was no one who could help her.

But now if she went back, what kind of fate awaited her?

She was truly afraid of Su Xingyan, having once thought he was a rare good man in the world, a gentle and refined gentleman, but what had Su Xingyan turned into now? Qian’er’s fate, Han Yuxiao’s fate... was she next in line?

What should she do? She didn’t want to die, she was truly scared, what was she to do?

Han Yan didn’t know and couldn’t figure it out. She now had nowhere to go, the Princess Mansion definitely wouldn’t tolerate her, she didn’t even know where she could escape to.

Returning to the Prince Ling Mansion, the place was in chaos. The Emperor had demoted Su Xingyan back to his fiefdom, and most of the servants were panicking as it was better to be sold to another house than to leave the Capital City. So many had already packed up and planned to resign.

Han Yan stood in the courtyard of the Prince Ling Mansion, and in an instant, the courtyard seemed bleak and desolate.
