Summoners: One Golden Term per Level

Indeed, it still has to be the ’Goddess of Wisdom’. Since it’s impossible to directly enhance power, isn’t it simple to accomplish the given task?

Artemis still couldn’t figure it out, no wonder she looks so dazed.

Athena is indeed a woman who can challenge the God King.

The God King is so wary of his offspring possibly overthrowing him, yet she continually encroaches on the [War] divine authority, [Pastoral] divine authority.

She even spreads her faith across Ancient Greece, surpassing Hera, second only to God King Zeus.

The devil hides within the details.

Just seeing this, no wonder Ares was played to death by Athena.

Shen Fei looked at the shield in hand and turned to Athena, ”Where should I go next?”

”Go to Aia Island and find Calypso; she will fall in love with you,” Athena replied matter-of-factly.

”Of course, before you go, remember to return to Ephesus. Let Artemis prepare the Golden-Horned Deer for you.”

Shen Fei was puzzled, ”Calypso will fall in love with me?”

”Naturally not, but at that time, Eros will ’just happen’ to appear there!” Athena said with a smile.

”But isn’t Eros the son of Ares...”

”Let’s not talk about whether Eros knows the plan behind it, and Eros has a good relationship with his mother.

But his relationship with Ares is extremely poor,” Athena said indifferently. ”Even if Aphrodite knows later, she won’t do anything to you.”

”She seduced Ares merely to take revenge on Zeus. Zeus, in turn, married her off to the extremely ugly Hephaestus as retribution.”

”Her relationship with Ares is more about Ares liking Aphrodite than Aphrodite liking Ares. Ares was just Aphrodite’s trophy in ’love’.

When Athena said this, her tone was somewhat disdainful.

”Calypso can turn Scylla back into a Nymph, but as for Charybdis, only the God King, Poseidon, Hephaestus, and Mother Gaia can completely kill it.”

”And, Mother Goddess Gaia.”

Athena explained, ”Zeus, Poseidon, and Hephaestus cannot assist you; the only possibility left is Mother Goddess Gaia.”

”Gaia?”

Shen Fei was stunned for a moment; after all, she is Chronos’s mother, an existence of the Old Gods.

Could the Mother of Gods still exist?

”I’ve already communicated with Mother Goddess, and she will assist you. Whether you can slay the Vortex Giant, which is Charybdis in its physical form, depends on you.”

Upon hearing this, Shen Fei was a bit stunned, realizing Athena had been plotting since he received Artemis’s task.

But Athena and Gaia are even in contact?

”But you must also be cautious; there are countless hardships along the way. At least Ares will certainly not let you off easily. In this area, with my divine power, Apollo and Artemis are watching over you.

Nothing will happen, but when you reach the ocean, it may not be as certain.”

Athena said, ”And then there’s Poseidon, he doesn’t get along well with me and Apollo.

He will certainly do his best to disturb you, not to mention you still need to kill Charybdis.”

’Poseidon...’

Shen Fei nodded, knowing the reputation of this divine spirit. Although in his past life, the Sea God was a laughingstock among deities, considering a god who could only lift weapons weighing 100,000 pounds.

But in Ancient Greece, that was a deity standing side by side with Zeus.

He once imprisoned his father along with Zeus and became the deity ruling the sea.

While in Greek mythology, he is somewhat of a clown, it’s said he even once objected to Zeus ruling the sky while he ruled the sea, and Hades ruled the Netherworld.

He intended to overthrow Zeus himself and become the God King.

Unfortunately, he failed.

But no one or god would underestimate Poseidon’s power.

Shen Fei secretly lamented that Poseidon was not smart enough. Figuring out a way to become Zeus’s son, in line with fate, might greatly increase the possibility of overthrowing Zeus.

As for how to go from being his brother to his son, with Poseidon’s ability, there’s definitely a way, but only the probability of achieving it matters.

Still not smart enough.

Shen Fei suddenly glanced at Athena and froze for a moment, then that Athena...

Athena simply smiled in response to Shen Fei’s gaze.

...

”Master, what are you thinking?”

Jasper Pool noticed that Shen Fei fell into contemplation after leaving Athena’s temple, prompting curiosity from the Moon God and Jasper Pool, while the Minotaur wobbled along.

By this time, it had grown large enough to carry three people.

”Thinking about the chaotic relationships in Greece...”

Shen Fei replied offhandedly, while actually contemplating Poseidon’s failed rebellion.

Although Athena is said to be Metis’s daughter, could it be that Athena is Metis reborn, according to records?

Initially, Zeus took severe measures to prevent Athena and Pollux from being born, going even further than his grandfather and father.

His grandfather stuffed the babies back into the womb, pulling a ’change of plans, let’s put the baby back’ move.

His father initiated a ’baby dining hall’, where whatever Zeus’s mother bore, he would eat.

Zeus took it even further, swallowing Metis whole.

How could Metis not resist, yet she must have failed? But as the former goddess of wisdom, could she not foresee this situation?

It’s likely Athena was her act of resistance, perhaps she is Metis herself.

Honestly, he found this to be quite plausible.

Metis also knew the God King’s curse, that to become the God King, one must become Zeus’s offspring.

And Athena, surprisingly, is also connected to Gaia.

He didn’t expect the previously troublesome issue to be nearly resolved after just one visit to Athena’s temple, as if a script had been written.

Just waiting for ’Shen Fei’, the actor, to take his role.

’Is this truly Athena?’

Shen Fei pondered this for a while and then stopped, knowing this wasn’t the ’Age of Gods’, requiring exhaustive narrative diving to benefit himself.

Here, it’s just the Blue Star Heavenly Dao created for task completion.

Even if excavating deeper is possible, it’s something for later; currently, it’s not possible.

What more, directly asking Athena: Are you Metis?

Do you think Athena will answer you?

”Do you find Athena trustworthy?” Shen Fei asked Jasper Pool and the Moon God.

Jasper Pool shook her head, ”At least the divine authority part isn’t trustworthy. Surely there are other ways to obtain divine authority.

It’s just that Athena isn’t telling us, and she can wield too much power.”

”Of course, but her desire for Ares’s [War] divine authority must be real,

but I have another doubt, why would even Athena want the [War] divine authority? What’s special about this authority?” Shen Fei mused.

War is truly the eternal main theme of human civilization.

Peace is merely an interlude for a brief respite in the main theme.

If [Peace] divine authority could entirely suppress [War] divine authority, Athena wouldn’t need to continually plot for [War] divine authority.

”There must be more to Athena’s plans,” Shen Fei commented naturally.

The Moon God patted the Minotaur beneath, ”Some things are better unheard.”

A force sealed the Minotaur’s ears.

”But whatever Athena is plotting, it still boils down to power in the end.

Even if she holds the [Wisdom] divine authority, she can’t fathom that her master’s reliance is beyond just Artemis and Apollo.”

”After resolving Scylla and Charybdis, I need to find Prometheus. He might know the uniqueness of [War] divine authority.”

Shen Fei speculated that if his guesses were correct, there indeed was something to be said about [War] divine authority!
