Villain: Manipulating the Heroines into hating the Protagonist

Chapter 890: Milk Run

The Serpent Scale Soarer was a silent predator against the vast, brilliant blue canvas of the heavens. It moved with a speed and grace that was intoxicating, leaving the rugged, patchwork landscape of the State of Yue to shrink into a hazy map far below.

Yue Lingshan leaned her entire body against Wang Jian’s back, a position that had become both familiar and deeply comforting. Her arms were wrapped securely around his lean, powerful waist, her cheek pressed against the fine, dark grey fabric of his new robe. She closed her eyes, reveling in the sensation of flight, the wild rush of the wind whipping through her hair, and the unshakeable, solid presence of the man she loved.

She felt safe. She felt cherished. She felt... alive.

”Jian,” she murmured, her voice a warm, melodic hum that he could feel vibrating through his back. ”Are you certain this is alright?”

He didn’t turn, his gaze fixed on the horizon, his hands resting lightly on the control runes of the Soarer. ”What do you mean, my love?”

”You joining my mission,” she explained, a subtle thread of worry woven into her tone. ”The sect... they assigned this task to me. They did not assign it to you. Will there be any trouble for you?”

Wang Jian chuckled, a low, confident sound that immediately soothed her anxieties. He briefly took one hand from the controls, letting it drift back to rest possessively on her thigh where it was pressed against his hip.

”Trouble?” he scoffed lightly. ”Lingshan, I am a Foundation Establishment Deacon now, a respected alchemist of the sect. Our status is different. The elders encourage Deacons to be proactive, to take initiative. They will not be displeased that I am voluntarily offering my strength to assist in a crucial sect escort mission. It shows diligence.”

His hand began to trace slow, lazy circles on her leg, his touch sending a familiar, delicious warmth spreading through her.

He then leaned his head back slightly, his voice dropping to a low, teasing whisper that brushed against her ear. ”Besides, if any of the more... nosy elders should ask, we can simply say that I am... earnestly pursuing the beautiful Fairy Yue, the peerless pearl of our Mystic Peak Sect. Who would fault a man for wanting to protect the object of his affections on a dangerous journey?”

Yue Lingshan’s cheeks flushed a deep, rosy pink. The audacity of his words, the playful possessiveness... it sent a thrill of pure, unadulterated excitement through her very soul.

”You are incorrigible,” she whispered, though she pressed herself even closer against him, her magnificent, full breasts flattening against the hard muscle of his back.

”And you love it,” he murmured back, his hand sliding a little higher up her thigh.

She did. She loved this side of him. The bold, confident man who had appeared in her life and turned it upside down. The night they had made love in the sky on their way to the Blackwood Forest had shattered her last vestiges of royal propriety. She was no longer scared or hesitant. She was his, and the thought of experiencing that exhilarating, forbidden passion again made her body ache with a familiar, desperate need.

His hand continued its slow, deliberate exploration, his fingers teasing the hem of her inner robe.

”Jian...” she breathed, her voice now a little husky, a little needy.

He turned his head, his dark, intense eyes meeting hers. He saw the hunger there, the same insatiable desire that was coiling in his own gut.

He didn’t need words.

His smile was a slow, predatory curve of his lips.

RRRRIP!

The sound was shockingly loud, a sharp, savage tear that was instantly swallowed by the rushing wind. Yue Lingshan let out a startled gasp, not of fear, but of pure, thrilling anticipation.

Wang Jian’s hands had seized the front of her elegant, pale green inner robe, and with a single, powerful pull, he had torn it asunder. The fine fabric parted, falling away in tattered ribbons that were instantly whisked away by the wind, disappearing into the vast blue emptiness below.

He turned his body fully towards her on the surprisingly spacious platform of the Soarer, his eyes a devouring fire as he took in her exposed form. She wore only her silken undergarments now, a flimsy barrier against his hungry gaze.

”Jian!” she gasped, her hands coming up in a half-hearted attempt to cover the magnificent, heavy swell of her large breasts, which strained against the thin, translucent silk of her chemise.

He simply chuckled, a dark, possessive sound. He grabbed her hands, pulling them away, his gaze fixed on her heaving chest. ”Do not hide from me, Lingshan. Your beauty is meant to be worshipped. Especially by me.”

He pushed her back gently, until her back met the slightly raised, curved edge of the Soarer, which served as a low railing. The position forced her to arch her back, thrusting her magnificent chest forward, an offering he had no intention of refusing.

He leaned in, his mouth closing over the thin silk that covered her nipple. He licked and suckled, the wet heat of his mouth instantly soaking the fabric, making it cling to her sensitive flesh.

Yue Lingshan cried out, a raw, primal moan of pure, overwhelming pleasure. Her head fell back, her dark, silken hair whipping wildly in the wind, a stark banner of her surrender against the endless sky.

His hands were not idle. They moved with a practiced, ruthless efficiency, tearing away the rest of her flimsy undergarments, until she was completely, gloriously naked, her pale, flawless skin a stunning contrast to the dark, shimmering scales of the Serpent Scale Soarer.

She was a goddess of the sky, her magnificent body bared to the heavens, her moans a secret song carried on the wind.

Wang Jian rose, his own robes falling away in a heap at his feet. His powerful, muscular form, honed by relentless body tempering and now imbued with the profound energy of the Foundation Establishment realm, was a sight to behold. His erection was a thick, defiant spear, already glistening with his desire.

He moved between her parted legs, his presence overwhelming. He lifted her slightly, positioning her against the railing, her magnificent, curvy buttocks pressed against the cool, smooth scales.

”Wrap your legs around me,” he commanded, his voice a low, guttural growl.

She obeyed instantly, her long, graceful legs locking around his waist, pulling him closer. He entered her with a single, powerful, all-consuming thrust that stole the breath from her lungs and drew a sharp, ecstatic cry from her lips.

”Jian!”

He began to move, his hips a relentless, powerful piston, fucking her against the railing of the flying artifact as they soared through the clouds. The sensation was beyond anything she had ever experienced. The wild rush of the wind against her naked skin, the dizzying view of the world spinning far below, the raw, primal power of him moving deep inside her... it was a symphony of exhilarating, terrifying, and utterly addictive sensations.

”Oh, Jian... ah... yes... like that!” she moaned, her voice a wild, beautiful cry that was lost to the heavens. Her large breasts bounced hypnotically with each powerful, driving thrust, their rosy peaks hard and sensitive.

Wang Jian gripped them, his hands kneading their heavy fullness, his thumbs teasing her nipples as he continued his savage rhythm. He leaned down, his mouth finding hers, their tongues tangling in a deep, wet kiss that tasted of wind and lust.

He took her with a fierce, possessive hunger, his body a tempest of desire. He was the master of this domain, the king of the sky, and she was his queen, his willing conquest.

Her orgasm, when it came, was a cataclysmic explosion that ripped a scream from her throat, her entire body convulsing around his massive cock, her inner walls clenching and milking him with a desperate, ecstatic intensity.

He met her climax with his own, a deep, guttural roar escaping his lips as he drove into her one last time, emptying his seed deep within her womb, a hot, copious flood that made her cry out again at the sheer, overwhelming pleasure of it.

For a long moment, they remained locked together, their bodies trembling, their ragged breaths mingling with the sighing of the wind.

He withdrew slowly, then lifted her, carrying her to the center of the Soarer. He laid her down on the warm, dark scales, her body a beautiful, languid sprawl of sated passion. He lay down beside her, pulling her into his arms, their naked bodies fitting together perfectly.

They lay like that for a long time, drifting through the clouds, the world a distant, forgotten dream.

”Jian,” she whispered finally, her voice hoarse and filled with a deep, profound contentment. ”That was... even better than the first time.”

He chuckled, kissing her forehead. ”I told you, my love. Our adventures have only just begun.”

Several hours later, their bodies dressed once more in the pristine robes of their sect, the Serpent Scale Soarer descended towards a bustling, chaotic trade post nestled at the mouth of a massive, winding canyon.

This was Serpent’s Gate, the last bastion of civilization before the treacherous mountain pass that shared its name.

They landed a short distance away and approached the designated rendezvous point on foot. The air was thick with the scent of roasted meat, beast musk, and the low hum of a thousand conversations.

They saw the caravan immediately. It was an impressive sight: ten massive wagons, their frames reinforced with iron, their canvas covers thick and sturdy. They were pulled by huge, horned oxen, their breaths misting in the cool mountain air. The wagons were surrounded by a contingent of nervous-looking junior disciples and stern-faced mortal mercenaries.

And standing at the head of the group, his arms crossed, his handsome face set in an arrogant sneer, was Senior Brother Wei Chen.

His mid-stage Foundation Establishment aura was a palpable, oppressive weight. He watched them approach, his eyes immediately dismissing Wang Jian and locking onto Yue Lingshan’s veiled form with a greedy, appreciative light.

”Junior Brother Wang,” Wei Chen said, his tone dripping with condescension. ”Good of you to arrive on time. Try to keep up.”

He then turned to Yue Lingshan, his entire demeanor shifting. His arrogant sneer was replaced by a smooth, charming smile, though it didn’t quite reach his eyes.

”Junior Sister Yue,” he purred, his voice like oiled silk. ”A pleasure to finally meet the fairy whose beauty is whispered about even in the inner sect. Such a perilous mission is no place for a delicate flower like yourself. Do not worry. Stay close to me, and I shall ensure no harm befalls you.”

He was laying it on thick, his intent as subtle as a charging Thornbacked Boar.

Wang Jian watched with silent, detached amusement, his hand resting casually on the hilt of his Glacial Bite.

Yue Lingshan, however, was no longer the naive princess who might have been flustered by such a direct, fawning advance. Her time with Wang Jian had forged a core of icy confidence within her.

She offered a polite, shallow bow, her veiled gaze cool and distant.

”Your concern is noted, Senior Brother Wei,” she replied, her voice impeccably polite, yet carrying a chill that could freeze fire. ”However, as a Deacon of the Mystic Peak Sect, I am fully capable of fulfilling my duties. I will take my position in the formation as assigned.”

The rejection was absolute, delivered with a regal grace that was a far more effective slap to the face than any physical blow.

Wei Chen’s charming smile froze, then cracked. A flash of angry humiliation flickered in his eyes. His face tightened, and he cast a subtle, venomous glare in Wang Jian’s direction, as if he were somehow to blame for this beautiful fairy’s inexplicable coldness. He clearly now viewed Wang Jian as a rival, an obstacle to be removed.

His mood soured completely, he turned to the assembled escort team, his voice now sharp and haughty.

”Listen up!” he barked, his authority reasserted through sheer volume. ”This is an A-rank escort mission. The cargo within these wagons is of paramount importance to the sect!”

He gestured towards the heavily armored wagons. ”Inside is a shipment of unrefined Star-Vein Meteoric Iron and three crates of pure Jade Soul Sand. These are irreplaceable raw materials, essential for crafting the sect’s new Core Formation level defensive arrays for our mountain peaks! The mine where they are found is a secret, a monopoly our Mystic Peak Sect has maintained for over two hundred years!”

He swept his arrogant gaze over the nervous faces of the junior disciples, and then let it rest with disdain on Wang Jian.

”However,” he continued, his tone dismissive, ”do not be overly concerned. This route through Serpent’s Pass has been secure for a century. No righteous sect would dare violate the unspoken pacts and attack a sect’s primary resource caravan. This is merely a formality, a milk run to get you juniors some experience. Do not get in my way, do not cause trouble, and we will reach the other side without incident.”

He turned, not waiting for questions or comments. ”Prepare to move out! The caravan enters the pass in ten minutes!”

As Wei Chen strode away to confer with the mortal mercenary captain, Yue Lingshan moved to stand beside Wang Jian.

”He is... insufferable,” she whispered, her voice laced with distaste.

Wang Jian simply smirked. ”He is a fool, Lingshan. And a fool’s arrogance is often the harbinger of disaster.”

His gaze drifted towards the ominous, winding entrance to Serpent’s Pass, a deep, shadowy chasm carved between two colossal mountain peaks. A faint, almost imperceptible sense of danger, a whisper on the edge of his powerful spiritual sense, made the hairs on the back of his neck prickle.

”A milk run,” he repeated Wei Chen’s words softly to himself, a cold, predatory light entering his eyes. ”I think not.”
