Supreme Husband System! & Supreme Wife System!

Chapter 957: Youʼre not kidding, are you?

In the end, Irina agreed to share all available information about the Anomalies and other hidden forces in exchange for the Kingdomʼs support in the upcoming struggle for the Quintessence.

Having reached her goal, Irina happily called the waitress over and placed another order.

”Arenʼt you afraid that once we get the information we need, we wonʼt keep our word?” Arabel asked with a smile, noting that Irina hadnʼt even mentioned signing a contract to consolidate the union.

”I believe that you will keep your word,” Irina said confidently.

”No offense, but I still have doubts about you,” Arabel confessed in response.

Irina, of course, was not offended by her words. In truth, she doubted it herself, but her instincts and observations told her that they would keep their word.

As for the distrust, it is quite natural, considering their origin from different worlds. Even between beings from the same world, there was sometimes distrust and doubt.

After enjoying her new order and realizing that she had already spent enough time here, Irina, Iona and Samuel returned the same way they got here.

Milena followed them back to the capital, determined not to wait any longer and bring her trusted people from the Orleans family to the Kingdom.

”Have you really fallen in love with my sister?” Arabel jokingly asked Ned, who did not take his eyes off Milena as she left.

Ned turned to her and smiled.

”Maybe,” he replied honestly, making Arabelʼs eyes widen.

”Oh, really?” she said.

Ned didnʼt answer this time because he wasnʼt sure how he felt either.

However, he couldnʼt deny that Milena had caught his attention. Anyway, his masterʼs preferences influenced him, and one could say that Arabel was also someone he liked. But he knew that Arabel was his masterʼs wife, and he did not consider her as a possible partner.

After his evolution, Ned, like Bera, felt the influence of the desire of the Formless race to find a worthy partner and help with procreation. But unlike Bera, he could control these urges.

The fact that his Master had a partner in Arabel also had an impact on Ned, and he was eager to experience something similar.

Noticing that the Babe Dragon was getting impudent and stealing food from the customers, Ned hurried to stop him.

”Excuse me, Iʼll go,” he said, leaving Arabel alone.

”In my opinion, Ned is a great option for a younger sister,” Sierraʼs familiar voice brought Arabel out of her reverie.

”Youʼre not kidding, are you?” Arabel turned and saw that Sierra and Prina had taken a seat across from her.

”What about it? Heʼs almost a copy of Idan, and if what I know about him is true, then he, like his master, will be devoted to the one and faithful to the one he chooses,” Sierra commented, beckoning the waitress.

”Welcome!” the waitress greeted, not at all surprised by Sierraʼs sudden appearance. On the contrary, she looked at her with admiration and excitement.

”You can order whatever you want,” — Sierra allowed Prina, and she happily began to choose several dishes.

Arabel thought about it. It seemed to her that Sierra was too easy about the opposite sex and the idea of having a partner, as if it didnʼt matter to her.

This led her to believe that she didnʼt know much about her almost most respected older sisterʼs past before she got into Limbo.

Sierra was a Valkyrie of Legendary rank. To reach this level, she had to live for many years and overcome many difficulties.

”Tell me, big sister, youʼve lived for so many years, and I donʼt believe youʼve never thought about procreation and finding a partner. Is there anyone you like outside of Limbo?” asked Arabel.

Sierra smiled back, but it was different from her usual playful smile.

Arabelʼs question caught the attention of Prina, who looked at Sierra curiously.

”Iʼd be lying if I said I hadnʼt thought about it and wasnʼt looking for partners,” Sierra replied.

”You know about the prohibition of love for Valkyries, and I didnʼt really like the idea of making contact just for the sake of procreation. Despite the fact that I had worthy candidates to choose from, I still did not dare to make a move.”

”Especially since I had a lot of fans,” Sierra added with a laugh.

Arabel caught a note of nostalgia in Sierraʼs voice and began to suspect that her older sister was not telling her something.

Sierra realized that she had said more than she intended and fell silent. Arabel did not insist on continuing. She glanced at the Prina, who was smiling with obvious malice. It reminded Arabel of the harem of attractive men Queen Womskinner had before she fell into the hands of Geminia and then Sierra.

In this regard, Prina has much more experience than her master.

”Was it worth agreeing to this alliance?” asked Sierra, changing the subject and returning to what she really wanted to discuss when she came here.

”To be honest, we could have done without an alliance with Irina,” Arabel admitted.

”But she maintained friendly relations with us throughout the time,” Arabel continued, talking about all the joint affairs with Irina.

”I see it now,” Sierra nodded after listening to her.

”That doesnʼt change your upcoming plan, does it?”

”The plan itself remains unchanged, but there may be minor adjustments based on the information that Irina will provide,” Arabel replied.

”By the way, about the probability of the appearance of creatures of the sixth rank in your world,” Sierra suddenly remembered.

”Iʼve already said that the chances are slim, but who knows what these creatures have in mind? Therefore, we should not exclude the possibility of a collision with them.”

Arabel, who had already relaxed, thinking that she would not face such a threat as a sixth-rank creature, began to worry again.

”And what do you suggest?” — Arabel asked, knowing that Sierra wouldnʼt bring this up without a reason.

”Well, I suggest we consider our response to the possible appearance of a sixth—rank creature,” with these words, she turned and looked at Prina, who was studying the menu at that time.

Arabel followed Sierraʼs gaze and realized what she was implying.

”Are you serious?” she asked.

”Iʼm being completely serious, sis,” Sierra smiled.
