CEO's Reborn Wife

”If you’re willing, those people from the Miller Family are nothing more than ants to you, not for any other reason, but just for the sake of those two children. Please, help Grace and her younger brother, and also assist us in handling President Miller’s last concern left in this world.”

”Miss Sampson, although I’m not sure what your relationship with President Miller was, he truly trusted you. President Miller has a will that hasn’t been made public, and this will concerns the guardianship of the two children. In one version of the will, the guardianship belongs to you and your mister. President Miller told me before he passed away, if one day you are willing to look after the two children, I should inform you of this matter regarding the will.”

Similarly, if Jane Sampson has never intervened with these two children, then this will shall forever be sealed, unknown that it ever existed.

This was Rachel Miller’s last dignified act of non-interference.

Yet, it was also the last lifeline Rachel Miller left for the two children.

”Then, you run over to Capital Province and hand that will to Richard. I will send your phone number to Richard shortly, and he will contact you,” Jane Sampson said, ”It’s not me looking after the children, it’s my grandfather.”

After hanging up the call, Jane Sampson returned the mobile phone to the young girl.

While Jane Sampson was making a call to Young, the young girl had already packed up the not many items belonging to her and her brother.

”Sister Jane, then my brother and I will be leaving.” Holding her brother’s hand, the young girl walked to the doorway, suddenly turning back, pressing her brother and herself to bow towards Jane Sampson, ”Sister Jane, Sister Coco, Sister Chandler, thank you for taking care of us yesterday and today. If my brother and I hadn’t met you, we wouldn’t know what today might have been. Thank you, you are all good people.”

The little boy imitated his sister’s action, bowing seriously, and then he said seriously, ”Thank you, sister,” before following his sister out the door and leaving.

Richard left with the kids through the elevator and did not pass by the hotel reception before leaving. After getting in the car, Richard called Jane Sampson to inform her of safely leaving the hotel, which made Jane Sampson breathe a sigh of relief.

Just as she was about to discuss with Coco Edwards about checking the hotel reception area for the situation, James Black called her.

As soon as she picked up, Jane Sampson heard James Black asking nervously, ”Did that shrew find you?”

”You mean someone from the Miller Family?” Jane Sampson asked, ”Did you see any messages on twitter?”

”Yes.” James Black nodded, ”Are you okay.”

”I’m fine.” Knowing that James Black was worried about her, Jane Sampson quickly said, ”When I came back, I saw her making a scene in the large hall, then bypassed her and went to the room with Brother.”

At this point, Jane Sampson added, ”James Black, I’m sorry.”

She seemed to have ultimately gotten involved in this matter.

”James Black, don’t be angry,” Jane Sampson said a bit anxiously, ”I... initially didn’t want to get involved, but somehow, I ended up doing it.”

Jane Sampson was also afraid to mention to James Black about Old Sir calling her late last night, fearing James Black might argue with the Old Sir. ”Grandfather told me that he wants to handle this matter, he said he would arrange to pick up those two children and take them to Capital Province, and I should visit the Black Residence this evening.”

James Black was much calmer than Jane Sampson had imagined, ”It’s good you’re fine. Seeing the twitter video got me worried you might bump into her. She looks strong, has a lot of energy, and I’m afraid she might harm you, so I called to check.”
