CEO's Reborn Wife

Chapter 1256: Chapter 1264 Live Streaming

William King initially genuinely wanted to see Jillian Carter succeed, but he hadn’t anticipated her being so difficult and arrogant.

William King scoffed to himself repeatedly. Just because she had the backing of James Carter and Gwendolyn Young, who did Jillian think she was? A princess of this world?

A newcomer, moreover, a newcomer without professional training, asking for the role of the female lead right off the bat. Even if she were given the role, could she handle it?

”If your goal is just to become famous quickly, I have another suggestion,” William King said, ”take the route of a live streaming internet celebrity.”

When William King said this and saw Jillian glance at him, he knew the young miss was interested and thus continued, ”However, even if you choose the influencer path and go live streaming, you need some skills. You can’t sing or dance, so do you have any culinary skills?”

”Do you think I, Jillian Carter, need to step into a kitchen?” Jillian’s face turned cold.

William King was not surprised by Jillian’s response at all. ”Then there’s only one more option left, but I have to warn you, it is a bit risky. That is taking the luxury lifestyle route. You could live stream the life of the wealthy as a fashionable broadcaster, plainly put, just open a live broadcast channel and live stream your spending sprees and visits to luxurious locations.”

William King was an outstanding agent, so he clearly knew how to make someone famous, in the quickest or most solid ways.

”For the most part, most people belong to the ordinary class, but almost all ordinary people are curious about the daily lives of the wealthy. For instance, the time when Jane Sampson used that lipstick worth more than 300,000 caught the twitter netizens’ attention. Thus, you can take this path, but if not handled well, it can attract a lot of dislike, gaining numerous haters.”

William King was reminding Jillian that if she decided to go down this path, she would need to keep her temper in check, otherwise, sooner or later, Jillian Carter would defeat herself with her unbearable attitude.

Fortunately, Jillian wasn’t foolish. William King spoke diplomatically, but she caught on.

”Don’t worry, I can pretend when it’s necessary,” Jillian responded to William King disinterestedly, then nodded, ”Let’s go with that method. I think it’s good, I like it.”

Jillian was even extremely satisfied within. If she could surpass Jane Sampson in fame merely by live streaming her spendthrift lifestyle, Jillian thought, by that day, Jane Sampson would probably be furious.

She was looking forward to that day.

”Because I’m friends with your brother, I still have one thing to remind you: any influencer at the height of their fame will try to transition, seizing any opportunity to take on acting roles and scripts. So, if you want to have a stable career, once you gain fame, you will still need to produce works. Otherwise, a faded influencer is worth even less than a washed-up actor or singer.”

William King left one thing unsaid: the rate of replacement among influencers is even faster than among actors and singers.

Actors and singers at least have works that could make people remember them. When their works are revisited, they get an opportunity to be recalled. But a purely live streaming influencer doesn’t get such chances, and, more than any other industry, needs to stick to the rule of constant renewal.
