Chapter 2136: Looking Good

Cassarae crossed her arms, looking the Duchess up and down.

”You sure know how to pick ʼem, huh?”

Cassarae shook her head. She really couldnʼt find a single thing wrong with the Duchessʼ appearance. She was the perfect woman.

That pale, silky caramel skin, those naturally pink-red lips, the way she wafted a scent that was almost seductive. And that was just her face.

Her breasts stood tall and proud even without a hint of support, her hips were wide, her waist so delicate it looked as wispy and fragile as the thin silk robes she wore.

Even in a situation where she wasnʼt prepared and had to fight just to get this much on, she somehow still seemed regal and untouchable, untainted by the tar of life and hardship.

The Duchess frowned. Recognition flashed in her eyes when she saw Sylas, but then her gaze shifted and landed on Cassarae.

”This is your wife?” the Duchess asked coldly.

”Thatʼs right, bitch,” Cassarae replied in Sylasʼ stead.

”She is crude and undignified.”

Cassarae started to laugh. ”Did you hear that, dear husband? I am undignified.”

Sylas sighed inwardly. Somehow, he knew that this was exactly what was going to happen.

”I have an idea,” Cassarae said, tapping her chin.

Sylas suddenly got a bad feeling.

”I think Iʼve awakened a new kink. Will you explore it with me, hubby?” Cassarae blinked, and Sylasʼ brow furrowed.

Unfortunately, it seemed even his own brain stopped working properly when Cassarae rubbed at his crotch.

”What are you frowning for?” Cassarae asked, whispering into his ear. ”Youʼre not interested in hearing my proposal?”

Cassarae laughed, looking down at Sylasʼ reaction. ”At least one part of you seemed interested.”

SHIIIIIING.

Raising her hand to the skies, Cassaraeʼs sword soared out from behind her and into her palms.

Chi.

She lowered it, aiming its tip right at the Duchessʼ head.

”Are you going to take my bet? Or are you too pussy to hack it?”

The Duchessʼ eyes narrowed. She didnʼt love Sylas, not even remotely. However, the culture of the Demons was very different from those of the Real Plane—at least on average.

She didnʼt need love in the first place. What she could respect was the domination of a man.

However, Sylas infuriated her. It would have been one thing if he simply deflowered her, but then he used her to target and kill her father, and then he treated their marriage like it was worthless.

Worst yet, he took one of her clones with him into his Hibernation Realm and hadnʼt spoken to her a single time—he hadnʼt visited once, he didnʼt even cast his mind inside to check on her.

It was humiliating. Even for a demonic husband, this was far too much.

To find out that this was the woman he was actively choosing on top of that, it only pissed her off even more.

Cassarae was beautiful, yes. But that was all. She didnʼt have the mouth befitting an empress, she didnʼt have the elegance of a woman Sylas should have by his side.

”What are your terms?” she said coldly.

”Whoever loses gets tied up like a hog and fucked by dear hubby here while the winner watches.”

Sylasʼ lip twitched.

The Duchessʼ crimson eyes erupted with fury, her white hair dancing in the wind.

BOOM. BOOM. BOOM.

A crater shattered into being beneath her, and yet she pressed down her foot with such force that she walked on the air itself.

BANG.

”I accept,” the Duchess said, streaking through the air so fast she was little more than a crimson blur.

”Shit. Sheʼs fast,” Cassarae cursed.

Sylas raised a hand like he was about to interfere, but a wall of sword blades surrounded Cassarae.

”Donʼt you fucking dare,” Cassarae said coldly. ”Just get that dick ready.”

She vanished too.

BOOM.

Sylas sighed and closed his eyes. Why did he always end up in this situation? This was going to be troublesome, because he had a feeling that Cassarae was going to challenge every woman he even had a remote affiliation with. Nosphaleen had woken something within her, and he wasnʼt talking about her fetish.

He wasnʼt too surprised by this, though. This was probably in line with Cassaraeʼs personality.

She had always loved a dominant man, it was just that she couldnʼt find one as good as Sylas after they broke up, so she could never scratch that itch. And then when they finally did get ”back together,” she didnʼt have the emotional stability to explore any of that. Why would she want to risk losing Sylas again?

But now, she could stoke her sadistic side and her own general horniness.

Sure, she loved it when Sylas dominated her. But the reason she was so okay with the idea of him having another woman was because the idea of him also dominating other women sparked a flame in her she couldnʼt understand.

And now that flame was raging through her veins.

BOOM.

The Duchessʼ claws and Cassaraeʼs blade met in the air.

The Duchessʼ eyes widened when she felt like Cassaraeʼs strength was actually somehow keeping up with hers. That was impossible. So long as she had blood, her physical prowess was simply off the charts and broke past the laws of reason.

Sure, there were some of her abilities that wouldnʼt be recovered unless she combined all her clones once again, but she was still several tiers above Cassarae.

Her gaze became gloomy. Her silk robes blew apart, revealing a body as perfect as carved diamond.

But she didnʼt care. The only two who were here were her husband and another woman, and the only dignity she cared about protecting was the one where she won this battle.

And unlike Nosphaleen, she didnʼt have the slightest reservation about using power Sylas had given her.

BADUM. BADUM. BADUM.

Her heart surged, veins of red appearing across her flawless skin as the whites of her eyes darkened.

”Looking good, demon bitch,” Cassarae said coldly, her swords howling.

They both vanished, and the air was filled with a cacophony of explosions.
