Chapter 2238 Buy The Jewellery To Shut Her Mouth

However, both Yu Qi and Long Hui ignored Cindy Lee and walked around looking at the displayed jewellery. The design of the jewellery here was not as attractive as HuiQiʼs design.

”If you donʼt have any money, donʼt act like that.” Cindy Lee said. Then, she turned to Long Hui. ”I will pay double what she pays you if you come and work for me.”

Yu Qi saw an attractive design. She turned and looked at the girl who had welcomed her before.

”You... Helen, is it?” Yu Qi called her.

”Yes.” Helen came forward.

”How much is that?” Yu Qi asked.

Helen looked in the direction where Yu Qi pointed. She was surprised when she saw the design that Yu Qi pointed at. It was the most expensive one in their store.

”This design is called the Sea of Tides. It was based on the ocean. It has 1 carat of blue diamonds and 12 pieces of small diamonds. It is worth 3 million.” Helen explained to Yu Qi.

”Great. Pack it for me.” Yu Qi said.

”What?” Helen was stunned.

Others were also stunned.

”Pack it for me.” Yu Qi said.

Only then, Helen snapped to reality. ”Yes... Yes... I will do it for you.”

”You should check her finances first.” Cindy Lee said.

The staff, Melissa, seeing Helen, wanted to process the payment, pushed Helen away, and wanted to help Yu Qi with the payment process. When she was about to reach for the card that Yu Qi took out, Yu Qi pulled back her card.

”I want her to handle the payment process.” Yu Qi said.

”But Helen is a new staff member. She might not be as proficient as I.” Mellisa said.

Then, a middle-aged man came over. He looked shocked when he saw the direction of the design that had been packed earlier.

”Where is the jewellery over there?” The middle-aged man asked in a flustered tone.

”Manager Henry, this customer is buying that piece,” Helen said.

”What?” The middle-aged man, Manager Henry, looked at Yu Qi.

He was indeed shocked when he saw Yu Qi. This girl had a weird sense of fashion. But he could not deny it. The dress looked kind of perfect on her.

”Manager Henry, you should be careful. These kinds of people are probably scammers. You should check the bank, seeing if the money is in or not.” Cindy Lee said.

Manager Henry looked stern. ”Process the payment.”

”This customer refuses to let me process the payment,” Melissa said.

”If you donʼt want to pay, then you should leave our store.” Manager Henry said.

”I just want to ask you something.” Yu Qi suddenly spoke to Manager Henry.

”What is it?” Manager Henry asked.

”Does your store use a commission system?” Yu Qi asked back.

”Yes. We do.” Manager Henry nodded.

”Oh... No wonder you are eager to help me to process the payment. When I first came inside the store, you pushed your colleague, Helen to deal with me.” Yu Qi said.

Manager Henryʼs expression became ugly. Yu Qi did not have to say more than that. He knew what happened after that.

”Melissa, step aside. Helen, process the payment for this customer.” Manager Henry said.

Under Manager Henryʼs watching eyes, Melissa had to step aside and let Helen take her place. Yu Qi handed the card to Helen. Helen processed the payment. The payment was accepted. Mellisa gritted her teeth.

If they sold the jewellery, they would get a 5% commission on the price of the jewellery. So, if the jewellery was worth 3 million, the commission that Helen would get was 150,000. It was a lot of money.

Mellisa regretted pushing the customer to Helen. If she treated this customer nicely, the 150,000 would be hers.

”Manager Henry, you should check the account. The money might not be inside.” Cindy Lee said again.

Yu Qi clicked her tongue. ”You should check. I will wait here.”

Manager Henry nodded. He checked the amount. There was a transaction of 3 million in the account. He immediately smiled at Yu Qi.

”Miss, thank you for purchasing the most expensive jewellery in our store. Hope you will be satisfied with the purchase.” Manager Henry showed a flattery smile.

”I hope the staff will never look down on the customer for not looking like a rich person.” Yu Qi said while glancing at Melissa.

Mellisa blushed in embarrassment. She knew that words were aimed at her.

”Yes... Yes... I will make sure to train our staff.” Manager Henry said.

”Yu Qi, can I have your contact number?” Susan Taylor stated.

”Sure.” Yu Qi nodded.

Yu Qi took out a card. She handed the card to Susan Taylor. Susan Taylor also handed her a card.

”Letʼs contact each other later.” Susan Taylor said.

”Yes.” Yu Qi nodded.

Yu Qi and Long Hui left the place. Cindy Lee was flustered when the man she liked ignored her. The woman looked down, slapped her face, by bought the most expensive jewellery in the store.

Susan Taylor did not care what her friend thought at that moment. She looked at the card that she had just received. When she looked at the card, she was surprised. She expected Yu Qiʼs profession to be a model. However, Yu Qiʼs profession was a doctor. She was a surgeon.

With Yu Qiʼs look, if she were not a model, she might be an actress or a flight attendant.
