Chapter 2213 They Hit Her Car

The next morning, after breakfast, Yu Qi immediately checked out. She planned to return to FINN City right away. She saw two cars following her. One was at the front, and the other one was at her back. She recognized the cars.

On the highway, Yu Qi drove normally until a car appeared from behind speeding very fast at the right line. Yu Qi did not care much because she was in the left line. It would not be a problem since she was not blocking the carʼs path.

However, Yu Qi noticed for the last time that the car was heading straight into her car. They were on the bridge. If the car hit Yu Qiʼs car straight on, the car might be pushed off the bridge. She remembered there was a river down there.

There was no time to think. Just let them hit her car. She would think after that. So, the car hit Yu Qiʼs car straight on at full speed. Yu Qiʼs car had been pushed off the bridge.

Everyone who was driving the same path watched the action in shock. After the car hit Yu Qiʼs car, the car drove off at high speed as they tried to run away. Since they were in a shocked state, the car managed to escape.

Yu Qiʼs bodyguards stopped their car and went to see Yu Qiʼs car. The bridge was quite high. However, they could see Yu Qiʼs car in the river. Then, they saw a group of people rush to Yu Qiʼs car.

”Hey, those people must be the ones who tried to kidnap Miss Tang. Call the backup. Me, M12 and M8 will go down to track them.” One of the bodyguards shouted.

The bodyguards nodded. One of them would stay up to contact their superior for the backup. This area had a weak signal for a normal phone line. However, they had an advanced phone line that could connect them right away.

”Request backup for the Tang Mission. Request backup for the Tang Mission. Miss Tangʼs car had been hit straight on by another car. It fell from the bridge into the river. This car accident had been planned. We spotted a group of people heading to Miss Tangʼs car. M12, M8, and M3 are going down. Request backup for the Tang Mission.” The bodyguard stated.

”Roger that. I will send some people to your location.” The person on the other line replied.

After the call, the bodyguard who was making the call followed his colleagues to find Yu Qi.

Some people stopped their cars and tried to call the police. Well, it was not so easy since the phone line here was quite weak. They had to walk around to search for a better signal.

Finally, one of them managed to call the police and report the incident.

Yu Qi was sitting on the tree after getting out of the car that fell into the river. Bo Ya told her that some people were waiting to ambush her. So, it was their plan.

After hitting her car here, making the car fall into the river, they would come and take her. They assumed that she would be injured and it would be easy to take her away. Well, she also thought it was quite a nice plan if only she was a normal person.

However, unfortunately for them, she was not a normal person. She was a cultivator. She could protect herself from being injured in this kind of situation.

After the car hit the river, there was some impact. However, Yu Qi was not affected by it since she enhanced her body before the impact. She used Aoiʼs special skill, turned to be invisible, and escaped the car.

30 seconds after she escaped, she saw a group of people come to her car. They were surprised to see there was no one inside the car. They knew that the person that they wanted to capture had escaped. They did not expect this outcome.

Still, they did not give up. The leader gave the instruction to his people to search around. He knew that the girl could not escape far. It was impossible not to get injured.

Yu Qi was hiding in the tree when she heard someoneʼs voice.

”Boss, there was some strange water trace here.”

”Where?”

”Here.”

It was indeed a water trace left by Yu Qi. She was soaking wet.

”The trace has disappeared here.”

The people were right under Yu Qi. Yu Qi stayed still without any movement. Yu Qi could see that those people looked up at Yu Qi. However, they were no change in their expression. They could not see her at all.

”Boss, her bodyguards are here.”

The leaderʼs face turned ugly. The plan that he thought was perfect was failed. He did not have any choice but to abandon the mission.

”All personnel, listen to my command. Abandon the mission. Retreat. Donʼt let them catch your sight.” The leader spoke to his walkie talkie.

Yu Qi who listened to them felt like they were soldiers.

ʼAoi, come out and follow them.ʼYu Qi stated.

ʼYes, Master.ʼ Aoi replied.

He came out and followed the leader. Yu Qi asked Bo Ya to scan the area to see if there was anyone left behind. After scanning, Bo Ya informed Yu Qi that they were not anyone except her bodyguards. They came down to find her.
