2009  Chapter 2009: She Is Your Flesh And Blood Too

”Are you calling me to talk about this nonsense? Is there anything about Feng Yue?” Xia Zi Qie finally spoke after hearing Feng Cho Kang and Fuang Cian Xie talk so much. ”Wha... What?” Feng Cho Kang did not expect Xia Zi Qie to ask them that question.

”I am coming to see you because you tell me that you have something to discuss about Feng Yue. So, what is it?” Xia Zi Qie asked.

”Well...” Feng Cho Kang struggled to find the words.

Fuang Cian Xie helped Feng Cho Kang to answer that. ”We want to talk about that too. As we said earlier, Feng Yue is not suitable for you to get married with, Mr Xia. You should...” ”Enough.” Xia Zi Qie stopped Fuang Cian Xie. ”I thought only the fictional world had this kind of plot where the evil stepmother and stepsister want to frame the girl. I did not expect to see them in reality.” Feng Ma Riʼs face went pale as she heard that statement from Xia Zi Qie. Fuang Cian Xie frowned.

”I should not come here.” Xia Zi Qie stood up.

Before Xia Zi Qie left, he looked at Feng Cho Kang and spoke up. ”She is your flesh and blood too. You should not talk crap about your own daughter.” Xia Zi Qie walked away after he was done talking. Feng Cho Kang was stunned. What Xia Zi Qie said was indeed the truth. She was his daughter too. Fuang Cian Xie glanced at Feng Cho Kang. It seemed the last words from Xia Zi Qie had some impact on Feng Cho Kang. She could not let them influence Feng Cho Kangʼs thinking. ”Cho Kang... Feng Yue probably talks badly about Ma Ri to Mr Xia. Otherwise, he would not have a bad impression about Ma Ri.” Fuang Cian Xie said pushing the blame to Feng Yue.

Feng Cho Kang who just started to feel bad about Feng Yue pushed the feeling away. He believed what Fuang Cian Xie said was true. Xia Zi Qie was listening to Feng Yue. Otherwise, Xia Zi Qi would never think something like that about Feng Ma Ri.

”Father...” Feng Ma Ri was crying.

Feng Cho Kang stood up and went to hug Feng Ma Ri to comfort his little darling.

”Donʼt cry, my dear. Dad will talk to him again to clear the misunderstanding between you two.” Feng Cho Kang patted Feng Ma Riʼs head.

”Will he listen?” Feng Ma Ri asked.

”Dad will meet him and talk to him again and again until he listens to me.” Feng Cho Kang said.

Feng Cho Kang nodded. Feng Ma Ri was a very sweet daughter to Feng Cho Kang. Feng Ma Ri often expressed her love for her father. Unlike Feng Yue. To be honest, he never heard Feng Yue say something like ʼI love you, Dadʼ to him. Yes, not even once. However, he never realized that he also never said something like that to Feng Yue.

”What a lovely scene. Father and daughter are bonding with each other.” Feng Yue clapped her hands watching the situation in front of her.

She returned home and watched the sicking scene. She almost vomited over there. Hearing the voice and clapping, the three of them turned around to see Feng Yue standing in front of them. ”Yue...” Fuang Cian Xie forced herself to smile while greeting Feng Yue.

”No need to smile if you donʼt want to. Even I displeased to look at this.” Feng Yue responded.

”Feng Yue, how dare you talk rudely to your mother?” Feng Cho Kang shouted when hearing the response from Feng Yue to his beloved wife. ”Excuse me, she is not my mother. Do you forget about my mother? She has already died. As for her, she is a mistress.” Feng Yue talked while showing a disgusting expression on her face as she looked at Fuang Cian Xie.

”Feng Yue!” Feng Cho Kang shouted.

Feng Yue closed her ears. She could see that he was angry. But she did not care. This trip was not for Feng Cho Kang or Fuang Cian Xie. It was for Feng Ma Ri. Feng Yueʼs eyes moved to her target. She walked straight to Feng Ma Ri. Without saying anything, she gave a strong slap on Feng Ma Riʼs cheek. If the first one was on the right side, another slap landed on the left side. Feng Ma Ri fell ground on the ground. Fuang Cian Xie rushed to her daughter.

”Ma Ri!” Fuang Cian Xie checked on her daughter.

”Feng Yue!!! What have you done to your sister?” Feng Cho Kang shouted.

He wanted to slap Feng Yue back. But Feng Yue already predicted that. She quickly distanced herself from Feng Cho Kang.

”You!!!” Feng Cho Kang was angry when he did not succeed in slapping Feng Yue back. ”Why are you slapping your sister?”

”Your beloved sister should know what she has done.” Feng Yue said. She then turned to Feng Ma Ri. ”Right, Feng Ma Ri?” Feng Ma Ri looked up at Feng Yue. Feng Yue must be referring to the recent incident. ”Sister, what are you talking about?” Feng Ma Ri pretended not to know anything. She did not want to acknowledge that.

”Whatever Ma Ri did to you, you should not be slap her like this.” Fuang Cian Xie was furious.
