Global Lords: Starting with Halving Recruitment Costs

Chapter 197 The way out for the aborigines

Chapter 197 The way out for the aborigines
If the opponent hides in the dark and develops quietly, the cemetery camp may have to worry more.

But now that they have learned the news.

Then even if the official period comes, they are sure to find each other soon and destroy each other’s territory with absolute strength.

As the overlord of the Southwest Territory, Elder Gu obviously has this confidence.

After speaking, Elder Bone set his sights on Tatamu again.

”Tatamu, it seems that your swamp camp is already doing whatever it takes to win!”

Elder Bone seems to seldom speak, or it likes to use this bone rubbing sound to show its extraordinaryness.

In short, when these words were spoken, Tatamu was shocked.

”Unexpectedly, Elder Gu’s strength is close to that of a demigod!”

Tatamu’s face showed surprise, and he looked at the other party in disbelief.

”What! Demigod! Could it be the priest who refined the Tree of Life!”

”So, soon the cemetery camp will have a third god!”

The great elders of the castle camp and the great elders of the barrier camp looked at each other in shock.

”Didn’t it mean that the elf king chose to blew himself up, and the priesthood and divinity did not remain?”

The dark elves of the dungeon camp on the side also looked surprised.

”Brother Bone, are what they say true?”

Even the tiger-shaped orcs in the tribal camp couldn’t sit still for a while.

God!
This not only represents great power, but also represents immortality.

Although a demigod is only the beginning of a god, even refining a priesthood or divinity may not be able to become a god.

But these two things represent zero and one.

If there is no priesthood and divinity, then the distance to the god is zero.

And as long as you refine your priesthood or divinity, you have already broken through zero, even if it is only zero point zero zero one.

It also means that the other party has embarked on the road of the gods, at least they have found out how to go on this road.

They were left behind from the last or last hegemony competition, and voluntarily became the so-called aborigines who served the new lord.

It’s just that he doesn’t want to die, so he would rather be trapped in this world and need a chance.

A chance to become a god.

Naturally, it is not easy to get this opportunity.

Because one of them is that you must become the leader of a camp.

For example, the southwest territory is so large, there are only seven camps.

Just being a leader is more than that, you must win the competition.

Another condition for becoming a leader is to be promoted to a demigod.

Because only after advancing to the level of a demigod, can one have his own exclusive family.

Once you have an exclusive family, you can hope to refine one of the lands to build your own kingdom of God.

For these outdated natives, there are two hopes for becoming a god.

One is to kill the leader of the enemy camp and refine the priesthood held by the other party.

But non-gods want to kill gods, the difficulty can be imagined.

So they chose to serve their faction leaders, hoping to help the leaders win the faction war, and at the same time see if they can get the priesthood.

This path is often not so easy.

Even many aborigines were not the veterans of the previous hegemony competition, but climbed up from a lower position step by step in the previous or more competitions.

The other way is more difficult and depends more on opportunities.

That is to choose to join a new lord’s territory, hope that the other party can win this Lord’s Contest, and then leave with the other party.

The main reason why this road is more difficult is that in the later stage of the hegemony competition, in addition to defeating or subduing the indigenous leaders of the same camp, the new lord must also unify at least one territory.

The world of lords is divided into nine territories: southeast, northwest, middle, northeast, northwest, southwest and southeast.

In other words, unlike the aborigines who only need to defeat the hostile aboriginals in one territory, the new lord must not only defeat the hostile aborigines, but also all the lords who competed with him at the same time.

And if you want to join the new lord’s forces from the early stage, there are too many uncertainties.

There are only eight aboriginal forces in total, and in some places there are even less than eight.

But the number of newly arrived lords in a territory often exceeds one million.

Even if it is the novice period, the adaptation period, and even the part eliminated in the official period, and then divided by camps, each camp has at least tens of thousands of lords, and if it is more, the number of [-] is not an empty finger.

It is too difficult to pick out the lord who wins the end from so many lords.

For the aborigines trapped in the lord’s world, the best way is of course to take the two roads together, and then see which road is easier to go in the end.

It would be even better if the two roads overlap.

This time, the division of the major power regions is actually a small screening.

Although the time for the new lords to arrive is not too long, at least in the early stage, most of the lords they selected are currently the most outstanding.

Rather than randomly selecting a few lords from among the vast lords, it is naturally better to choose one from dozens of lords.

After all, a lord has only one territory, and the number of people who will benefit in the end is also limited.

Even if they seek refuge, it is often those who are the first to seek refuge with the lord who have the opportunity to leave with him.

And the further back, there are so many people in the front occupying positions, the chances are much slimmer.

In fact, many aboriginal leaders are often leftover from the lord’s territory that won the last hegemony.

Including those aboriginal nobles who are not too strong, if it wasn’t because they chose the right lord when they first invested, how could they survive the hegemony competition with their strength.

And now hearing that Elder Gu has touched the threshold of a demigod, one can imagine the changes in the other elders.

Originally, everyone was on the same front. Because the cemetery camp is the strongest, the leader and the great elder are already demigod-level existences.

If even Elder Bone is promoted to demigod now, the balance in the Southwest Territory will soon be broken.

When the balance can no longer be maintained, except for the cemetery camp, the interests of everyone else will suffer.

Including the Dungeon faction and Horde faction that are allied with the Graveyard faction.

Because you must know that if they want to advance to Demigod, they must choose one of the above two options.

But in fact, the two choices are simply one.

In so many lord competitions, it has never been possible for the aboriginal forces of his camp to win after the new lord is defeated.

In the same way, it is often the new lord who wins the hegemony contest, and the aboriginal forces of his camp also win the war, and thus have the opportunity to leave the lord’s world.

The reason why the aboriginal forces are divided according to the eight major forces and the three major camps is naturally also particular.

Regardless of the neutral camp, because they can bet on both sides, and can cultivate new lords by themselves, so the promotion plan is another.

In fact, the two opposing forces are not only opposing factions, but often also opposing promotion paths.

To put it simply, if the cemetery camp wins, the dungeon camp and the tribal camp will also benefit.

This is also the main reason why they are willing to contribute to fighting the Castle Alliance.

There are three camp alliances on both sides, which correspond to three camp leaders with demigod strength.

No matter which side loses in the end, the division of the three leaders should be equal.

Take a simple example.

That is to say, after the three factions of the cemetery camp alliance defeat the three factions of the castle camp, they will each receive the inheritance of a leader of the other side, that is, a new demigod will appear in one camp.

In the last lord war, the cemetery camp defeated the forest camp with the support of the dungeon camp and the tribal camp, breaking the balance of power in the southwest border.

Because only the power of the forest camp was harvested, there was no objection to the division at that time. The resources that could advance to the demigod belonged to the cemetery camp, and the elders of the cemetery camp also touched the threshold of the demigod.

However, the main reason why the dungeon camp and the tribal camp gave up this benefit was because they felt that among the forest camp, only the Elf King had mastered the priesthood.

And now, Elder Bone, who ranks second in the cemetery camp, is about to embark on the path of demigod.

So does it mean that in the forest camp that was defeated at the beginning, there were actually two priesthoods or divinities.

If there were really two priesthoods or divinities, the cemetery camp did not give one of them to the dungeon camp or the tribal camp. The significance of this was self-evident.

The opponent broke one of the most important rules in the alliance, and the elders of the dungeon camp and the tribe camp would naturally stand on their opposite sides.

Unlike other things, for these great elders, their priesthood and divinity are their most important things.

”Do you want to break the rules and no longer divide the range of strength according to competition?”

Elder Gu faced the pressure of the six Great Elders of their respective factions, but he himself was not afraid.

”There is another reason for this matter, not what you think. If it was true that we hid our priesthood or divinity at the beginning, how could I wait until now to refine it? You must know that after the last hegemony competition ended, We still have a long time.”

Elder Bone explained this to the two great elders of the dungeon camp and the tribe camp.

Hearing his words, the two great elders came back to their senses.

As Elder Bone said.

After the last new lord competition ended, the remaining aborigines also went through internal struggles before finally becoming representatives of their respective camps.

Every new lord who can unify the entire region will often have many powerful generals under his command in the end. However, in the end, a region can only be divided into camps, with each camp retaining a leader and a fixed number of nobles.

You don’t need to think about it to know that this number is definitely not enough to leave the division of heroes and soldiers who became aborigines.

So after the new lord left, they still had a long time to fight and wait for the lord’s continent to repair itself.

The destruction of the forest camp is the time between the end of the new lord competition and the start of the new lord competition.

In fact, it is often for them to stay and become the existence of the aborigines to adapt and improve their strength.

And before the start of the new Overlord Competition, because they have to adapt to the new Overlord Continent, their strength will be reduced a lot because of adapting to the rules.

This is the reason why some powerful nobles of bronze level and silver level appear.

Before the end of the last competition, their strength must have reached the gold rank or legend.

But every new lord contest is to enter a new lord continent.

Because the rules are different, they are nominally aborigines, but in fact they are just earlier arrivals.

And any descendant will have their strength greatly reduced due to the will of the plane and the suppression of the rules.

”If there is anything, let’s talk about it after the game.”

In the end, it was the elder of the dark elves who spoke. The elders of the tribe on the side seemed a little dissatisfied, but they also knew that if they turned their faces now, they would suffer the most.

Because Elder Gu’s strength had already been demonstrated, the other party had clearly taken advantage of it.

If they turn their backs, for the castle camp and other camps that are hostile in themselves, this just means that the strength of the cemetery camp has improved a lot.

But the war between the two sides will not stop.

But it is different for the dungeon camp and the tribe camp.

If they turned their backs, it would mean that they would not only face the attack of the castle camp alliance, but also have an extra enemy from the cemetery camp.

Maybe even the neutral swamp and elemental camps will attack them.

And without the leader of the cemetery camp, whether the dungeon camp and the tribe camp can be an alliance is another matter.

If there is no alliance, the two sides will become a situation of fighting on their own.

In this case, the situation will deteriorate in an instant, and it is very likely that the two camps will follow in the footsteps of the forest camp that they wiped out before.

The reason why the forest camp was eliminated at the beginning was because as their strength grew, they no longer obeyed the orders of the castle camp, and even wanted to compete for the leadership of the alliance.

It was also because of this that there was a gap within their own alliance, which allowed the cemetery alliance to seize the opportunity and invade the forest camp’s stronghold.

At first they acted as if they were just trying to beat each other.

So in order to teach the opponent a lesson, it may be that they simply want to weaken the strength of the forest camp, so that they can obey their orders again.

Anyway, for the forest camp to be attacked, the castle camp and the barrier camp chose to stand by.

At that time, neither the castle camp nor the fortress camp had thought that the forest camp would choose to fight until the last moment.

They thought that as long as the forest camp couldn’t resist the attack of the opposing alliance, they could only bow their heads to themselves for shelter.

As long as the other party bows their heads, then naturally there is no need to worry about the dominance in the future.
