“What conditions? Brother Cao, just say it. I’ll definitely agree to anything I can do.”

The corners of Cao Xiangyu’s mouth curled up, revealing a disdainful smile.

As expected, this kind of person didn’t care about anything else.

As long as he showed the money, forget one condition, even a hundred wouldn’t be a problem.

“In order to prevent this from happening again, I’d like you to hand the management of the warehouse over to me, Bro.”

!!
“No way, that’s a bit too much. If I hand over the management of the warehouse to you, wouldn’t you be the factory director?”

“Look at what you’re saying. We just want to help manage the warehouse. After all, the goods inside are all Cisco products. If anything were to happen one day, Brother Lin won’t be able to explain himself. I’m doing this for your own good.”

Lin Yi rubbed his chin and pondered,

“Brother Cao is right. The goods inside are all yours. If something happens to them, I won’t be able to explain myself. I might even have to take legal responsibility.”

“Exactly. I’m putting myself in your shoes too. I’m thinking from your point of view. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have done such a thankless thing.” Cao Xiangyu said.

“In order to take care of you, I’m willing to shoulder the responsibility. This is just to make things easier for you.”

“If that’s the case, then I really have to thank you for your good intentions, Brother Cao.”

“Sure, sure, sure. We’re brothers, after all.”

“Then let’s quickly sign a contract and settle this matter. From now on, the warehouse in the factory will be under your control. The people of Sci-Tech will not be responsible for the business done here. Any problems will be yours to deal with. It will have nothing to do with us.”

Cao Xiangyu’s face lit up. Calling him an idiot wasn’t an exaggeration at all.

Taking 200,000 yuan today was equivalent to buying four warehouses. Sigh, calling him an idiot would be a compliment at this point.

“Let’s go, let’s go sign the contract now.”

The group of four returned to Wang Ran’s office. The task of drafting the contract fell to Lin Yi and Wang Ran.

Lin Yi made more than ten suggestions during this time, pushing responsibility away from himself.

Cao Xiangyu lit a cigarette and looked at Lin Yi with a smile.

Wang Tianlong leaving the factory to his brother-in-law was a stupid decision.

It wouldn’t take long for him to squander it all away.

“President Cao, smoke less,” the secretary reminded him in a low voice.

Cao Xiangyu’s expression was furious, he nearly opened his mouth to shout, “Are you motherf*cking Emperor Lao Tze?!”

However, he then remembered what Lin Yi said just now.

Thus, he shut up and stomped out the cigarette butt.

Half an hour later, Lin Yi handed the four-page contract to Cao Xiangyu.

“I have already signed it. Once Brother Cao signs the contract, it will immediately take effect. After that, we won’t worry about the warehouse anymore.”

“Okay, okay, okay. I’ll sign it now.”

Cao Xiangyu took the pen and signed his name.

He was extremely excited.

Now, the production line of Sci-Tech was solely in his hands, and their warehouse also now belonged to him.

According to this situation, more than 80% of the entire industrial area was under his control.

The only things he did not control now were the canteen and toilets.

Cao Xiangyu couldn’t help but snicker at the thought. He was going to tell his dad about this later.

It could be considered a complete comeback.

Lin Yi rubbed his chin, silently confirming that the production lines and warehouses were now in Cao Xiangyu’s hands.

Apart from the canteen and toilets, there didn’t seem to be anything else he could influence.

Judging from the current situation, he would have to do more work on the canteen and the toilet next time.

This was naturally just an act though. If he didn’t do at least this much, he would look unprofessional.

“Brother Cao, the contract has been signed. We have reached an agreement. From now on, our production line and warehouse will be handed over to you. I wish Brother Cao a prosperous business. When you make a fortune in the future, don’t forget about me.”

“Don’t worry, there won’t be a problem. I’ll make sure you always have food on your table from now on. We’re brothers, and Brother Cao is the most loyal person there is.”

“I’ll remember that. If you have any problems in the future, I’ll ask you for help.”

“No problem.”

Cao Xiangyu stood up with a smile. “I still have something else to do. I won’t talk to you any longer.”

“Okay, okay, okay. Go do your work, Brother. I won’t stop you from getting rich.”

Wang Ran approached Lin Yi carefully as Cao Xiangyu and his secretary left.

“Teacher Lin, the warehouse belongs to us. Why should we let them take care of it?” Cao Xiangyu asked

“Didn’t I tell you just now? The warehouse is theirs. What if something goes wrong? Are you going to take the responsibility or should I?” Lin Yi asked.

Wang Ran puffed up her cheeks. Although such a risk did indeed exist, from what she knew, all the warehouses in the area were managed by their own people. No one was so afraid of shouldering responsibility that they would willingly hand it over to others.

“That’s true, but I think we would have been fine as long as we are mindful of our safety and fire procedures.” Lin Yi said with a chuckle

“You can’t be sure of that. It’s such a big warehouse, and it is filled with Cisco’s products. Who can guarantee that it’ll be safe?” Lin Yi said with a chuckle.

“Uh…”

Wang Ran had a bad feeling that something might really happen to the warehouse one day.

“Alright, you can continue to stay here. Keep me posted.”

“Got it, Teacher Lin.”

Lin Yi took the 200,000 yuan check and left happily after scamming Cao Xiangyu.

Although he had a huge amount of money in his hands, Lin Yi still felt a deep sense of loneliness the moment he left the company. It was as if he had been abandoned by the world.

There wasn’t a single car on the road, and he couldn’t even get a f*cking taxi.

Lin Yi preferred to take a taxi compared to taking Didi.

He could get in just by waving his hand, and he could get out as soon as he arrived at the destinations. He didn’t have to bother with reviews either, so it was all very convenient.

Lin Yi walked forward and arrived at the entrance of Cisco’s factory, only to find that Cao Xiangyu’s car was gone as well.

This was a bit difficult.

At that moment, Lin Yi saw a black car coming from afar. It was a new Audi A6.

Lin Yi waved his hand and the Audi A6 stopped.

The window rolled down and Lin Yi saw a female driver sitting in the driver’s seat. Her looks and figure were stunning.

The woman was wearing a white uniform. She had long black hair and the hair was slightly wavy. She looked mature and sexy, but she still maintained her composure and aura.

Lin Yi could tell at first glance that this woman wasn’t simple.

“Beauty, can you give me a lift?”

“You want a lift?”The female driver frowned. She didn’t think that the man in front of her would make such a request.

“There’s no way I can go back without a taxi. Don’t worry, I’ll pay for it. But judging from your outfit, you don’t lack money, so I’m a bit embarrassed right now.”
