Beast Taming: Becoming a Bug-type Elite Four Member Starting with Silkworm Raising

Chapter 205: Stealing a house successfully, starting infrastructure construction! After quietly arriving at the rock wall, Russell raised his head and looked at the griffon’s nest more than ten meters high.

Based on a tree that originally grew on the cliff, and piled with a large number of branches, grass and leaves, this nest is quite strong and relatively hidden.

The female beast, which was slightly smaller than the male black wind gryphon, was lying in the nest. It was only after Russell walked directly under the nest that he could fully see its appearance.

At this moment, the obviously tired female black wind griffon was staring in the direction of the fierce battle between her husband and the snowy owl beast, completely unaware of the quietly approaching humans.

call……!
”Let me come and blow up its nest!”

Thinking of being able to fight a powerful opponent, Ayou was particularly excited, and she wished she could rush forward to fight with this female black wind griffon now.

Although Ayou usually makes a fuss, its judgment is not unreasonable.

After all, the pet beast’s nest is not the pet beast itself. Especially for pet beasts like the black wind gryphon, which usually live in mountain caves and only build temporary nests during the breeding season, the quality of the nests is usually not that high.

Even if they choose harder wood to build their nests, if they are directly attacked by mid-level beasts, they will collapse in an instant.

Because of this, the male black wind griffin will soar over the hinterland of the valley for most of the day, in order to nip the danger in the bud and try to avoid getting into the dilemma of a nest defense battle.

However, its preparations were ultimately no match for smarter humans.

Because he underestimated the enemy for a moment, the male black wind griffon is still tightly entangled by the ice owl beast.

Although the opponent’s strength was overwhelming and the ice wild beast was about to be torn to pieces, it really couldn’t escape until it completely won.

After all, the Snowy Wild Beast is also at the sixth level of strength, and its attributes restrain the wind element. If the Black Wind Gryphon comes back with all its strength and does not use any skills to attack or defend against the blizzard attack, there is a risk of being killed.

Although wild beasts attach great importance to reproduction, they do not value their own lives more than they do.

Therefore, during this period, even if the nest is in danger, the female Black Wind Griffin can only resist it for a while.

However, it is now weak after giving birth, and its hard strength is only at the late fifth level. In addition, it has to firmly defend the nest, and it has lost the great advantage of the flying pet beast’s flexible air superiority. Ayou and Daolang can take action together, and it is not impossible to fight against the female Black Wind. The gryphon touched it.

This is also the main reason why Russell dared to go deep behind enemy lines alone.

”Phew, success or failure depends on this!”

After scanning the surrounding terrain again, Russell took a deep breath, then decisively summoned Daolang and issued an attack order to the two pet beasts.

After receiving the order, Ayou and Daolang flapped their wings and quickly flew towards the gryphon nest above.

In fact, from the perspective of the most effective killing, he should let Ayou release a round of long-range attacks before charging.

From this angle, a Nether Explosion can directly destroy the nest made of tree branches.

If the shadow form is turned on and the clone is released to attack with all its strength, it is even possible to injure the female Black Wind Griffin lying in the nest in one fell swoop.

However, Russell never thought of doing this from beginning to end.

After all, the purpose of this operation is not hunting, but driving.

Besides, the female black wind griffon was not the main force in the griffin couple in the first place. Let alone injuring it, even if it was killed directly, it would not completely end the battle.

The real threat everyone faced was always the male Black Wind Griffin in its prime.

The current battle situation seems to be under the control of the pioneering team, but it is basically impossible to kill this male Black Wind Griffin.

The ice wild beast was able to temporarily suppress it, firstly, by the initial wave of sneak attacks, and secondly, by relying on a life-for-life, completely regardless of the cost of fighting method.

However, the gap in hard power and blood between the two sides is there. As long as the Black Wind Griffin does not mess up its position, even if the ice owl beast fights to death, it will only be slightly injured at most.

If the nests of the two black wind griffons are really destroyed, then the female black wind griffon will have no pet eggs to protect, and the two sixth-level pet beasts will fall into extreme rage. I am afraid that the people in the Chongwu House will have to answer. it’s here.

Russell’s goal is just to make them feel seriously threatened and prompt them to move after tonight’s battle.

As for whether these two black wind griffins, who finally became parents, can find a new nesting site, Russell can only wish them good luck.

He gave up after just a little thought about taming the black wind gryphon as a pet beast in the Insect Valley or as a transportation pet beast.

After all, the Black Wind Griffin is not as good-tempered as the Herba Camel. As long as the environment is modified to retain them, they can live in harmony without even being tamed.

Facing such platinum-level pet beasts with evil attributes, not to mention that he has no taming ability, even if he catches two, they may be betrayed at any time without a contract.

Moreover, non-insect pet beasts cannot get the increase of ”Cocoon of Evolution”, so he will naturally not choose to contract the Black Wind Griffin.

After taking over this valley and developing it stably for a while, he will cultivate a pet beast that is exclusive to the Insect House!

Just as Russell was thinking for a moment, Ayou and Daolang had already flown near the nest, and the ever-vigilant female griffon also immediately discovered them.

Knowing that time was running out, Russell quickly retracted his thoughts and commanded the two contracted beasts to launch a fierce attack on the griffin’s nest.

”Dao Lang, get close to the nest and cut the branches, but try to cut the edges, don’t cut the main trunk!”

”Ayou, charge up the Nether Explosion first, and then release it when I give the command!”

According to the tactics that had been decided long ago, Russell formulated their own methods of action for Ayou and Daolang.

Hearing this, Daolang, who was rushing in front, kicked off his hind legs, and his silver insect wings flapped at high speed, directly over the head of the female Black Wind Griffin, and struck a nearby bunch of leaves with his blade arm.

Although this sword has no actual effect, the attack position is very close to the black wind griffon and the beast eggs. The chopped leaves fly high in the mountain wind, which looks very thrilling.

Jie——!
Unexpectedly, this quietly approaching insect immediately attacked without saying anything, frightening the female black wind gryphon to spread its wings and roar, trying to scare off the intruder with its own rank and size.

Unfortunately, what it faced was not a wild egg stealer, but a well-trained contracted beast.

Faced with the Black Wind Griffin’s bluffing behavior, Daolang remained unmoved at all and continued to chop down the less important branches in the nest.

Jie——!
Seeing that the intimidation was completely ineffective, the female black wind griffon flapped her wings, condensing the surrounding wind energy.

However, its body cannot leave the nest, and it does not dare to attack with too much range. It can only use some low-level wind skills to attack Daolang. With Daolang’s dodge ability, as long as the opponent does not use large-scale instant group attacks, it can easily evade skills such as Wind Blade and Gale Arrow, and at the same time superimpose its own unparalleled fighting spirit.

At Russell’s signal, besides chopping branches, Daolang would also look for opportunities to use his alloy claws to hit the female black wind griffon.

Although it is difficult for Daolang’s attack power to cause limited damage to the sixth-level black wind griffon, the pain caused by the sword arm cutting on the body is still quite obvious.

After several guerrilla attacks, this female Black Wind Griffin was beaten until it howled.

Jie Jie...!
Evil pet beasts often have bad tempers. Faced with such a one-sided beating, it quickly lost its temper.

Looking at its flapping wings and eagerness to try, it was obvious that it couldn’t help but want to stand up and teach this annoying insect a lesson.

”Dao Lang, continue to provoke and chop off its feathers!”

Seeing that his tactics were about to work, Russell clenched his fists nervously and continued to order Daolang to jump up and down in the griffon’s lair and make mischief everywhere.

Feathers are the most beautiful feathers on most raptors. During the breeding season, the black wind griffin with the blackest and brightest feathers can successfully find a mate.

At the same time, this is also their reverse scale.

As Dao Lang made another sneak attack from behind, he cut off half a feather from the back of the neck of the female black wind griffon. It was hesitant just now and was unwilling to leave the nest. It suddenly became furious and started to rush out of the nest with the wings of wind. .

Jie Jie——!
With the roaring sounds one after another, the female Black Wind Griffin continued to accelerate, the evil energy in its claws surged, and it viciously pursued and attacked Daolang four or five times in a row.

Judging from its furious stance, it looked like it was going to eat Dao Lang alive.

Fortunately, the female black wind griffon’s motherly instincts still exist, and even if it becomes furious, it is impossible for it to directly attack its nest.

Taking advantage of this, Daolang took advantage of his small size and good climbing ability to keep avoiding the trees where the griffin’s nest was located. For a while, he was not in any danger.

At the moment when the female black wind griffon completely flew out of the nest, Russell, who had been watching the battle closely, had a flash of light in his eyes, and finally issued an attack order to Ayou, who had been accumulating energy for a long time:
”Use Nether Explosion to attack nearby rocks, causing energy waves and broken rocks to cover the nest, but do not attack the nest directly!”

Following his spiritual voice transmission, Ayou opened his wings and released the Nether Explosion skill that he had already accumulated towards the griffin’s lair.

However, following Russell’s instructions just now, this Netherworld blast did not appear directly above the nest, but struck diagonally on the rock wall three meters away from the nest.

boom -

I saw the gray ghost-type energy group suddenly burst open, and a gap was blasted out of the hard rock wall. The gravel flew away, and a considerable part flew towards the griffon’s nest.

Jie——!
Upon seeing this, the female Black Wind Griffin, who was about to continue chasing Daolang, was shocked. She immediately accelerated back to the nest, using her body and wingspan to block the rubble for the beast’s eggs.

After this noise, the male griffon who was still fighting with the ice owl in the distance suddenly became anxious.

Fueled by eagerness and anger, its already fierce offensive was intensified again, and the ice owl beast’s body soon added several scars that were deep enough to show the bones.

Through the mental feedback from the parasitic Gu, He Qiuer learned that there were less than 2 minutes left in the violent state of the Gu, and she couldn’t help but become a little anxious.

Fortunately, Russell’s voice came from the intercom in time:
”If you hold on for another minute, stop blocking and let the male black wind gryphon return to support. Don’t let the ice owl beast die directly!”

Seeing that his sneak attack plan was successfully completed, Russell gave instructions to the rest of the team over the phone. Russell did not dare to stay for one more second, turned around and ran towards the grove where everyone was.

It was already dark at this time, and with the blessing of Ayou’s shadow control, his running movements were very hidden in the dark night.

Coupled with the fact that the two black wind griffons were highly focused on Daolang and Ayou, Russell’s retreat process could be said to be unnoticed.

The fourth-level beast master’s running speed was not slow, and the area of the valley itself was not very large. It only took him a few minutes to sneak carefully when he arrived. Now he was running at full speed and soon arrived near the woods.

Before his mental connection reached the limit, Russell raised his hand and took back Ayou and Daolang.

At the same time, He Qiuer also asked the seriously injured and dying ice wild beast to stop attacking the black wind griffon and let it fly towards the rock wall with its wind wings fully open.

Jie——?
Seeing the two difficult uninvited guests in front of her suddenly disappear, and her husband who was entangled by the hateful humans in the distance also rush back, the female griffon who was extremely nervous just now was a little confused for a moment.

However, now that the crisis in the nest was over, it finally felt relieved, carefully combing out the blood stains and messy feathers on its mate, and re-piling the chopped branches.

In the grove, Russell and He Qiuer were leaning against a big tree respectively, breathing heavily.

Russell was a little distracted because he ran too hard, and He Qiuer was injured because of the violent end of the Gu insect. The parasitic Gu also suffered some injuries and suffered soul backlash.

Fortunately, after all this trouble, the efforts of fighting were not in vain.

According to the footage sent back by the sonar bat that took advantage of the chaos and lurked near the nest, the two black wind griffons calmed down for a while, then whispered to each other a few times, and looked at the dark woods with lingering fears.

Russell had just asked He Qiu’er to stop in time and never let the ice wild beast die in front of the male griffon. This was his intention.

After all, during the entire battle, the person who really made the Black Wind Griffin feel seriously threatened was the Icefield Owl Beast who had also reached level six and was capable of severely damaging it.

As for the battle that took place near the nest, although it was thrilling, the female Black Wind Griffin could clearly feel that the two approaching pet beasts were much weaker than her, so her emotion was more of anger than fear.

Under this premise, if the black wind griffon directly kills the ice wild beast, not only will they not be frightened to move, but they will feel that they have defeated a powerful intruder, so they can live in the valley with peace of mind.

”It’s moving! They are really moving their nest!”

A moment later, amid Lu Dahu’s excited shouts, two black wind gryphons actually flew out of their nests.

Probably because they felt that the snowy owl retreating into the woods was too dangerous, and there were human beast masters activities nearby, the gryphon couple finally decided to move out of this place of trouble and trouble overnight!

The energy control level of the sixth-level pet beasts is not too low. They wrap some branches and dead leaves in the nest with gentle wind, and slowly disappear into the night sky while holding three pet beast eggs.

Seeing this scene, everyone let out a sigh of relief, and the joy on their faces was beyond words.

Before coming to the Imperial Insect Valley, Lu Dahu had never thought that the Black Tiger Team could actually compete with two sixth-level beasts.

Even if they are not the main force in this battle, it is still an experience that greatly improves actual combat experience.

As a pioneer of the Imperial Insect Valley, Russell was naturally even more excited. Regardless of the darkness of the night, he directly called Dingjia Construction Company:
”Hello? I’ll work overtime tonight. I’ll apply for an armored vehicle escort for you. I’ll bring the tools to the location I just sent overnight. After that, there will be several big orders, all of which are yours!” (End of Chapter)
