Beast Taming: Becoming a Bug-type Elite Four Member Starting with Silkworm Raising

Chapter 37 Scaling UpChapter 37 Scaling Up
Two days later, there was still no definite news from the Senluo City Special Hunting Team. The breeding site and equipment promised by Tian Xiuqi were in place first.

Standing in front of this large factory with the sign ”Tian’s Silk Making”, Russell once again lamented their inhumane behavior.

Tian Xiuqi’s so-called area was not bad, but it was actually several thousand square meters.

More than a dozen special breeding equipment for silkworm pets with constant temperature and moisturizing functions, built-in fresh-keeping boxes, and 12-hour automatic feeding are neatly placed. They are also equipped with an additional adult activity area. There are still some in the huge factory. Nearly half the spots are empty.

Such a new factory building with a vast area and complete water and electricity facilities is said to have been idle for nearly a year. The world of rich people is really incomprehensible...

While Russell was silently complaining in his mind, several workers sent by Tian Xiuqi to transport and install equipment also quietly looked at Russell.

They were equally puzzled.

Although the Senluo clothing company has a great business, Chairman Tian is a shrewd person and has never been the kind of silly and ostentatious nouveau riche.

The company said that it only gave the young man named Russell the right to use the cultivation site, but it did not even set a time limit. It seemed that he could use it as long as he wanted, which inevitably made people feel too casual.

This kid seems to be ordinary except for being a little handsome. Why does Chairman Tian take such good care of him, giving him land and equipment?

Could it be...that he is his future uncle?
After scratching his head, workers A, B, C and D felt enlightened.

After working at the headquarters of Senluo Clothing Company for several years, they didn’t even get a low-level management position. Now that they had a rare opportunity to meet the eldest lady’s boyfriend, they felt full of energy and tightened screws much faster.

However, just as the workers were imagining the drama of hugging their husband-in-law’s thigh and rising to great success, a young and beautiful figure suddenly appeared at the door of the factory.

The person who arrived was none other than Lu Yinning, the gold-medal clerk of Yu Chong House. Behind her was a small truck and several strong men. They were a small team of movers hired by Russell himself to move all the pet animals in the Chong House breeding room. Come to this factory.

”Brother Russell, have we really rented this factory? I think the rent here is at least 10,000+ a month, and isn’t the newly rented house a waste...”

Originally, Lu Yinning was quite happy when she heard that the recent business was good and Yuchongwu was going to expand its scale. However, when she saw this large factory with dozens of storefronts connected together, she couldn’t help but worry about getting back the money. .

Could it be that this good brother of my brother is a genius in nurturing and an idiot in business...?
”I have negotiated a cooperation deal with the silk factory owned by Senluo Garment Company in the past two days. They provided this factory to Yu Chongwu free of charge.”

Seeing Lu Yinning’s worry, Russell explained to her.

After hearing this, Lu Yinning’s expression changed from worry to surprise.

Senluo Clothing Company is a long-established large-scale enterprise. It can cooperate with them and provide support first. It turns out that Brother Russell is not only a nurturing genius, but also a business genius!
You must work hard, strive to stay in the Royal Insect House after graduation, and hold Russell’s thigh tightly!
”Then do you want to return the training room we rented before?”

After calming down and looking at the breeding site equipped with several rows of brand new breeding equipment, Lu Yinning asked about the two-story building that had been vacated.

”No, let’s renovate it and use it as a staff dormitory in the future. You should live in the one on the second floor. I will move into the first floor.”

Hearing this, Russell shook his head.

He planned to hire a construction team to do some simple painting and decoration of the two-story building he had previously rented. It would probably be able to create four or five separate bedrooms, which would be enough to accommodate the number of people in the Imperial Insect House for a while. Russell could also move in there himself.

After all, who would want to continue sleeping in a small cubicle behind a shop if they really made money?

Moreover, Russell plans to use Maplewood Road as his base camp and develop here for a long time.Almost all insect-type beasts that can be farmed on a large scale are herbivorous, or at least omnivorous. Senluo City is located near the Black Dew Forest and is rich in plant resources. Fenglin Road is located in the suburbs of the city, and trucks can drive along the Ring Road. It opens directly to the door and is very convenient for transporting raw materials.

In the plan, when he makes more money, he will look for opportunities to gradually acquire some nearby assets to prepare for the development of an insect industry street here.

Of course, these are all things for later. What Russell has to do now is to use the resources provided by the two big guys to expand the scale of breeding silkworms to more than a thousand.

However, when he and Lu Yinning were discussing the development plan of the Royal Insect House, the expressions of several workers gradually became weird.

Isn’t this guy my future uncle? Why are you so close to another girl?
And from what the two of them said, it seemed like they were still living together...?
We dare not say, we dare not ask.

The world of young people is so colorful...

…………

But Russell didn’t know the thinking of several equipment installation workers. After moving the cultivation room to this large factory building, he did two things while on vacation.

The first is to add helpers to the breeding site, which has expanded many times in size, and the second is to set a training task for Ayou to strengthen the awakened fluff.

However, the purpose of adding helpers is not to recruit people, but to purchase a batch of finished pet beasts that specifically serve the silk industry - leaf-breeding insects.

The size of the adult leaf broodworm is almost the same as that of the mantis. It is a bronze-level pet with dual attributes of insect and plant. Because they like to take care of larvae and know how to collect plants and simply process them into feed, they are also called nannies. insect.

After a period of training, the leaf broodworm can take on the task of cutting mulberry leaves and putting them into the preservation box of the cultivation equipment. Lu Yinning is already quite skilled in the task of preparing the mixed juice of sunset grass, blue moss and warm orange fruit. , with the cooperation of each other, it is very easy to take care of a group of large silkworms that eat and sleep.

The ratio of leaf-breeding insects to ordinary silk-making factories is usually two hundred large silkworms equipped with one leaf-breeding insect. Russell planned to use this ratio to first purchase five adult leaf-breeding insects from a nearby silk factory.

In fact, Senluo Garment Company, which operates the clothing industry, has many silk-making factories. However, most of these large companies have realized mechanical automation. Compared with the need to eat, drink, take a break, and have a half-day rest, there is also the possibility of getting sick. For insects, feed making machines that can run at high speed 24 hours a day when powered on are undoubtedly a better choice.

After selecting on the online shopping platform for a while, Russell paid the deposit for five broodworms and then leaned on the recliner to supervise Ayou’s daily training.

Ayou’s current training mode is actually very simple. On the one hand, he continues to eat tears of resentment to improve his mental strength. The second is to sparring with the third-level wind feather sparrow he rented from a nearby bird pet breeding house.

Among the three ways to successfully awaken and strengthen the fluff, it is easy to achieve it by containing plant and poison energy in the body during evolution. The only thing that takes some time is the wind attribute attack dodge practice related to the floating ability.

The Wind Feather Bird is a pure wind-type silver-level pet beast. The strength of the Wind Feather Bird rented by Russell has just reached the third level, making it suitable as Ayou’s sparring partner.

However, the floating ability is a bit harsh on the judgment of successful dodge. It must be dodged at close range to be effective. If the dodge distance exceeds one meter, it will not be counted in the progress of the practice.

Just now, Ayou dodged a wind blade at a distance of less than ten centimeters, and the progress of his floating ability only increased by 0.3%.

Looking at this posture, Russell estimated that if he wanted to achieve a single improvement of 1%, he would have to avoid some mid-level players here.

Fortunately, I have nothing to do recently. If the single effect is not satisfactory, the worst I can do is practice for a few more days.
