Building a Business Empire with my Technological System

Chapter 370: Beta Test & Another Move
Three months had passed since the announcement of Reyes Bank, and it was finally time to run the beta test for the digital banking app. Michael Reyes stood in the conference room of Reyes Corporation’s headquarters, surrounded by his team. The atmosphere was tense but filled with anticipation. Today was the day they would see if all their hard work would pay off.

Juliet stood next to Michael, holding a tablet with the app’s interface displayed. ”We’ve come a long way to get here,” she began. ”Today, we’re launching the beta test with a select group of users. These testers include some of our employees, as well as friends and family. They’ll help us identify any issues and give feedback on how we can improve the app before the official launch.”

Michael nodded as Juliet spoke. He glanced at the large screens on the walls, which showed the app’s home screen. It was clean and straightforward, designed to be easy to use. ”This is the moment we’ve been working toward,” he said. ”The beta test will show us how the app performs in real-world conditions. It’s crucial that we get this right.”

One of the engineers stepped forward to give a quick demo of the app. The screen showed how users could easily check their account balance, transfer money, and view their transaction history. The app also featured AI-driven financial tips tailored to each user’s spending habits.

”We’ve kept the interface simple and user-friendly,” the engineer explained. ”Users can do everything from paying bills to managing their savings with just a few taps. The app also offers real-time transfers with no fees and a digital wallet that allows users to manage all their financial activities in one place.”

After the demo, Michael addressed the team again. ”The app looks great, but the real test starts now. We need to see how it holds up when real users start using it. Pay close attention to the feedback we get, and let’s be ready to make any necessary adjustments.”

Juliet added, ”We’ve chosen a diverse group of testers to make sure we cover all bases. They’ll be using the app over the next few weeks, and we’ll be monitoring everything closely. Our goal is to fix any issues and fine-tune the app before we launch it to the public.”

Michael looked around the room at his team. ”This is an important step for Reyes Bank. How we handle this beta test will determine how successful our launch will be. I’m confident we’re on the right track, but let’s make sure we stay focused.”

Juliet nodded. ”Of course. While the feedback is mostly positive, there are a few issues we need to address. Some users reported that the app occasionally lags during peak hours. It’s not a widespread problem, but it’s something we need to look into before the full launch.”

One of the engineers, who had been closely monitoring the app’s performance, spoke up. ”We’ve already identified the bottlenecks causing the lag. It’s related to the server load during high-traffic periods. We’re working on optimizing the backend to handle more users simultaneously. We should have a fix ready within the next week.”

”Good,” Michael said, nodding approvingly. ”What else?”

Juliet continued, ”A few users mentioned that they’d like to see more customization options for the app’s interface. Things like choosing different color schemes or setting up personalized financial goals. It’s not a major issue, but it’s something we could consider adding in future updates to enhance user engagement.”

Michael tapped his fingers on the table thoughtfully. ”Customization is something we can definitely explore. We want the app to be as user-friendly and personalized as possible. Let’s prioritize the server optimization first, and then we can look into adding more customization features.”

Juliet moved on to the final slide. ”Overall, the beta testers are excited about Reyes Bank, and many have expressed that they can’t wait for the full launch. They see it as a game-changer in the banking industry, and they appreciate the focus on accessibility and innovation.”

”Great...that’s really great but you know what we can do to improve more of our services and gain a million subscribers in an instant?”

”What is it, Sir Reyes?” Juliet asked.

”Let’s acquire Gcash.”
