Re-Awakening: I Ascend with a Legendary class

Chapter 634: Top 3

The ultimate abyss churned like a battlefield carved from the corpse of a shattered world.

The water no longer behaved like water. It moved in thick, layered currents, each flowing in different directions. Massive skeletal remains of ancient sea titans drifted slowly, their ribs spanning kilometers. Storms of bioluminescent lightning crawled between floating ridges, while molten fissures below spat glowing plumes upward like underwater volcanoes.

Everywhere—

Combat.

Beams carved glowing trenches through darkness. Shockwaves rippled like expanding domes. Frozen void zones collided with spiraling firestorms. Entire teams blinked out of existence mid-battle.

The Regalons entered directly into that chaos.

A massive Mythical predator surged from below, its body composed of layered crystalline armor that rotated independently. Each plate refracted attacks, scattering beams into dozens of directions. Two top-ranked teams were already fighting it, their attacks exploding across its surface.

Aryan’s pupils flashed.

A faint spear glyph flickered.

He thrust forward. Invisible trajectories formed, converging onto a single rotating plate. The trajectories didn’t hit the surface. They slipped through gaps between rotations and pierced the core beneath.

The creature twisted violently.

Rudra stepped in.

Pulse rings expanded from his fist, overlapping in tight succession. He punched. The pulses traveled through the plate Aryan had pierced, compressing the interior. The armor bulged outward.

The creature retaliated.

A beam of condensed energy erupted from its core, sweeping horizontally.

Rudra was caught directly.

His upper body disintegrated instantly. The blast carried through him, vaporizing everything above his waist. His lower body drifted lifelessly.

Before anyone reacted—

Rexion opened his jaws.

Golden flame spiraled outward, forming a rotating helix. The flame wrapped around the drifting fragments, pulling particles inward. Bone reconstructed first. Flesh followed. Armor reformed last. The helix tightened, and Rudra’s body reassembled mid-air.

His eyes snapped open.

He inhaled sharply.

Then punched again.

This pulse detonated inside the creature’s exposed core. The armor fractured.

Silvester surged forward.

His blades carved in spiraling arcs, slicing through rotating plates. Each strike left luminous cracks that spread rapidly.

Hiroshi stepped forward calmly.

His blade moved once.

A thin still line passed across the cracked sections. The entire creature split along that invisible cut. Its body separated into multiple drifting segments.

Leaderboard flicker.

#7.

Before they could move, another team attacked.

Ten figures appeared from a distortion field, surrounding them. Their leader slammed both hands together. A massive gravitational sphere formed, compressing the space around the Regalons.

The pressure intensified instantly.

Maya raised her hand.

Black frost spread outward in thin angular lines. The frost didn’t expand randomly. It crawled along the gravitational curvature itself. The sphere’s surface crystallized. The compression slowed.

The leader tried to intensify the field.

The frost followed the energy flow, locking it.

The entire sphere froze mid-collapse.

Hiroshi stepped forward.

He swung once.

The frozen sphere split cleanly.

The leader’s body separated with it.

The remaining enemies reacted immediately.

Silvester darted forward, movement blurring. His blades carved intersecting arcs that sliced through two attackers simultaneously. One tried to block, but the blade passed through his weapon and torso together.

Another launched a volley of energy spikes.

Marcus stepped forward, rotating his arm. The spikes curved sideways, redirected into a spiral that slammed into the enemy formation.

Aryan thrust again. Invisible spears pierced retreating opponents. Their bodies convulsed and exploded as trajectories converged.

The entire team vanished.

The abyss trembled.

A colossal jellyfish-like Mythical monster descended, its translucent body spanning kilometers. Lightning veins pulsed across its surface. Tendrils extended downward, each one releasing electrical storms.

Three teams scattered.

The Regalons moved forward.

Chronavael stepped ahead.

Time slowed around the descending tendrils. Their lightning crawled instead of striking.

Maya froze sections of the tendrils, black ice spreading along the slowed movement.

Silvester dashed through the frozen sections, carving them apart.

The jellyfish retaliated.

A massive electrical surge erupted outward.

Aryan leapt aside.

Rudra took it directly.

His body exploded into fragments under the lightning.

Chronavael raised his head.

Time reversed around Rudra’s fragments. Pieces moved backward, reassembling. The lightning retreated along its original path. Rudra reformed completely.

He stepped forward immediately.

Pulse waves layered upward through the jellyfish body. Rexion followed with a narrow beam that drilled through the central mass.

The creature collapsed.

Leaderboard flicker.

#6.

The battlefield intensified further.

Two top-five teams clashed nearby, explosions tearing through floating coral mountains. A skeletal leviathan rose beneath them, devouring both teams. Its jaws closed around an entire formation.

The Regalons entered the clash.

Aryan marked the leviathan’s spine. Rudra drove pulses along the marked line. Maya froze sections of the ribs. Silvester carved through openings. Hiroshi followed with a still cut.

The leviathan split.

Another team attacked from behind.

A massive hammer descended.

Silvester intercepted.

The impact crushed him instantly, body shattering under the blow.

Chronavael stepped forward.

Time rewound.

Silvester reassembled mid-reversal. As the rewind completed, he shifted sideways, avoiding the second strike. His blades flashed upward, severing the hammer wielder.

Rexion surged forward, claws tearing through the rest.

Leaderboard flicker.

#5.

But the abyss grew more violent.

A storm of Mythical creatures emerged simultaneously. A lightning serpent, a rotating armored manta, and a skeletal shark larger than mountains.

Top teams converged.

Explosions layered across the battlefield.

Pymon descended.

Lightning exploded from his wings in branching arcs. Entire sections of battlefield illuminated. The lightning drilled through the manta’s wing, tearing it apart.

Rexion followed with a sweeping flame wave that vaporized the lightning serpent’s head.

The skeletal shark lunged.

Rudra punched.

Pulse waves expanded outward, cracking its spine.

Aryan thrust multiple trajectories. Spears pierced the core.

The shark collapsed.

Another team attempted to ambush them.

Energy blades rained downward.

Marcus redirected the blades into a rotating spiral. The attackers were caught in their own barrage.

Maya froze the spiral.

Hiroshi cut.

The frozen mass shattered, enemies disintegrating.

The abyss shook again.

A colossal Mythical titan rose from below, its body covered in rotating crystal plates that reflected attacks. Five teams attacked simultaneously.

The Regalons joined.

Beams crossed. Spears flew. Shockwaves detonated. Flames drilled through layers. Lightning carved arcs across the battlefield.

Rudra drove pulses into the titan’s legs. Aryan pierced the central axis. Silvester carved openings. Maya froze regeneration lines. Hiroshi cut through weakened plates.

The titan retaliated.

A shockwave exploded outward.

Aryan was caught directly.

His body split apart.

Rexion’s golden flames spiraled outward, reconstructing him instantly.

Aryan reformed mid-air and thrust again.

The titan cracked.

Chronavael slowed the collapse.

Rexion drilled a beam through the core.

The titan shattered.

Leaderboard surged.

#4.

But the fights didn’t stop.

The top teams clashed directly now.

A rival group unleashed a rotating storm of blades. Pymon dove through it, lightning bursting outward, disintegrating the storm.

Another team launched gravitational anchors.

Chronavael reversed their trajectory mid-timeflow. The anchors slammed back into the attackers.

Rudra punched through the opening. The formation imploded.

A final Mythical monster emerged, its body composed of layered void-like matter.

The Regalons attacked simultaneously.

Pulse waves, spear trajectories, frozen void, cutting lines, flame beams, and lightning arcs converged.

The creature collapsed.

Leaderboard locked.

#3.

They hovered in the ultimate abyss, surrounded by drifting fragments, while battles raged around them as they pushed toward the final ranks.
