Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 787: Third Floor - The Unbreakable City (5) [Bonus]

[Power of Shara – Neomi’s POV]

The one catalyst fueling everyone’s attack was the fact that Camilla had placed her life in danger to give them this chance to attack the tigers.

One person most affected by Camilla’s display was Neomi.

They are sisters, but in the harem, the two mostly train together because they are both spear users. In a way, they are closer than one might expect.

So, watching her sister get hurt just to unleash an attack that they all needed to get into the city, brought out a side of her she had hidden deep within her.

Neomi has three forms.

The first is her standard, easy-going form. That side of her is for living her day-to-day life. One could say she even looks harmless in that form, which, in a way, she was indeed harmless.

However, the second form, the one called Shara, the mother of killers, was the one most affected after witnessing Camilla’s painful attack.

So, the moment the walls came down and Kent gave the order to begin attacking, she was among the first to move.

Within minutes, she started reaping lives like ripe fruits.

She started killing much faster; however, as the minutes passed, her true self-the side of Shara she would love to suppress for now—began to awaken.

As more deaths occurred on the battlefield, her dangerous side began to awaken, turning her eyes crimson to the point that faint, smoke-like red mist started to appear in the corners of her eyes.

At first, only her eyes changed.

However, her speed then began to increase.

However, as the minutes went by and more deaths continued to occur, her killing speed also increased, and then her body started exuding a rather potent death aura—the kind that made the tigers start to fear for their lives.

At any moment, wherever she looked, or whoever she looked at, they froze in place. The Spirit Ascension and Core Formation experts were even dropping dead just by sensing her gaze.

Though she remained sane, the danger coming from her wasn’t one the tigers were having a good time handling.

Shara was the most dangerous side of her, and that side is only used when she wants to commit a massacre. It was safe to say she was indeed committing a massacre.

Although she would one day awaken all of her form as Shara, for now, she was merely wearing the form of the mother of killers.

But soon, she will become the True Mother of killers, the one who can command death and make it do her bidding.

After all, in the entire universe, she was the only one feared by death. Not even the Primordial Chaos Dragon made death tremble like she did.

[The Joker (Lani’s) POV]

One disturbing aspect of Lani is her laughter, which always accompanies her whenever she is killing. To the masses, it might seem like she were some maniac who enjoys the thrill of killing.

Of course, anyone who witnesses her kill will say that, for it isn’t normal to laugh like a maniac while death and destruction follow her.

However, while she indeed laughs while she kills, the laughter isn’t a happy one. To Lani, this laughter contained unknown pain and regret.

At first, it was a normal thing for her, but now that she had awakened her True name and Blood, she had no idea where they came from.

She never knew why she laughs when killing or how it happens.

However, today she felt where the laughter was coming from. This laughter contains the sadness of witnessing her sister risk her life to give them a fighting chance.

So, without even knowing how to put her emotions under control, her laughter rang out, sending chills down the body of the tigers.

”Hahahaha...”

She flashed across the battlefield, and behind her lay the heads of dozens of Tigerkins who had no idea how they died.

”Hahahaha...”

She appeared behind a Spirit King tiger who was sneaking up on Alina, beheading it before it could even have a shot at taking her out.

Alina wasn’t done with her array. It had already been 12 minutes into the battle, but she wasn’t done with her array.

Unity told her from the start of the battle to draw an attacking array, the kind that would end the battle for them, and so she was at it for the past 12 minutes, already having thousands of runes in the air.

Protecting her was Vari herself. She wielded her scythe, making sure the danger was neutralized before they could even think of attacking the beautiful Alina, who was hovering in the air, drawing thousands of runes.

[Kent’s POV]

Perhaps the one most affected by Camilla’s decision was Kent, who, for the first time, panicked. Seeing Camilla like that pulled on his heartstrings.

This was why, instead of using this battle as a chance to test how much he could go into close combat with his sword, he instead switched to using his flame arts and a few sword attacks if needed to handle the Level 7 Spirit Sovereign.

From the start of the battle, when Kent opened with the sword arcs, he recognized this wasn’t going to be an easy battle.

He knew the attack he used from the start would have killed anyone below the Spirit Lord stage. However, the Tiger King sustained only minor damage.

Of course, if he had unleashed all 450 sword arcs, he might have had a much different outcome. However, he was sure he wouldn’t have succeeded in killing the tiger king even with 450 sword arcs.

So Kent became aware that if he didn’t take his opponent seriously, this might be his first defeat. This was why he started bombarding the Spirit King with attacks that could break anyone.

However, while Kent was making so much progress, the moment he started using the [Spear Flame Judgment] technique, he began to sense something that made him wonder just how any of it was possible.

One of his requirements to become a Sword Saint was to create the foundation for three sword techniques.

So far, he had made zero progress on that front. He had tried to comprehend one sword technique a while back, but failed

However, the moment the flame spears started raining down on the Tiger King, Kent sensed the change. He began to see a pattern in something he had theorized about and had even witnessed Nara do the same.

Blending sword arcs with elements and laws.

So far, Kent doesn’t know any law, but he has two elements. The flame element is his strongest, so he intends to see if he can use it.

He can already sense a pattern that would allow him to merge flame, sword qi, and intent into an attack.

However, Kent wasn’t about to start when he knew he would be dividing his attention.

’So it looks like I will have to put my life in danger just to make this moment happen.’

Kent sighed in his heart and continued to attack the Tiger King as his mind formed the patterns, giving him a clear understanding of what he needed to do if he wanted to make this attack come together.

Slowly, the battle was going in Kent’s favor.

However, something else was happening underground, inside a prison cell that even Kent wasn’t aware of.

Deep underground, inside a fortified cell, an evil was slowly stirring.
