Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 773: Flame Innate Body

”That is the last of them,” Kent said, stepping away from the last Flame Art he had just learned. There were twelve flame arts in total, and he learned them all

”These skills will take me a long way if I want to use my flame in combat.” Kent smiled. Though his focus was on the sword, having powerful techniques like this wasn’t bad.

He had already seen what Chaos could do with his fist, and that was why he also wanted to have more than one profession.

Of course, his love for the sword would never fade, but if he was going to benefit from the life he had led, then he must master other aspects of himself.

So far, when it comes to the brawler class, thanks to Chaos, he could fight with his fists and claws. Of course, there was the part where he was also an assassin, thanks to the Faceless Assassin.

Though he had yet to know more of that life, some basic dagger skills wouldn’t escape his fingertips.

He can handle his dagger in ways somebody like him, who doesn’t have an assassin class, shouldn’t be able to do.

Basically, he already had some form of mastery over those parts of him, and now, he could move further with flame arts.

He had already attained some form of comprehension of flames, meaning he now had to build his understanding of the flame and learn how to control it.

It may sound like a lot of work, but in the grand scheme of things, he would see the benefit.

His sword mastery was already on another level, and now with his comprehension of the flame unlocked, he was already looking for a future where his control over the flame would become unrivaled.

He can even go further and merge the flame arts with his sword, adding a new aspect to his already robust sword path.

”Now that I have done what I came here to do, I don’t have anything else to do but wait for the time to reach.” Kent sat down, fell back, and closed his eyes.

Within seconds, he drifted into sleep without a care for anything. He had nothing to do again, so he might as well relax.

He knew when it was time to leave, the tower would alert him, so he relaxed and started to wait for the time to end.

However, three minutes into his nap, something changed. From one side of the wall, a flame symbol flew slowly as if it wanted to sneak up on Kent.

It moved slowly, and when it reached Kent’s side, it hovered for a few seconds and entered his forehead.

Kent, who didn’t know what had happened, remained asleep, unaware of the flame tattoos appearing all over his body, as if he were being examined by something profound.

---

Ten hours had passed since the Flame Tower opened, and everyone with a flame token had entered with big dreams.

Some entered in hopes of bringing glory to their race.

Others entered to make a name for themselves.

While the rest wanted to carve a path for themselves, since that was the only path they could walk.

Getting into the Supreme Immortal Sect was their ultimate goal.

However, the universe can be cruel sometimes. While these youngsters dreamed and hoped for the best, only a few would realize their dreams.

There were people still struggling at the first level, and many were still thinking they could make it to the second level.

Those who had started to contemplate whether they should return to the first level and try their hands at the heaven-grade techniques were also battling their inner thoughts.

Though their chances of passing the Sect entrance exams were slim, they could take the chance and hope for the best.

However, while most were struggling, others were making shocking progress.

The seven survivalists managed to learn all four Flame Arts they picked.

They had given themselves five hours to learn all four, but they managed to complete it in three and a half hours, leaving them with more time to progress to the third level.

They weren’t like Kent, whose soul was enormous. All of them were Tier 10 in soul cultivation, so they couldn’t learn all the techniques like Kent could.

So instead of getting greedy, they paid attention to all the instructions and warnings Kent had given them before leaving.

This was why, after learning the four legendary-grade techniques, they left and started climbing to the third level.

Meanwhile, Kella was currently standing on the 98th step, just two steps away from reaching her goal. It was in sight, but it would probably take her an hour to make the last two steps.

A couple of steps behind her were the eight half-elves still in lotus posture. They had been seated on the steps for hours now, and so everyone who passed by wondered just what they were up to.

However, while they would have loved to know, they also couldn’t wait to learn what they were up to. Time was of the essence, so they left to handle their jobs.

However, if they had waited, at precisely fifteen hours after the tower awakened, they would have seen perhaps the most beautiful thing.

Kella was fortunate to have witnessed Princess Elowen’s innate talent awaken, and while her side and the half-elves didn’t see eye to eye, she was mesmerized by what she saw.

At exactly fifteen hours after the opening, Princess Elowen’s eyes and hair lit up with white, freezing cold flame—the kind that made the temperature drop on the stairway.

Kella used the moment to climb to the ninety-ninth step because, for a moment, she felt the heat cool down.

Princess Elowen’s body was covered in a thin layer of white flame, announcing the awakening of her Flame Innate Body.

A few minutes after her, Madea also awakened hers, and within fifteen minutes, every last one of them awakened their flame bodies, marking the start of their dominance.

”Are you all well?” Princess Elowen asked with a smile, watching all her friends successfully awaken their flame bodies.

With a nod of confirmation, they walked past Kella, who could only stand there and wonder just what the hell had happened.

They walked past her as if the heat on the step meant nothing to them.

If only she knew that the moment the eight half-elves awakened their innate bodies, they had each gained both high-level comprehension and resistance to the flame.

Inside the tower now, aside from Kent, they were the only ones with the means to climb to the fifth level. But before then, they ate their Lotus Plum Mind Fruits.

They did not need a note telling them the fruit came from Kent.

”Kent said we should learn at least seven techniques each and then head to the fifth floor. We should hurry then.”

The eight half-elves nodded to her words and then started looking for the best techniques that would suit them well.

On the outside, aside from Kent, none of the half-elves had managed to make it to the top forty. However, they’d arrived at the fourth level.

This means the ranking was about to change again.

Kent wanted to protect the half-elves, so he made sure that after today, everyone would know their names, and those who wanted to point their weapons at them would know that eight geniuses from Elarion are talents capable of dominating the world.

So instead of pointing their weapons, they would ally with them instead, and in doing so, Kent would be swimming in Soul Essence.
