Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 641: The Primal Bone Tempering Art & Claw Art [Bonus]

The Enlightenment was long but rewarding.

Kent lasted ten good years in that enlightenment. This indicates that he made significant progress during the Enlightenment. In most cases, spending a prolonged period in an enlightened state proves beneficial.

Kent spent ten years in there, and the outcome was as he had expected.

⟦Congratulations, you have awakened 16% of your Primordial Chaos Dragon Bloodline⟧

[You have awakened Chaos Claw Aura]

⟦Name: Chaos Claw Aura⟧

⟦Mastery: Beginner⟧

⟦Description: Coat your Dragon claws with Chaos energy that significantly enhances your battle power. The higher your mastery, the stronger the effect⟧

This was the first gift he received after the enlightenment. It isnʼt that fancy, but as a dragon, this was an ability he would cherish for years to come.

The fact that he can coat his claws with Chaos energy was enough to show he can fight like a dragon in his demi-dragon form. Kent would be someone to be feared.

”In Chaos memories, he had mastered this to the second stage, which is the Proficient stage. This means that if I reach that level, my claw will be seven times stronger.

Even now, it is already on a level I donʼt think a Spirit King can take. Iʼd better practice more of the Claw Art, then.” Kent tapped into the technique, and his mind, as usual, was pulled into a realm where he could practice.

This space was a wasteland, with shattered mountains and twisted, dead trees all around. It was always different for different techniques, so this dead wasteland was the one for the Claw Art.

A few seconds after he appeared, a large dragon emerged, bringing a powerful presence to the area. The dragon was so large that Kent had to take several steps back.

If he werenʼt underestimating the dragon, he would say it was about 100 km long, and that isnʼt something small to even start to think about.

Suddenly, the dragon raised his right claw and took a mighty swing. This caused three powerful dark gold arcs to appear and strike the very ground Kent was standing on.

A power explosion occurred that forced lava from the ground, and before Kent knew it, his consciousness was forced out of the Mind realm, causing him to break into a cold sweat.

”What the hell was that?” Kentʼs breath turned ragged as he tried to calm his mind, though he wasnʼt having much success in that department. However, the feeling of great primal fear washed over him.

”Dori, any explanations?” Kent asked. The feeling he received could have killed him or meant to kill him. It was strange but fearful.

⟪What the master experienced is called technique Intent. All techniques have different skills. So, although the Claw Art has the same skill throughout, it has levels, and the first level involves three arcs being unleashed from the swing.

What you felt was the intent of the first level of the Claw Art. It is essentially the intent that determines who qualifies to master the Claw Art⟫.

”So, does it mean I am not destined to learn this technique?”

⟪No, master. It has nothing to do with destiny. You can learn it; any dragon or clawed-type beast can learn it. But before you can do that, you first must withstand the intent.

Your mind and soul must be strong enough to withstand the intent. Only after that can you learn the technique. Before you ask, yes, all seven levels require you to withstand the intent.

So, for now, let it be. Your soul is strong; thatʼs why you didnʼt pass out. However, your mind is still lacking, so work on that before attempting again⟫

”I understand,” Kent sighed and then chose to heed Doriʼs advice. Not that he needed to heed anyoneʼs advice. The danger he felt from the skill was just too much for him to handle.

”In the end, it turns out Chaos is much more impressive than I. It wasnʼt obvious; dude practically lived a gladiator life, so his mindset is much stronger than mine.

However, I also have something he doesnʼt have, and that is a tower that will make me grow stronger faster, so I guess I need to train harder, and the time to learn this technique will come soon enough.”

”As for the Primal Bone Tempering Art, I just need to kill a lot to cultivate it,” Kent smiled. ”Good thing I have the dungeons and the Orc Alliance waiting for me to slaughter.”

Though he needed to keep things civil most of the time, he knew slaughter was also a way to do things. Chaos tried to be civil, and he was nearly stabbed in the back, so when it calls for it, he will do what is required at that moment.

”But I should probably use that technique much faster. Being able to fight in my demi-dragon form seems to have some kink to it. Perhaps, being a swordsman and a dragon is good.”

After checking his gains from the Enlightenment, Kent decided to turn his attention to the last memory key.

This one was meant to awaken memories of his life as the infamous faceless assassin. He was rather excited about this memory because he wanted to learn how someone could live for thousands of years, yet nobody knew his true appearance.

”Was that even possible? I mean, to live without a face.” Kent was eager to find out. After all, it was his life, and as such, he must find out who he was.

He pressed the key against his forehead, and his consciousness was pulled into yet another realm that made him wonder why Jest never had that.

He was about to meet the realmʼs faceless assassin.

Lady Universe sighed, a smile playing on her lips. ”Looks like he wouldnʼt be that crazy after all.”

”I think so too. However, he has now started to awaken his memories, so I doubt it will remain like that forever,” the Enchantress responded.

”Well, that would be for the future to determine. But until then, we can only hope he doesnʼt make things much more chaotic than they already are.” Lady Universe smiled.

”Ahh, what a headache. How can a single existence make us all stand on edge?” the Enchantress smirked, saying that.

”What can I say? He is the Chaos Dragon after all.”
