Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 170: Divine Palace Sect

”Remember, when we are inside the Sect, or even outside but not in private, you must always call me Master. I am your woman, but since you are not the strongest yet, I don’t want people plotting against you if they know you are my man,” Saintess Selene said to Kent, who was now riding inside a carriage with Unity, Lilian, and Elsa.

After making her his woman, they spent close to 14 days together inside the tower. Of course, not all the time was spent being intimate; Kent spent most of it talking to her and getting to know her better.

In the end, she managed to help him become a Level 8 Grandmaster. This was more than enough for him, considering he has undistributed stat points he can use later.

His other three ladies sacrificed their time with him so he could spend it with his master. Now that they were done, they decided to go back to the Sect.

Lilian is already an inner disciple at the Mage Gate, so she can come and go as she pleases. She had been on vacation the last time when she was poisoned.

Even so, she still had about a week left before she needed to return. However, since Kent and the others were going, she decided to leave with them. Find your next adventure on

Unity would also be joining the Sect using the token of privilege. This would allow her to take the inner disciple exams and join the Archer Gate.

As for Elsa, she also wanted to join, but since new disciple recruitments were over, she was counting on Saintess Selene to do something for her.

”I will listen to you, Master, and don’t worry. I prefer calling you Master, so I won’t make any mistakes.”

Saintess Selene blushed slightly but didn’t comment on Kent’s cheekiness.

”So, about Elsa—you said there might be a way for her to enter. Care to explain?” Kent asked. Over the past fourteen days, he had spoken with his master and found out there might be a way, but Saintess Selene wasn’t sure it was viable.

”There is indeed a way; however, I’m not sure it’s something she can handle.” She paused and then continued, ”The Sect has a rule called the Battle of Equals. In this case, if someone wants to join the Sect, they must challenge someone of equal standing.

”Of course, they say that, but in reality, this Battle of Equals is against someone like me. My name isn’t on the equals chart, but there are others like me with their names on it.

”She must select one at random, and if she manages to win, her name will replace the one she defeated, automatically making her a Core Disciple like me.”

”Wait, you’re also a disciple?” Kent was taken aback. He thought his master might be an elder or someone of higher rank.

”Wait, you thought I was an elder all this time?” she asked with an amused expression.

”Yeah. I thought someone with your status would be an elder. I mean, you’re like 100 years old, right?” Kent asked. He already knew her age, having used the tower to check, but he wanted to tease her.

”You’re really funny, Kent. I’m not a hundred years old, and no, I’m not at the stage where I can become an elder,” Selene replied with a slight smile. ”Inside the Sect, there are outer, inner, and core disciples.

”However, outside these three—or more accurately, within the core disciples—there is another title or rank known as Saints or Saintesses. This rank is perhaps even more powerful than an elder or even a vice army general.

”I am a Sword Saintess due to my achievements. I earned this title because I won the Continent Decade Sword Competition about 30 years ago.

”I’m not an elder but a disciple. It’s just that my status is a bit special within the Sect, and for the record, I’m only 69 years old.”

”And if you are wondering why I was still a Sage when I met you despite leaving for close to seven decades, it was because my spirit root is just silver grade. This means my talent in cultivation is rather weak compared to my sister, Neomi.”

She sighed, knowing she had only managed to break through because of the Yin Pool and the dense spiritual qi in the tower.

”You don’t have to worry. I will help you upgrade this to the supreme stage soon enough. For now, focus on using the technique Vexthra gave you. I will handle the rest.”

Saintess Selene nodded with a small smile.

”So, aside from you and your sister, are there other Saints or Saintesses in the sect?” Kent asked.

”Yes. There is a Saintess at the Archer Gate and another Saintess in the Mage Gate. As for the Saint, he entered the Ancient Battlefield of Parting ten years ago and hasn’t returned yet, but he is still alive.”

”I see. Then can I know when the next Continent Decade Sword Competition will happen again?” Kent asked. If he became a Saint with the sword, he could perhaps have more authority to do more.

He can also officially declare Saintess Selene as his woman and wouldn’t face any backlash. Of course, he can also become the Perfect Alchemist, which is equally classic.

”It will happen a year from now. But you must know, this is a competition between the best of the best. You must at least be ready to face some danger.

”The least cultivation base when I participated was Level 2 Root Saint, but now they are taking Level 5 Root Sages, and it can go up to Level 4 Root Great Sage. So, be ready and careful, as the death rate in this competition is very high.”

”I will be ready, Master. No need to look worried. With you, I will soon become a Saint, and after that, a Sage. No need to look sad.”

”We are here.” Just as Kent and his women were conversing, the carriage stopped in front of a large gate made of pure gold.

The towering pillars stretched meters high, each embedded with countless formations. Kent, using his enchanted eyes, managed to perceive most of these formations, and for a moment, he nearly tripped.

”This place is well protected,” Kent commented as they stepped out of the carriage, immediately catching everyone’s attention.

This was especially true for Elsa, Kent, and Saintess Selene. Many recognized Selene as she was one of the backbones of the Althea Kingdom and the Divine Palace Sect.

”This is the top sect in the kingdom, so of course, it will be well protected,” Saintess Selene remarked as they began walking toward the guards at the entrance.

”Open the gate!” one guard shouted. ”The Sword Saintess has returned!”

The moment he said that, Kent began hearing the sound of boots hitting the floor. He used his Divine Sense along with his enchanted eyes and saw a line of 100 guards running toward the gate.

As soon as the gate opened, he saw the guards form a perfect line, creating a pathway. Or, more accurately, they created a space for the Saintess to pass.

Kent observed all this and smiled.

’Looks like you’re a big shot here, my love. I wonder how they would react if they found out you were calling me Master just a few hours ago while bent in doggy posture on my bed.’

Saintess Selene, hearing Kent’s words in her mind, nearly tripped. Luckily, Elsa was beside her. She grabbed her hand and turned to glare at Kent.

Meanwhile, Vexthra was rolling on her bed, laughing since Kent ensured all his women heard his comment.
