Global Catastrophe: I, Mecha God, Can't Hide From The World

Chapter 175: Mecha Warrior AppearsThe violent shock wave swept across the entire area instantly, and the dilapidated buildings could no longer hold on and collapsed one after another into ruins.

”Clang!!”

Chen Ping was blown away by the air wave, and then fell heavily into a smelly ditch. He was dizzy and could only hear a large bombardment of system prompts in his mind.

”Kill the alien-winged beast and gain +1 war point.”

”Kill the flying sickle beast and gain +5 war points.”

”Kill the first-level evolved body of the Alien Winged Beast and gain +5 war points.”

”Kill the Red Roar Beast and get...”

”Master Chief’s mecha No. 88795 was damaged...”

”The Master Chief’s mecha numbered 0997 has been destroyed...”

A series of beeps instantly filled up Chen Ping’s brain capacity. Chen Ping’s eyeballs turned white for a while, and then he fainted and died in the smelly ditch.

Fortunately, at that moment, the two Master Chief mechas dragging Chen Ping saw that something was wrong and instantly activated their particle shields, blocking the impact of the explosion for Chen Ping. Otherwise... Chen Ping might not have fainted now. So simple.

At the moment Chen Ping fainted, the automatic protection program of the Raider mecha started, and the protective cover on his head opened, covering Chen Ping’s head.

Subsequently, the Raider mecha shared Chen Ping’s location with all the remaining mechas.

Since the last battle between Chen Ping and the Eye of Recognition, Chen Ping has discovered the loopholes in himself. He found that his system is like a collection of cloud consciousness in his body, and all the mechas he produces are This body of consciousness can be shared.

And his main consciousness is the brain of this shared consciousness, and those mechas are the hands and feet of this shared consciousness, so as long as Chen Ping wants to do something, those mechas can understand it.

But once something happens to the mastermind consciousness, or is ”offline”, then these mechas will seem to have lost the instructions of their brains in an instant, and can only rely on their own programs to execute some simple instructions.

To put it simply, without Chen Ping’s consciousness, these mechas instantly became ordinary robots, without agility and soul.

The ”mechanical secondary disease” like Master Chief One will also disappear without a trace in an instant...

Although the system seems to have taken some remedial measures. All mechas have a set of program instructions to protect the main brain in this state, but it is too rough and cannot completely guarantee Chen Ping’s safety.

Therefore, Chen Ping used the system as a cloud to back up another copy of his consciousness early on.

Said to be a conscious body, in fact, Chen Ping turned his thoughts into a program and shared it with all mechas through the cloud of the system.

The only purpose of this system’s existence is to take over the work of the master brain after Chen Ping’s downtime and continue to carry out ”the mission of war, protection, killing, and finding Chen Ping.”

At this time, Chen Ping, who was unconscious, didn’t know anything, but the system was still performing its tasks under Chen Ping’s backup consciousness. Those nearby mechas that were not affected by the explosion were instantly ordered to search for the mastermind.

If it weren’t for this set of backup shared consciousness, I’m afraid that even if the Raider mecha shared the coordinates of Chen Ping’s location, it would be difficult for those iron pimple mechas to take the initiative to find trouble.

Because, in the final analysis, no matter how advanced the mechas are, they are just a bunch of iron lumps driven by binary. If they are not programmed in advance, they will be completely unresponsive.

Perhaps when these mechas awaken their ”self-awareness” one day, they will make some more intelligent moves, but now they are just tools in Chen Ping’s hands. No matter how smart they appear, they are just Chen Ping’s. It is just a manifestation of a part of consciousness shared by human beings.

…………

Yicheng is two hundred kilometers away from Nandu City.

There is a strange team here. There are several teenagers in the team holding various weapons. The swords, guns and clubs in their hands seem to turn the world back to the Iron Age.

But behind these teenagers, there are five or six mechanical bodies. Those mechanical bodies are more than two meters tall. Their angular mechanical bodies and various mounted modern weapons all demonstrate the power of technology.

This group of people actually came together, it was simply a collection of weird contradictions.

”Hey, what’s going on with you guys flying mechas?”

As the captain of this team, Gao Ningyue was a little angry. He originally spent a lot of money to form this team. He even had to wait for more than ten days for the first batch of mecha pilots to be released because of the insufficient number of people.

However, she didn’t expect that her team would have problems with those mechas even though they hadn’t killed a single beast.

Just now, the members who were originally driving the Raider Mecha stopped one after another. Gao Ningyue had to suspect that they were working for themselves after receiving the money.

”Hmph, you want to trick my Gao family? It’s not that easy!!”

Gao Ningyue frowned and thought to herself.

”Miss Gao, it’s not that we don’t want to move, but these mechas...”

One of the mecha pilots struggled to hold back a sentence. At this moment, they couldn’t express their pain. Just now, their mechas all turned off at the same time.

At that moment, without the functional assistance of the Raider mecha, the weight of the mecha itself was instantly attached to the pilot’s body. The weight of hundreds of kilograms was evenly distributed on their bodies, making it difficult for them to even lift their fingers. Incomparable.

The mecha pilot originally wanted to say, ”These mechas suddenly lost their function for some reason,” but before he could finish his words, the raider mecha seemed to be alive again. The indicator lights turned on one after another, and the power assistance system, The balance system recovered instantly.

The weight on the previously suffocated drivers suddenly lightened up, making them feel quite awkward and uncomfortable, as if the brief flameout just now did not exist at all.

In fact, it was only because at that moment, Chen Ping fell into a coma and the system activated the backup consciousness. There was only a gap of tens of seconds in between.

In order to facilitate production, the Raider mechas provided by Chen Ping to the public still use cloud sharing consciousness. Only in this way can the combat programs of the brand new Raider mechas be the same as those of the old mechas.

If this were not the case, and only relying on pilots with no combat experience to fight alien beasts, many people would probably die as a result.

In order to prevent the resources he had worked so hard to cultivate from being destroyed in this way, Chen Ping adopted this method.

Of course, Chen Ping didn’t think about controlling their mechas, and then controlling people, and thus ruling the world. This was not attractive at all to Chen Ping, and it was simply boring.

When these guys truly grow into warriors who can fight alone, it won’t matter to these mecha pilots whether or not Chen Ping’s shared consciousness exists.
