Global Catastrophe: I, Mecha God, Can't Hide From The World

Chapter 68 Too cruelAfter handing over the undercover Eagle Sauce to the mecha, Chen Ping returned to his base.

He still lives a daily life of eating exotic beasts, supervising the production of mechas, and thinking about where to develop the mine next.

Since there has been no major war in the past few days, the number of Master Chief mechas and Blood Wolf mechas has increased dramatically, and the cleaning work has gradually moved from the Red Sea urban area to the urban and rural areas.

”Mastermind, the doomsday bomb project has been initially completed...”

Suddenly, work robot No. 1 walked into Chen Ping’s office and put down a metal cylindrical object the size of a thermos cup in his hand.

”What the hell? So fast?”

Chen Ping picked up the cylinder and inspected it. The metal texture was very comfortable and shone with cold light. The cylinder was inlaid with an electronic screen, which seemed to have a timing function.

”How powerful is this thing?”

Chen Ping couldn’t help but wonder, if calculated based on the yield of a bomb of this size, it should be about the same as an ordinary artillery shell.

”Just one of these is enough to destroy the entire base.”

Part-time robot No. 1 responded without emotion.

”So much? Why don’t I believe it?”

When Chen Ping heard this, he was a little excited.

The entire base covers an area of more than 3,000 square meters. Although modern conventional artillery fire can easily destroy it, it can never be destroyed by a single shell.

”Mastermind, strictly speaking, the doomsday bomb is an electromagnetic bomb. In addition to the explosion damage, it will also produce electromagnetic pulse. If this shell explodes, even if the base will not be blown up, it will be paralyzed by the electromagnetic pulse...”

The part-time robot began to explain nonchalantly.

”Okay, okay, I don’t want to listen to these bullshit theories of yours, just tell me how wide the range of this electromagnetic pulse is.”

Chen Ping waved his hand impatiently, holding the bomb and touching it again and again. Although he was not sure whether the electromagnetic pulse would be effective against alien beasts, but if it was not guaranteed, would other countries use mechas to deal with their own mechas?

Therefore, the range of the electromagnetic pulse must be designed just right, otherwise this thing will hurt the enemy a thousand times and damage himself eight hundred times. Chen Ping has no interest in practicing the Kongtong Sect’s Seven Injury Fist.

”According to calculations, the range of influence of electromagnetic pulse is about twenty kilometers, and the influence decreases with distance...”

The part-time robot answered.

”Will it be affected within a radius of twenty kilometers?”

Chen Ping was startled, looked at the cannonball and thought for a moment, ”Then how to launch this cannonball? Don’t tell me, just throw it with your hands...”

This is what Chen Ping is most worried about. Bombs are different from rockets or missiles. They don’t have rocket thrusters. Although his mecha is very powerful, it is not so powerful that it can throw a bomb twenty kilometers with just its arm strength.

”So, we developed a dedicated launcher.”

Job Anger No. 1 added as if he knew Chen Ping’s worries.

That’s okay!

Since there is a dedicated launcher, we only need to allocate some mechas to equip the launchers, and stand twenty kilometers away to cover them with a wave of firepower...

Well, this kind of bomb is still very deterrent!

Chen Ping’s worries were completely gone.

”However, the current launcher can barely drive the shells ten kilometers away...”

Part-time robot No. 1 seemed to hesitate for a moment before reluctantly adding.

”How many kilometers do you think it can be driven?”

Chen Ping thought he heard wrongly, so he picked his ears and frowned.

”Ten...ten kilometers...”

”grass!!”

Isn’t this just that…

The legendary explosion range is 20 kilometers and the launch distance is 10 kilometers. The enemy and I are very happy...

”Have you ever considered how our own troops can protect their lives?”

Chen Ping asked the last question with some uncertainty.

The working robot slowly shook his head, ”That’s why it’s called a doomsday bomb...”

Chen Ping ”...”

What you are saying about your feelings is that both the enemy and yourself are doomed.

”But it has accomplished the requirement of destroying the enemy!”

”Your requirements for love are so low? Do you believe I removed your circuit board?”

Chen Ping was speechless and even began to doubt the system. It was probably a joke to let these machine brains do research.

I must be crazy to believe that a machine program can do research...

”Rest assured Mastermind, we will continue to develop the launcher and develop more features based on this bomb.”

Working robot No. 1 raised his fist, hit his left chest, and assured Chen Ping.

”...”

Chen Ping was a little speechless. These mechas were very loyal, but their brains were really not very good. This was the case for Master Chief No. 1, and the same was true for the part-time robot No. 1.

Chen Pingzai stared at the work robots carefully. He wanted to know if these machines had expressions, would they feel ashamed on their faces? But no matter how you looked at it, the faces of the mechas were just a layer of iron. any changes.

”Next step, we plan to miniaturize the bomb and give it the ability to fly autonomously. The initial idea is to let it form swarm tactics.”

Swarm tactics?

When Chen Ping heard these words, he couldn’t control his heart and ignited hope.

He was very familiar with this word, or in other words, as a person from the Xia Kingdom, he was very familiar with it. The drone swarm in the Xia Kingdom was a typical example.

If bombs could really be made into drones, small self-destruct units that could fly...

Although the smaller size will affect the power of the bomb, what if it is a ”doomsday bomb” swarm?

The brains of these machines don’t seem so useless.

Chen Ping suddenly had an idea. If everything could be made into a bee swarm, then he could also make a miniature mecha or even a nanorobot.

Just imagine, the future mecha swarm will be an aerospace combat platform that drops mechas into designated locations, and then the mechas carry swarm bombs and nanorobots.

There was the fire suppression of conventional mechas in the front, the pursuit and interception of swarm bombs in the back, and even the pervasive destruction of nano-robots in the air...

What kind of desperate situation will the opponent be in? All I can say is that breathing is a mistake...

The common development of the stupid, the big, the black and the small and the capable is the absolute, real technology!

Just thinking about it makes me feel...too cruel.

However, there is currently no micro-robot technology in the drawing mall, not even a swarm of bees, although drones are not a sophisticated technology that is difficult for Chen Ping to conquer.

But, are drones considered mechas?

seemingly……

Doesn’t it count?

It seems that the blueprint mall must be refreshed. A bicycle can be transformed into a motorcycle, and a motorcycle can be transformed into a Land Rover. What if nanobots are released?

Even if the micro-mecha technology is not developed, Chen Ping is not worried. It is just war points. There are still many strange beasts.

Chen Ping checked his war points and found that they had returned to more than 200,000 points in the past two days.

It seems it’s time to take a gamble on character.
