Cursed Immortality

Chapter 892: Soul Star Watch!

After Jacob sent away everyone, he was alone in the throne room and took out the Myriad Galaxy Kingʼs body, which now houses Autarch.

However, he didnʼt disturb Autarch and instead started to scan the Myriad Galaxy King. The first thing he noticed was that the Myriad Galaxy Kingʼs robes were a treasure, and he directly stripped them off him.

Although he didnʼt have it since he already had the Illusionary Space Symbiont Skin, it was still a basic legendary king-rank treasure. The next thing he took was a gray ring from the Myriad Galaxy Kingʼs finger, and he instantly knew it was a space ring.

Jacob easily erased the Myriad Galaxy Kingʼs soul totem signature from the space ring since not only was his own far more powerful, but the Myriad Galaxy King wasnʼt alive to resist it.

Jacobʼs eyes flickered when he saw the 100,000 cubic meter wide space in the space ring; it was clearly a legendary king-rank space ring. Although it wasnʼt at the level of a soul artifact, it was still extremely precious.

Furthermore, this space ring wasnʼt empty, there were tones of treasures like herbs, ores, special sealed cases, and most importantly star crystals. Since the Myriad Galaxy King was a King Alchemist, he was naturally rich and had tones of alchemy materials that were hard to find. More importantly, he saw three wisdom tomes!

ʼAt least he wasnʼt poor like the Cursed Necromancer King…ʼ Jacobʼs eyes shone brilliantly as he felt it was all worth it.

Keeping the space ring, he then finally looked at the Myriad Galaxy Kingʼs wrist and used his soul sense to pull something.

The next moment, an invisible symbol suddenly surfaced on the Myriad Galaxy Kingʼs wrist, and under his soul forceʼs influence, a sleek, bracelet-like device forged from a radiant alloy that glows faintly with shifting star-like patterns appeared!

ʼSoul Star Watch!ʼ Jacobʼs eyes flickered as he pulled the Soul Star Watch from the Myriad Galaxy Kingʼs wrist, which landed in his hand.

Ever since he arrived in the legendary plains, he had wanted to get his hands on this star watch, but it was simply too elusive and difficult to obtain. Now he finally had one; from what he could tell, it should be the highest rank one available in the legendary plains.

After confirming that there was nothing more on the Myriad Galaxy King, and he seemed to have destroyed a soul artifact with his soul force, he stowed away the Myriad Galaxy Kingʼs body back in his pendant since he had yet to find an appropriate safe place to hold it.

Only then did he start to observe the Soul Star Watch in his hand. It looked like an ordinary wristband, but the symbols carved on it were extraordinary. He placed it on his own wrist, and it instantly wrapped snugly around his wrist, its surface adorned with intricate celestial engravings that seemed to move like constellations across the night sky the moment it came in contact with his soul force.

At this moment, in its center, a circular interface resembling a miniaturized starry void with a shimmering gem embedded in the middle appeared, and an unknown force probed his body. Jacob was familiar with this process and knew the Soul Star Watch had started to bind itself.

The Soul Star Watch was very different from the ones in the lesser galaxies because there were two different ways to bind it, one was with life signature like in the lesser galaxies and other and unique binding feature was binding it with soul totem signature or soul signature unique to legendary totems holders!

The former was for others below the legendary rank, while the latter was for legendary rank experts. Furthermore, considering the binding process, there were special privileges. The former was the same, while the latter instantly promoted the user to a three-star privilege user, and they would appear in the area unique to legendary rank in the Soul Star World!

Jacob was naturally considered the latter and was already a 3-star privilege holder in the lesser galaxies. But Jacob didnʼt know if this soul star watch would be able to find his old Star ID because of his transformation.

At this moment, the device scans his soul signature, glowing brightly for a moment before dimming to signify successful bonding and integration into his wrist, turning into a symbol like the Myriad Galaxy Kingʼs.

Furthermore, Jacob wasnʼt a dark being, so his soul signature didnʼt have the dark beingʼs mark, which means he could still join the star network. Moreover, he can now even fool the Dark Network of Dark Beings, but he doesnʼt know the medium of the Dark Network yet.

At this moment, a static voice rang in his head, which was also familiar to him.

”Welcome back to the Star Network user ʼFaceless Ancient!ʼ

”Permission to integrate 3-Star Privilege ID Faceless Ancient?”

Jacob was astounded, ʼIt still managed to find my Star ID? Could it be because my life signature canʼt be changed even with the godly scripture involved?ʼ

He was very interested in discovering this, which made him even more vigilant about the background of the Star Network. But he knew the Destiny Star Corporation had always been mysterious, and he had never had any contact with them directly.

Still, he knew he would find out about their secrets eventually, so he continued with the binding process and integrated his star ID. Although he can use the gluttony mask, he doesnʼt have a legendary rank disguise yet, and his accumulated wealth is still in his Faceless Ancient ID.

”Faceless Ancient Star ID has successfully activated!

”Because of your legendary feet, your Star ID has upgraded to 4-Star Privilege!

”Star Administrator Artificial Intelligence (SAAI): Congratulations, Faceless Ancient, for completing a hidden achievement of crossing the Lesser Plains!

”Achievement Reward: Legendary Adventurer (Honorary Identity Badge)

”[Legendary Adventurer: An Honorary Title granted by the Destiny Star Corporation to those who have crossed the Path of Legend and entered the Legendary Plains!]

”[Honorary Identity Badge (Effect): Increase Star Privilege Rank By 1-Star!]”

Jacob was again surprised since he wasnʼt expecting to gain another honorary identity badge by simply coming to legendary plains from the lesser plains.

ʼWait, if I get this badge, then doesnʼt this mean everyone from the lesser plains who came here will get them?ʼ Jacob thought as SAAIʼs voice continued.

”Initiating the Virtual Star World!

”Your virtual clone is being made using your soul force. Please donʼt resist the process. We require your soul force…”

At this moment, Jacob instantly fell. The star watch absorbed his soul force, and he could easily resist, but he didnʼt since this seemed part of the process.

After absorbing a sliver of his soul force, Jacob felt a deep connection established with his star watch.

”Virtual Clone has been successfully created!

”Now you can send your soul force to gain access to the Virtual Star World through the Soul Star Watch!”
