Chapter 306: Quirky Women

Nyx, resting with her arms draped lazily along the edge of the bath, gave a slow exhale. ”She’ll face something, that’s a given in my opinion. But I don’t expect proper justice. Dungeons are as close to lawless zones as you can get in the States. She’ll argue it was ’for the greater good.’ If it ever gets brought before a judge, she has a solid case.”

Her smirk faded, expression becoming bitter. ”She’ll walk away with a slap on the wrist.”

Luna, who had been listening in quietly, finally joined in. She tucked damp strands of purple hair behind her ear and spoke evenly. ”It was a cold choice. But... if we look at it without emotions, she might’ve made the right one. Team leaders are forced to make decisive calls while facing unknown dangers in extremely pressuring situations. If every death under their command landed them in prison, nobody would ever accept the role. That’s why the law goes easy on dungeon leaders. It’s the guild itself that usually decides on punishments for its members, and in Vaelira’s case...”

Aria’s arms tightened around Kaiden’s chest until her knuckles turned white. ”As the only A-tier member of Nova Circuit, Tessa can’t do much unless she’s willing to lose her...”

She pulled back just far enough for him to see her eyes, now sharp and brimming with hatred. Her lips trembled before twisting into a scornful scoff. Her fists clenched at his sides.

”For the first time... I want to hurt a human being. Really. Bad.”

Then, with a deep breath, she steadied herself. She rose gracefully from Kaiden’s lap, water gliding down her flawless frame in glistening rivulets. Unlike Luna, who had been so adorably displaced earlier, Aria left on her own terms, chin lifted with poise.

Aria didn’t want to be moved to the side by her boyfriend just so another woman could rest in his lap. If she did it herself, it stung her yandere heart a bit less...

No sooner had she stepped aside than Bastet pounced. With the enthusiasm of a lioness claiming her sunspot, she dashed into Kaiden’s lap, tail flicking like a banner of triumph.

Luna rolled her eyes and turned toward Nyx. The curvaceous beauty still hadn’t made a move to join him. Her smirk was as steady as ever.

”You’re not even going to try?” Luna asked with thinly veiled annoyance. For some reason, Nyx’s calm nonchalance irked the girl. To be fair, a lot of things Nyx did annoyed Luna, so this wasn’t something to write home about.

The Space Valkyrie’s smirk deepened. ”I’m patient. I like watching my besties get pampered. The longer I wait, the sweeter it’ll be once I get my time to shine.”

”Damned cuck...” Luna muttered.

A split-second later, a wave of bathwater smacked her full in the face.

She gasped, blinking furiously, only to find Nyx’s slender hand raised lazily toward her. ”Careful... Even I won’t tolerate such baseless slander.”

”Baseless?! You get off on watching your man lie with other women!”

”Sharing is caring~ What can I say? I’m a selfless, magnanimous woman~” Nyx chirped while sending a second wave of water at Luna.

”Alright, that’s it! You’re dead!” Luna sputtered, trying to get the water out of her eyes and nose. She lunged at Nyx, splashing water everywhere.

The bath instantly erupted into chaos as two heavenly beauties clashed in a heated catfight.

Luna tackled forward, hands latching onto Nyx’s shoulders, but the space-wielding woman didn’t so much as flinch. Invisible force shoved back against Luna, sending water spraying as if an unseen hand had caught her mid-pounce.

”Telekinesis?!” Luna hissed, thrashing, droplets glittering across her flushed body. ”Really?”

”Mmhm, really~” Nyx purred, giving a lazy push that dunked Luna beneath the surface for just a second before letting her rise, gasping and snarling. ”No storm tricks in here, chaos bestie... Unless you want to fry all of us.”

Her lips moved to form a giant, smug grin. ”One could say you’re in my domain now.”

Luna’s cheeks burned with frustration as she tried to grapple with the immovable mage. She kicked water, clawed forward, splashed with feral vigor, but every strike was hampered by unseen force. Nyx still wasn’t powerful enough to outright overpower a girl of Luna’s strength with pure telekinesis, but now her power was a real annoyance to deal with as she used it smartly to bolster her own movements or impede Luna’s.

In this manner, two beauties writhed in the water, breasts pressing, hair slick, droplets flying everywhere.

At the same time... Bastet was in a world of her own.

She arched her back like a spoiled cat, her tail flicking once, twice... before curling into Kaiden’s hand as if it had a mind of its own.

Then, with the boldness only a Ra-blessed Felinid could muster, she all but shoved her hips back toward him, swaying her plump ass in front of his face, demanding attention.

”Master,” she purred with extreme severity, golden eyes half-lidded, ”this tail has been stained with undead filth. You must scrub it clean. Thoroughly. Otherwise, I’ll never feel pure again.”

She gave her butt an exaggerated shake right in his face while her tail twitched impatiently in his hands. ”No half-measures.”

Kaiden chuckled right before giving in to her theatrics.

He let his hands trail along her warm, sun-baked thighs before focusing his touch where she demanded. His fingers worked her tail with care, stroking, rinsing, massaging every inch until the proud Solar Empress sighed like the satisfied kitten she truly was.

The fight across the bath raged on, but Bastet melted completely. She let herself slide down until she was sprawled against Kaiden’s chest, head resting beneath his chin, every muscle going slack with indulgent bliss.

Even as the splashing water peppered her face, a thing that normally would’ve sent her feline brain into extreme violence mode, she didn’t so much as scoff. Her arms were clasped behind Kaiden’s neck, his hands tending to her tail, and in this blissful moment, she simply couldn’t be bothered.

”Mmm... finally, it’s over,” she murmured, voice dreamy, sultry, and extremely satisfied all at once. ”For now... let us bask in our hard-fought victory. Complications, politics, injustice, tomorrow’s burdens... leave them for later. Tonight, we deserve nothing but what matters most: a round of steamy lovemaking, a celebratory feast fit for conquerors... and sleep. Deep, dreamless sleep.”

Her words dripped honey, punctuated by the lazy sway of her hips against his lap.

Kaiden smirked, tightening his grip on her waist and shifting her position before raising both hands and delivering two loud, ringing slaps to her ass. The heavenly sound exploded through the bath like divine punctuation, her juicy cheeks rippling into the most beautiful waves known to man.

Bastet gasped for a moment, but then horny purring overtook her voice.

”I concur,” Kaiden declared. ”No more dungeons for now. We need to reevaluate our strategy of being mercenaries doing the most dangerous jobs available... We’ll focus on the other side of our career in the meantime.”

At that, even in the midst of their playful war, Luna and Nyx broke into silly, knowing smiles. Bastet was already busy grinding her leaking pussy against his cock. Aria moved in and began laying loving kisses on his skin, acting perfectly in line with how much of a territorial woman she was.

But one thing was for certain; they all knew exactly what he meant. And none of them minded one bit.

Instead, they began thinking how they could best assist their man achieve his goals...

If Kaiden heard their thoughts in this moment, all he could do would be best described as ’blink rapidly with a shocked expression.’
