Help all mankind

Chapter 4
”Come on, help me with these things.” The person who broke into Liang Shicheng’s office was his superior, which temporarily added a new burden to him as usual.

”It’s urgent to finish it as soon as possible.” The superior left this sentence and the person left. Liang Shicheng couldn’t resist orders, so he had to get busy. A beautiful day was wasted again.

Every day when they are already busy with work, coupled with the so-called emergency that will suddenly hit from time to time, this makes their pace of life more tense and often can’t even guarantee the time to eat, so it’s impossible to develop good living habits.

The next day, we continued to observe. After a morning’s work, everyone’s attribute values, as expected, remained stable and decreased slowly.

This reduction cannot continue all the time. There must be a circular process. For a certain attribute value, these values will rise at some time of the day.

At noon, the employees are ready to start lunch. The office building does not have its own canteen. At noon, two hours of rest time is set aside for employees to arrange freely.

At this time, most people just rush through a meal and then brush their mobile phones for a while with the saved time. A few people lie down at the computer desk and barely take a nap.

If the situation is better, they will take out a thermos with lunch prepared by their family.

Liang Shicheng hasn’t eaten anything yet. He plans to experiment with himself later.

Observe the attribute values on these heads, and pay special attention to the item of blood glucose content.

Suddenly he found that the blood sugar level of most people began to drop sharply and worried about them.

However, employees who can’t see their attribute values outside the office pay no attention to their changes. They just feel a little sleepy, and then lie down in a chair for a while.

After lunch, the blood sugar content of these people quickly began to rise after a short-term reduction. Generally speaking, the rise process was very fast, but the specific situation of each employee was different. Some rose faster and some rose slightly slower.

The blood sugar content of people who rise fast quickly reaches 100%, and the blood sugar content of people who rise slowly stays at 80%, tends to be stable and no longer rises.

Taking advantage of everyone’s nap, Liang Shicheng left his desk again and patrolled across a one meter five glass baffle.

After some secret observation, he found that the blood glucose content of those who had a quick lunch with snacks increased relatively high, and now maintained at nearly 100%, while those who had a formal lunch increased more slowly, and the final value was always stuck at a certain point.

Liang Shicheng seems to think that he has found the trick. In addition, the word blood sugar easily reminds people of being related to sugar.

Looking at his attribute value at this time, his blood glucose content was 29%. He left the office building, found a supermarket nearby, bought a small bag of snacks and went upstairs. It was all kinds of sweets he could think of, lollipops, fudge, chocolate and two bottles of coke.

Back in the office, he unpacked and ate separately, and then he didn’t forget to drink a bottle of coke.

After the preparation, he took out his mobile phone, put it on the table, stared at his attribute value, and began to observe the change patiently.

Different from the situation of the employees observed before, Liang Shicheng almost only ate sweets this time, so he did not experience the special period of blood glucose reduction. The blood glucose content soared at the beginning and soon reached the full value. Then the work efficiency began to improve, and the whole person seemed to be in spirit for a while.

It’s really easy to improve this value, but I didn’t feel any surprise. Just drinking a coke can improve work efficiency, so it should have attracted the attention of relevant departments for a long time.

It’s disappointing that although the blood glucose content is full, I don’t feel the supernatural state the day before yesterday. It seems that the relationship between various attributes presents a barrel effect. I can’t just expect one of them to be full to support the improvement of overall work efficiency, but pay attention to the attribute with the lowest value.

At this time, Liang Shicheng suddenly found an abnormality. His blood glucose content had exceeded 100% and was still rising. Finally, it was fixed at 120%. At the same time, the font displaying this attribute turned red representing danger.

Moreover, Liang Shicheng carefully found that when the blood glucose content exceeded 100%, and then continued to improve, the work efficiency did not rise but fell.

He thought of some knowledge he had learned at school. When the blood glucose content was too high, it would burden the cells because of abnormal osmotic pressure, which would make the body unhealthy for a long time.

Fortunately, this dangerous state did not last long, and it fell back below 100%.

Everything seems normal again.

But an hour later, Liang Shicheng found a new problem. It seems that things are not so simple. He found that his blood glucose content began to decrease rapidly and fell to a relatively low value.

So he had to be honest, went downstairs again, found a restaurant and had a formal lunch.

After feeling a little better, I went back to the office again and continued to observe the changes in the blood glucose level of the employees. At this time, nearly two hours have passed since they had lunch. The blood glucose level of this group has fallen to 40% to 50%, and the more those whose blood glucose level increased rapidly and high at the beginning, the worse they are now, And it’s still falling.

Liang Shicheng looked at his blood sugar level on his mobile phone. Now it was 72%. He took another sip of coke. Then the value rose rapidly and soon approached 90%, but he could predict that it would fall back in a short time.

The attribute of blood glucose content seems to be the easiest to improve. Just a bottle of coke makes this value full.

But this attribute is easy to rise and easy to fall. The difficulty is not to improve this attribute, but how to keep it stable.

The afternoon work time has begun. Liang Shicheng turns on the computer and pretends to work.

Take this opportunity to start searching for information on the Internet and search around the keyword blood glucose. This survey took a long time. During this period, most of the contents found were useless marketing numbers and various health product advertisements.

Fortunately, this time he has a clear search direction, that is, the mechanism of the increase and decrease of blood glucose. After an afternoon of research, he has gained some results.

In short, there is a system similar to the blood sugar Porter in the human body. This system can pack and convert blood sugar into fat and store it, or unpack and decompose the stored fat and improve the blood sugar content.

No matter what food we eat, it is first released into the blood after digestion, and then transmitted by the blood to all parts of the body. Blood glucose is the most easily received hard currency in all parts of the human body. Especially for the brain, the higher the blood glucose content, the more sufficient energy supply and higher efficiency the brain gets.

But the problem is that the blood glucose transport system in the human body does not care whether the whole body has maximized the blood glucose supply. Its working principle is only one, that is, once the blood glucose content is too high, it desperately converts the blood glucose into fat.

Only when the blood sugar level drops to a very low level, it will slowly consume some fat to supplement energy.

It’s easy for blood sugar to turn into fat, and it’s quite difficult for fat to turn back into blood sugar.

With the computer turned on, the blood glucose index of employees is generally maintained at about 30% in one afternoon’s working hours. It seems that we still have to find a way to improve it.
