I am God LSLCCF

Chapter 227: The Descent of God Yinsai

In the Dream Realm.

God’s Moon suddenly underwent a change. The supreme artifact of Wisdom Ability emitted a radiant light that pierced through God’s Moon and extended outward.

From crescent to full moon.

A will more vast than the Milky Way, exuding an aura of eternal years, revealed itself from within the moon.

The moon seemed to have come alive.

Its light bathed the stars, its power drawing all living beings, and ultimately, these beings used their own power as a foundation to guide its descent.

The entire Dream Realm began to transform.

The borders of the Dream Realm continuously expanded, and the Divine Cup, which had transformed into the sun, was also releasing its power, accommodating the descent of that immense will.

Meanwhile, at the gates of God’s Realm, a hot air balloon ship slowly passed through the cracks of the gate.

Mother of Life Shelly had circled Ruhe Beast Island once, but didn’t see any trace of the winged people.
She estimated that, as Snake Mother Sermos had said, the winged people, this newborn race, had been completely destroyed. All dozen or so winged people had become food for the wing demons.

Shelly could recreate them, but thinking of the snake people, she suddenly felt that even if she recreated the winged people, it would be meaningless.

She wondered if they would really be any better than the snake people.

She felt somewhat dejected, completely unlike her usual restless self.

She no longer stood by the window of the hot air balloon ship observing every detail outside, no longer ran from one window to another trying to change her perspective.

She sat in the room of the hot air balloon ship, recalling everything that had happened before.

She didn’t understand if it was her, as a deity, who had failed so miserably, or if the snake people themselves were simply not a devout enough race.

She had too many uncertainties and misunderstandings.

The hot air balloon ship slowly passed through the void of the Dream Realm and entered the Divine Cup.

Because of this, Shelly didn’t see the changes in the moon.

The hot air balloon ship landed on the God-Given Land. Shelly turned her head and noticed some strange phenomena at the edges of the God-Given Land.

Those Dreams of Law contained within the Divine Cup were floating up one after another, appearing at the edges of the God-Given Land, far more active than ever before.

But she only glanced at it, then turned away.

She merely thought that the power of the Divine Cup had become a bit more active, and didn’t pay it much attention.

She went straight up to the Pyramid Temple, as usual, and came before the divine throne.

She placed her hand on the divine throne, using both hands and feet to climb up.

Then she sat down at the feet of God Yinsai’s statue.

She raised her hand, gesticulating as she began to speak of what had happened in the mortal realm this time.

“God Yinsai!”

“I misjudged them; they are just like the Trilobite people.”

“I thought that as long as they passed the tests, they could gradually become worthy of God’s love, that they would possess true devotion and faith.”

“That they would transform and become perfect believers.”

“But everything is completely different from what I imagined.”

Shelly sat beside the statue of God Yinsai, chattering incessantly to Him about her thoughts, her doubts, her incomprehension.

“The winged people I created also…”

As she spoke, Shelly suddenly noticed that the textures on the statue were gradually becoming more real, as if possessing the texture of actual flesh and blood.

It emanated an eternal power; neither time nor anything in this world could harm it in the slightest.

Shelly was stunned for a moment, then she immediately understood what was happening.

She stood up in a daze, then reached out her hand.

Grasping the left hand of the statue, the joyful expression on her face gradually spread, transforming into an exclamation.

“God… You’ve returned?”

As soon as the words left her mouth.

She and the statue of God Yinsai on the divine throne vanished from the temple, along with the moon in the Dream Realm.

A silver moon broke through the barrier between the illusory and real worlds, appearing in the sky of the mortal realm.

God had descended upon this world.

—————

On Ruhe Beast Island.

The three cities of the snake people were being established in an orderly manner. They faced attacks from monsters and various other challenges.

But they overcame these difficulties one by one, and from this, they obtained something entirely their own.

Not bestowed by God, but new things they had created themselves.

Through building cities, they developed the rudiments of their own architectural style. They mastered more survival skills. Even without the deity’s support, they could still survive well in this world.

Then, they created their own miracles.

Although they were not stronger or wiser than the former Trilobite people.

But they were born in an incredibly abundant and prosperous era.

At this moment, the snake people were celebrating the establishment of their new city. They danced and sang around bonfires, enjoying the food they had raised and hunted themselves.

Suddenly, silver light flooded the land.

God’s Moon returned to the mortal realm.

Unlike last time, it was night, so there were two moons in the sky.

This scene was identical to the God’s Moon Dynasty recorded in the history of the Trilobite people, but now the lives appreciating this beautiful sight were no longer the former Trilobite people.

The snake people dancing around the bonfire were stunned. They pointed at the sky, shouting loudly.

“Look over there.”

“In the sky, in the sky.”

“Two moons?” The snake people looked up at the sky. As the moonlight grew brighter, they gradually felt that the sky had lost all color, leaving only a silvery white.

“This moon is too bright.” Looking at the sky, they felt as if they weren’t looking directly at the moon, but at a silver sun.

The snake people excitedly took to the streets, climbing onto rooftops and city walls.

They gazed into the distance, discussing the suddenly appeared moon.

But as the moonlight grew increasingly intense, the discussions gradually ceased, replaced by expressions of shock and disbelief.

Amidst the endless silvery white, they sensed something else.

That was the authority of wisdom.

Their bloodline could sense the supreme artifact of God’s Moon, the Crown of Wisdom. They sensed that if this crown were placed on anyone’s head, they would become the ruler of all wise beings in this world.

This crown was the supreme power of the wisdom lineage. It was the God of Wisdom.

Among the snake people looking up at God’s Moon, some pupils grew brighter and brighter, then burst forth with silver light.

Under the power of God’s Moon, they awakened the Wisdom Ability.

This was God’s grace.

The child of Snake Mother Sermos, the master of the city, let out a loud cry.

Her eyes blazed with dazzling light, reflecting her status as the most powerful being among the snake people. Her spirituality and wisdom allowed her to glimpse some of the mysteries of God’s Moon.

“No, that’s not the moon.”

“That is…”

After a pause, the master of the city finally screamed out her realization with all her might.

“A deity.”

But immediately after, she saw an even more terrifying sight.

It was the divine secret that she absolutely could not spy upon or gaze at directly.

A figure as vast as the cosmos itself descended from beyond the world, entering this realm.

In an instant, it was as if the world gained radiance, blossoming with the vitality of life under His power.

Or rather, the world came alive because of His descent.

The crown representing supreme divine authority now bowed before the figure descending from beyond the heavens.

Like the others, it knelt on the ground, calling out the name of another being.

This was a deity completely different from the Mother of Life, Shelly.

If the Mother of Life, Shelly, gave them the feeling of a demon god devouring the starry sky and the sun, then this deity was an eternal existence transcending everything.

The starry sky, the sun, the world – all were insignificant before His eternity.

The world would perish, the sun would extinguish, the starry sky would vanish.

But He alone would remain eternal and indestructible.

“What is that?”

“What is that?”

“An existence greater than a deity, how could such a being exist?”

“Is there really something in this world that can make even a deity kneel?”

The snake city master was nearly delirious. Despite her utmost efforts, she couldn’t clearly see that majestic figure, not even a corner of His projection into this world.

She stretched her spirit to its limits, listening to the voice emanating from God’s Moon.

Finally, she heard it.

She heard the cheers of all things, heard the name of the being to whom even the world bowed.

Its name.

“Yinsai.”

However, the moment that name entered her ears, the snake city master instantly collapsed to the ground.

It was as if the flood of information had instantly overwhelmed her memory and even her sense of self, leaving only blankness in her eyes.

It wasn’t until dawn that the snake city master regained consciousness.

Unfortunately, she could no longer recall what she had seen or witnessed during the night.

Nor could she remember the name of that great being from beyond the world.

On a distant continent, atop plateaus and mountain ranges, a group of winged people circled in the sky.

But from the moment God’s Moon appeared, the winged people descended from the sky, trembling and hiding beneath the moon.

“Screech!”

They let out shrill cries facing God’s Moon, their voices filled with shock and panic.

Amidst their screeching, fierce winds howled across the plateau, with the winged people even manipulating the gale to form a small hurricane.

With the appearance of God’s Moon, the bloodline of Wisdom Ability became even more active.

Many snake people and winged people suddenly saw a sun, and within the sun was a giant golden cup.

They suddenly awakened various divine techniques that aligned with their innate talents, receiving legacies from God and the previous era.

The monsters across Ruhe Beast Island experienced the same. Although they lacked higher intelligence, they too were derivative races of the Wisdom Myth’s blood.

One after another, second-rank and third-rank wing demons were born.

A third-rank great fire demon was born in its lair, transforming into a pillar of fire reaching the sky.

The moment it was born, it gained faint intelligence, bathed in the power of God’s Moon.

The great fire demon gathered all its power and flames, transforming into a spark that flew into the sky.

One by one, fire demons also gathered their power and followed.

Swarms of sparks converged into a river, illuminating the sky as they shuttled beneath the sea of clouds.

They left Ruhe Beast Island, heading to another place to establish their own homeland.

A newly born third-rank wing demon did the same, leading its clan in pursuit of the moon, disappearing into the distance.

The bloodline of monsters began to spread from Ruhe Beast Island, gradually reaching the continent and other islands.

And this was just the beginning.

The return of the Creator God from the previous era was like injecting divine power into this world.

It allowed this world, which had been dormant for over two hundred million years, to once again give birth to miracles and glory.

—————

On God’s Moon.

A figure dressed in a white robe descended upon the moon, possessing black hair and black eyes.

As black as the depths of space, deep enough to devour this world.

He held the hand of a little girl, his gaze fixed on the land and oceans that were completely different from his memories.

Shelly looked at God Yinsai, her bright eyes filled with radiance, a sight the snake people and Sermos had never seen.

She looked at that tall figure, feeling the warmth in her hand.

That warmth was identical to over two hundred million years ago, warming her so much that she forgot all her worries, leaving only joy.

She repeated once again, saying to God:

“God! You’ve returned.”

Yin Shen lowered his head, looked at Shelly, and then called out her name.

“Shelly,” He said, “it seems you woke up a little earlier.”

Shelly told God: “I woke up over a hundred years ago.”

A little while and over a hundred years seemed completely incomparable, but at this moment, they were equated before Shelly and Yin Shen.

For them, over a hundred years was just a fleeting moment.

Yin Shen’s gaze turned towards Ruhe Beast Island. He saw the snake people on the island, and with a mere shift of his gaze, he even saw the winged people on the continent.

“It seems you’ve created two new intelligent species. You’ve ignited the dawn of life in this era, becoming their creator.”

“You’ve learned my language so quickly, you can skillfully use your own power to create life, and you’ve even helped them form the rudiments of a civilization.”

“You’ve done well.”

Faced with God’s praise, Shelly felt somewhat ashamed. It wasn’t long ago that she had just faced failure.

Her supposedly devout servant had ultimately betrayed her will.

She was unwilling to ask anyone else, because those people weren’t worthy of her questions, nor did they have the right to know what she was thinking.

But Yinsai was different.

He was her creator, the supreme God. He would surely be able to answer her questions.

She wanted Yinsai to know everything about her, to know all her thoughts.

She explained to God Yinsai what had happened, and finally asked Him:

“God Yinsai.”

“Why?”

“Why is it that even though we gave them everything, we couldn’t earn their devotion in the end?”

Yin Shen gazed at Shelly, this Mother of Life who was unspeakably powerful to mortals.

In others’ eyes, she was a deity.

But in Yin Shen’s eyes, she was nothing more than a child.

To this world, Shelly was like a demon god descending from beyond the heavens.

She was out of place in this world. From birth, no one had taught her the rules, no one had taught her emotions.

She curiously approached this world, then picked up a flesh worm from the ground.

She inserted four appendages into the worm’s body, giving it the ability to crawl.

She transformed it into a new species.

Then she told the worm that it was an ant.

The demon god needed the ant to dig a hole for her. She gave the ant the power to excavate caves, gave it the ability to survive underground, and she even allowed the ant to borrow her power to become her apostle.

But she demanded that the ant have infinite loyalty to her, believing this to be fair.

However, this ant was completely different from God. It had many kin and its own children.

It was a clan leader, it was a mother, and it was also God’s servant.

Emotions were born among the ants in their clan. They were related by blood, and they explored this world together.

One day, the demon god told them that they were digging too slowly.

The demon god needed to create another species, burrowing worms, to speed up the digging.

Unfortunately, in the eyes of the ants, this was a sign that they were about to be abandoned. They would soon be replaced by the burrowing worms, they were about to lose their purpose.

In its panic, the first ant killed the newly born burrowing worm clan.

Then the ant spoke to God about its fears and anxieties.

The demon god couldn’t understand the emotions it spoke of, nor why they were panicking.

She only thought, I’ve given you so many things.

I only ask for your devotion.

You killed another species I created for your own desires; this is blatant betrayal.

She once again tested the ant’s devotion, but the ant was one with emotions. Besides faith, it had various things it cared about and feelings.

It ultimately lost its way in God’s test, trapped in an inescapable nightmare.

Yin Shen looked at Shelly and smiled, and Shelly looked at Yin Shen and smiled, becoming somewhat flustered.

“God Yinsai!”

“Is it because I wasn’t a good enough deity? Is that why they betrayed me in the end?”

Yin Shen said to her: “You’re too demanding of perfection. You want to play the role of a perfect god in your mind, you demand your believers to be perfect followers.”

“Unfortunately, nothing in this world has ever been perfect.”

“You created a species with rich emotions, yet you expect them to fulfill only the role of a tool.”

“From the very beginning, you’ve been going against your own wishes.”

Shelly was utterly confused: “So, did I do something wrong?”

Yin Shen held Shelly’s hand as they walked forward: “It’s not about right or wrong, it’s about whether you want to be a god or become a person.”

“God stands lonely in the sky, while people happily indulge in the sea of desires.”

“You don’t have mortal emotions or human nature.”

“You’re like the starry sky standing high above, observing the insects in the dust.”

“You don’t have their feelings, nor can you understand their joys and sorrows.”

“Only by immersing yourself in their world can you understand their emotions, their helplessness and despair, and the reasons behind their seemingly irrational actions.”

Shelly asked Yin Shen: “What is human nature?”

“Is it something mortals are born with?”

Yin Shen told her: “This can’t be explained in one sentence. It’s the emotions between people.”

“Only by living as a human, or at least having a group of companions, will you understand its meaning.”

Shelly couldn’t understand. She was a child born and called a god.

She had no mother, no kin.

She had no companions to share her emotions with. The things she cared about could be counted on one hand. Her consciousness only contained simple principles.

You are my creation, so everything about you belongs to me.

I gave you power, so you should give me devotion.

A simple and brutal logic, without consideration for anything else.

The more Shelly thought about it, the more confused she became. She still didn’t quite understand what Yin Shen was saying.

Yin Shen didn’t want to explain these things either, because he felt that Shelly would understand one day, just as a child would eventually grow up.

“Don’t worry about the title of god, and don’t deliberately play the role of a deity.”

“God is just a term.”

“Any powerful being that is not understood is crowned with the title of god.”

“The title of god has no meaning.”

“You don’t need to be any kind of deity, nor are you any Mother of Life.”

Yin Shen stroked Shelly’s hair: “You just need to be Shelly.”

Hearing these words, Shelly felt much lighter.

She relaxed her stern, dignified expression and happily grabbed Yin Shen’s hand.

She spread her other arm, transforming it into a wing, and circled around Yin Shen, making “woo-woo-woo” sounds. Yin Shen was pulled along, accompanying her as they spun in circles.

It looked silly, but it was her happiest time.

She didn’t have to think about anything or consider anything.

She only needed to be with God Yinsai, and he was her entire world.

Finally, she stopped in front of Yin Shen.

Shelly pouted her lips.

As if making a face.

“Gurgle gurgle.”

Yin Shen looked at Shelly and laughed.

“Hahaha!”

His laughter was mild, with a gentle feeling, completely lacking the brilliant emotion of mortals that was like sunshine.

But for Yin Shen, this was already very rare.

Shelly and Yin Shen held hands, circling God’s Moon once.

Both were very happy; this was the emotion between people.

Because Yin Shen cared about Shelly, and Shelly cared about Yin Shen, they were companions.

Shelly suddenly seemed to understand a bit of the human nature Yinsai spoke of.

She seemed to experience the joy of being human.

She wanted time to freeze at this moment, to never grow up.

————-

God’s Moon passed over the City of Life.

Atop the towering giant tower, a giant serpent coiled around it, raising its head to look at the sky, letting out a mournful hiss towards the moon.

Yin Shen looked at this great serpent, the servant who had betrayed Shelly in her words.

“Her consciousness has been tainted by the blood of Life Ability, her wisdom eroded by the madness and chaos of the mythical blood.”

“It’s a bit troublesome.”

Shelly looked at Yin Shen: “God, do You care about her?” Shelly asked, her voice tinged with concern.

The giant serpent let out a sorrowful hiss under the moon, its voice reaching the sky above.

Yin Shen shook his head and said to Shelly.

“I just think that perhaps one day, when you truly understand emotions, you might feel regret.”

“Our lives are very long, we have everything, but regret is the one thing that can’t be remedied.”

Yin Shen reached out his hand, his powerful force acting upon the serpent monster.

The Life Myth blood within the serpent monster gradually calmed, and the erosion of her thoughts and consciousness ceased.

One day, she would awaken from the chaos and madness, returning to being Snake Mother Sermos.

Shelly looked at the serpent monster and asked Yin Shen.

“If she wakes up, will she still believe in me?”

But Yin Shen said: “Let her choose for herself!”

Yin Shen turned his back, leading God’s Moon to slowly rise into the sky.

“Faith and gods are the same thing, they’re meaningless titles.”

“If you’re happy, and they can be joyful.”

“That’s enough.”

“If you’re not happy…”

“Then let go!”

God’s Moon pierced through the void, gradually disappearing from the mortal world.

On the other side of the ripple was an endless sea of stars and a dreamy sun.

Shelly tightly held Yin Shen’s hand and said to him.

“Mm!”
