Reborn in the Eighties as a Housewife with a Space

Chapter 3035: Chapter 3033: Roger That

”Cohen, eat quickly, and after you’re done, we’ll take you to school,” Qin Xue urged Cohen to eat his meal and then encouraged the others to eat quickly. The weather was a bit chilly now, and if the food was left too long, it would become cold and not taste good.

”Mom, this porridge is delicious, and this rice noodle is tasty too.” Cohen obediently sat down to eat. The taste was unbelievable; he had never had porridge this tasty before. Not only was it fragrant, but it also made him feel good afterward. Even a child like him could sense that, and he couldn’t believe the others wouldn’t know too.

”If it’s good, then eat more,” Qin Xue said, looking at the children. She made breakfast every day, so why did this feel different?

”Alright, can we have this again tomorrow?” Cohen thought the porridge had his mom’s flavor, so he wanted to eat more.

”Sure, eat up,” Qin Xue nodded. This child seldom asked for anything, especially not food.

”Yay, thank you, Mom,” Cohen said happily.

”Yes, it’s really delicious, this is wonderful. I think this is the best outcome because we can still enjoy this happy mommy’s porridge tomorrow,” Yu Ze joked.

”Since you all like it, let’s have this again tomorrow,” Qin Xue said. She wasn’t sure if it was because she hadn’t cooked a proper meal in a long time or for some other reason, but seeing her family with such expressions made her feel she had been negligent.

”Yay.” Actually, they just wanted to sit together as a family and have a meal, without really caring what they ate.

And this was the consensus; of course, everyone agreed.

For the sake of everyone’s taste buds, Qin Xue nodded and promised. Tomorrow she would make something different, like fish porridge, which she hadn’t made in a long time. Thinking about that fresh fish meat in the pantry, she realized she was really craving it.

This was quite good because during such times, they had food to eat, and of course, they should enjoy it.

”Thank you, Mom,” Yu Ze knew Qin Xue would agree, but he had anticipated this outcome in advance.

”What are you talking about? Eat well, eating well will help you grow up, don’t let other kids outgrow you,” Qin Xue said, looking at her son. She served him porridge, noticing he only drank porridge and didn’t eat the rice noodles.

”I won’t; look at who my parents are — both are tall. I don’t believe I would genetically mutate into being short,” Yu Ze wasn’t worried at all.

”My son is really daring, is this something you could have imagined?” Chu Molin came out and heard his son’s words, praising him.

”No.” The other two little ones shook their heads. It wasn’t something they had thought about, so of course, they wouldn’t casually agree.

”That’s right, study well so you can learn more,” Chu Molin acknowledged their honesty, he agreed with it.

”Got it,” the three little ones replied, finding their father’s words reasonable.

”If you have nothing else to do, then eat well. Later, your brother has to go to school, and I happen to be heading to the store,” Chu Molin unusually spoke a lot.

”Alright, I understand,” Cohen replied, choosing not to speak further and focused on eating the porridge in his bowl. He ate a small bowl of porridge and a small bowl of rice noodles, feeling stuffed.

”It’s not advisable to overeat,” Qin Xue said disapprovingly, watching Cohen rub his belly.

”It was so delicious, I couldn’t help it,” Cohen said, feeling a bit embarrassed.
