Reborn in the Eighties as a Housewife with a Space

Chapter 2312: Chapter 2306: Miao Qingqing Is Sick

”Brother-in-law, you and my sister should go, my sister and I will take care of the kids, don’t worry.” Qin Yu looked at Chu Molin and said. Otherwise, if brother-in-law keeps worrying and doesn’t go, it will make the elderly unhappy.

After all, the elderly still want to be with their family. Although brother-in-law lives apart from them, he can understand it. It’s just like their family and uncle’s family; grandparents live with uncle’s family, but they often come to their home, which is the warmest thing for a family to be together.

This is the happiest moment for a family, Qin Yu thought, especially when the elderly are ill, they would want family to keep them company. So, he felt brother-in-law should go with his sister. As for the kids being too young, it’s better not to take them out to the hospital, where there are too many germs and the kids’ resistance is low, they better not go there.

”Yes, big brother, since grandma is sick, you should come with us to visit. Whatever happens later, now is now, right?” Chu Xiaoqiao looked at Chu Molin, wanting her big brother to go too. Since the last argument, they haven’t been together.

When the second brother got married, they thought they could all get together and chat, who knew something else would happen, it’s truly been a lot of ups and downs for them.

Moreover, there are still some issues between them that are difficult to resolve.

Now that grandma is sick, although no one wanted to see grandma get sick, perhaps this could be a chance for big brother to change relations with the family. With the sister-in-law taking the lead and making concessions, she hopes big brother can listen to sister-in-law and go to the hospital together.

”Do you really want me to go with you?” Chu Molin cared about Qin Xue’s opinion; as for others, he didn’t want to be bothered.

”I want you to go, but if you don’t want to, I won’t force you, it’s okay. I’m going to see if there’s anything I can help with. I want you to go because I don’t want you to regret it in the future, that’s all.” Qin Xue was worried that if Miao Qingqing couldn’t pull through, at least Chu Molin could see her one last time.

It’s not that she’s cursing her, but when someone falls ill, it’s not something anyone can stop. Some illnesses are just that bad; if suddenly it becomes critical, it could be possible to never recover.

Especially in cases like hemorrhage or other issues, some people may survive, but end up paralyzed, or become a vegetative state, which are not the outcomes the patient would want.

As a doctor, Qin Xue has seen many cases like this; otherwise, she wouldn’t want Chu Molin to go.

She could see that Chu Molin had feelings for Miao Qingqing. If it weren’t for that incident last time, likely Chu Molin would have a much better relationship with Miao Qingqing’s family by now. Ultimately, it was because of her, so she wanted to make amends for the mistake.

It was her lack of foresight; Xue Ling is her spiritual pet. She knows its abilities, but others don’t, and misunderstanding is normal, especially as the elderly want to protect their grandchildren. Why didn’t she explain? If she had explained, would things be different today?

Back then, she was upset. She had saved Miao Qingqing before; they should know her abilities, and it’s normal for Xue Ling, who stayed with her, to be capable. However, she overlooked the fact that she didn’t go along that time. She knew she saved Miao Qingqing, but they didn’t know, so it was normal for them not to trust her or Xue Ling, as it was a normal human reaction.
