Reborn in the Eighties as a Housewife with a Space

Chapter 1219: Chapter 1213: The Reason for Missing Each Other_1 Chapter 1219: Chapter 1213: The Reason for Missing Each Other_1 Qin Jiale didn’t understand how Zhu Fangyue’s mind worked. The fact that she could say such things truly left her in awe.

Zhu Fangyue didn’t understand why the class teacher had chosen Qin Jiale to be the class president instead of choosing her. But this did not prevent her from becoming jealous of Qin Jiale, thus, unknowingly, putting themselves at odds with each other.

Seeing how Qin Jiale had become friends with a few well-off girls in the class just a few days after starting school, Zhu Fangyue became more irritable. She couldn’t figure out how things had turned out this way.

Was it all because Qin Jiale was the class president, or was it because she was a club member and could speak with Ye Li?

Zhu Fangyue was so engrossed in her thoughts that she didn’t even notice when the class teacher walked in.

“Zhu Fangyue, do you have a question?” The class teacher asked, looking at her motionless figure.

“Ah, no.” Zhu Fangyue was startled by the teacher’s voice. Seeing her classmates struggling not to laugh, her face turned red with embarrassment. She blamed it all on Qin Jiale, because if she hadn’t been preoccupied with thoughts about her, she wouldn’t have been caught daydreaming and laughing stock of the class.

It must be said that some people never self-reflect and always blame others for their mistakes. Therefore, Qin Jiale unfairly became the target of her blame.

If Qin Jiale knew about Zhu Fangyue’s thoughts, she would want to cry. Why was everything always her fault?

“If you have no questions, sit down. The lesson is about to start, and if I continue like this, it will be time to finish before we know it,” said the class teacher calmly.

He didn’t appreciate students who caused unnecessary trouble. He was okay dealing with academic issues, but he didn’t like getting involved in matters unrelated to studies.

Unfortunately, Zhu Fangyue was just such a person. She acted as if everyone should revolve around her just because her parents worked at the supply and marketing cooperative.

The class teacher didn’t mind her initially. But then he noticed her eavesdropping on his conversations with other teachers, and even trying to bribe other students, he decided to change his pre-planned nomination for class president.

That’s why the class leader position, which was supposed to be voted on, ended up being appointed. Zhu Fangyue was initially nominated, but he removed her name.

As a class teacher, he knew he should treat all students equally. But he wouldn’t let a troublemaker get what she wanted too easily, because if he did, the class might become divided and chaotic.

Zhu Fangyue had never imagined that her actions had negatively impacted the class teacher’s impression of her, causing her to miss out on the class president position she desired.

On the other hand, Qin Jiale, who wasn’t originally considered, received the class president’s role. Subsequently, she found herself being unjustly blamed and targeted time and again. One was disheartened, while the other prospered.

After the class began, the class teacher first talked about the things to pay attention to and the plans for the new term before officially starting the lesson.

Qin Jiale diligently noted down what the class teacher said. She always recorded important things in her notebook, fearing that she might forget them if she got busy. She took the saying ‘A short pencil is better than a long memory’ to heart.

Her sister had also suggested her to keep a mistake notebook to write down the questions she got wrong or found hard to almost answer. That way, these could be revisited during revision, thereby deepening the impression, and preventing the same mistakes in future tests.

After jotting down the points, Qin Jiale began to pay attention to the lesson. Seeing this, Fu Ling sneered. What was the point of taking notes? Life would go on as usual anyway.
