Reborn in the Eighties as a Housewife with a Space

Chapter 1083: Chapter 1077 Fell Asleep_1 Chapter 1083: Chapter 1077 Fell Asleep_1 Qin Yu didn’t expect Ouyang Ziyu to say that. It was just a casual embrace for someone known, but if an unfamiliar person asked, he would not let them hold the child.

“Sure.” Qin Yu looked at the girl and passed the baby to her.

“Thanks. You have no idea how long I’ve been looking at him. He’s so handsome. I wanted to hold him, but I didn’t dare to ask Auntie. Now that I got to hold him, it feels great.” Ouyang Ziyu was speaking as if talking to herself.

Upon hearing Ouyang Ziyu, Qin Yu chuckled a bit. If her sister approved of someone, he trusted them. Isn’t his mom very easy-going? Why is she so afraid?

What Qin Yu didn’t know was how strict Ouyang Ziyu was raised from a young age. Changing a habit could be near impossible. And Nangong Shulan was a senior member of the family, so of course she dared not be disrespectful.

“Hello little handsome, I’m Ziyu. Let’s shake hands.” Ouyang Ziyu gently spoke while holding Yu Chen’s hand.

“Ms. Ouyang, are you sure you’re not mistaken?” Both Qin Yu and Fang Xiu burst into laughter hearing Ouyang Ziyu’s words. Qin Yu couldn’t help but ask.

“Did I say something wrong?” Ouyang Ziyu asked, confused.

“What did you tell this little guy to call you?” Qin Yu asked Ouyang Ziyu with a smile.

“Sister. Is there a problem?” Ouyang Ziyu blurted out after hearing Qin Yu’s words.

“What do you think?” After saying this, Qin Yu just stared at Ouyang Ziyu with a smile, not saying a word.

“Uh, hehe.” Ouyang Ziyu chuckled awkwardly after going through their previous conversation. She really couldn’t blame them for laughing. It was indeed inappropriate how she addressed the child. She inadvertently lowered herself to the child level.

“Little guy, I misspoke just now. You can’t call me sister, you should call me auntie. Let’s start over.” Ouyang Ziyu looked at Yu Chen, holding his hand, and started introducing herself again.

Qin Yu found Ouyang Ziyu’s reaction quite amusing. This girl really didn’t mind the minors. Qin Yu thought this was good as it showed her adaptable nature, not caring about trivial matters.

“What are you all talking about? Sounds very lively.” Nangong Shulan walked out with Yu Ze, who had just changed trousers, and saw everyone chatting and laughing.

“Mom, Ms. Ouyang thinks Yu Chen is cute.” Seeing his mother approach, Qin Yu said with a smile.

“Aren’t our two little guys really cute?” Nangong Shulan pinched the little one’s nose, asking with a smile.

Yu Ze burst into giggles. Their parents were so good-looking that it would be a genetic mutation if he and his brother weren’t.

“This little one knows we’re complimenting you brothers, laughing so happily.” Nangong Shulan’s heart softened.

“Alright, I won’t tease you anymore. I need to get cooking now, so we eat dinner early. Then we can chat together and stay up late for the New Year’s Eve. Xiao Yu, take your child, I’m going to the kitchen.” Nangong Shulan handed Yu Ze to her son and left for the kitchen.

“Qing Zhu, wake up for the meal. You can sleep afterward. Otherwise, the food will get cold.” Qin Xue opened the door and found Qing Zhu asleep. She wanted to let her sleep, but the meal was hot at the moment. If it gets cold, it won’t taste as good after reheating. Thus, she had to wake her.

“Qin Xue, you’re here? I’m sorry, I fell asleep.” Qing Zhu just wanted to take a quick nap but ended up falling asleep entirely.
