Global Grave Digging: My Reward Increased Ten Thousand Times

23: Our single soldier captured the enemy tankOn the chaotic battlefield, the situation was changing in an instant.

Those few Mohican thugs hadn’t yet recovered from the shock of the tank’s arrival.

Before they could, they were struck by a few stray bullets flying from who knows where.

”Pfft...”

”Urgh...”

Without even leaving behind a complete final word, their bodies twitched a few times, and they became completely silent.

The money bags they dropped on the ground were immediately noticed by Lin Mengzi.

”Go over and pick them up.” With a serious little face, she commanded those undead special police officers, who had become tattered but still faithfully executed her orders.

The undead took steady strides, ignoring the bullets flying all around, scooped up the money bags, and piled them together with the other spoils of war.

Their bodies were riddled with bullet holes, and in some places, ghastly white bones were even exposed.

But as long as their cores weren’t destroyed, they could continue to operate.

The police outside saw this scene and were so shocked their eyeballs almost popped out!

”Wang Defa!?!? Those corpses are moving!? They’re moving!”

”What is that? Are they zombies!? Monsters that can’t be killed!”

”Fire! Fire! Blow their heads off!”

Dense firepower poured toward those few undead special police officers, but it had little effect.

These undead were dead things to begin with; unless their ability to move was completely destroyed, ordinary gunshot wounds were meaningless to them.

This supernatural sight added an eerie touch to the already chaotic battlefield.

It greatly struck a blow to the morale of the Free City police.

”Big Brother! What do we do now!?”

A soldier carrying a Gatling gun, struggling to change the scorching hot ammunition belt, looked at Lin Fei and asked.

The appearance of the tank had completely disrupted their rhythm.

Although that tank hadn’t arrived yet, it had been dropped onto the road by a transport plane and was rushing toward them.

Lin Fei’s gaze swept over the three soldiers, his voice steady: ”You three, who knows how to drive a tank?”

The three soldiers were all stunned.

One of them, slightly older and looking the most experienced, hesitated for a moment before raising his hand: ”Report, Big Brother! I can drive! Back in the army, the M1A2 was the main model of our armored battalion, and I drove it for five years!”

”Good!” Lin Fei nodded.

”Why do you ask, Big Brother?” the soldier asked, somewhat confused.

Could it be? A crazy thought flashed through his mind, causing his breathing to stop for a split second.

”You three, take off your heavy armor,” Lin Fei said.

This heavy armor was too cumbersome; although its defensive power was astonishing, it also severely affected speed and flexibility. The next operation required speed.

”Yes!” The three soldiers didn’t hesitate at all and immediately began to unfasten the heavy armor on their bodies. Their obedience to Lin Fei’s orders had reached the point of unconditional compliance.

”The rest of you, stay here and wait for me to return,” Lin Fei said to his sister, Ford, and the two women in black masks.

Ford opened his mouth, wanting to say something, but remembering Lin Fei’s terrifying nature, he ultimately swallowed his words and just nodded heavily, saying: ”Young Master Lin! Please be careful!”

After giving his instructions, Lin Fei didn’t waste any more words.

”Follow me!”

His figure moved like an arrow released from a bow, ignoring the dense rain of bullets around him, and charged straight toward the M1A2 main battle tank that was slowly adjusting its muzzle, preparing to fire!

”Big Brother!” The three soldiers who had taken off their heavy armor felt their blood surging, so they immediately raised their rifles and followed closely behind, providing covering fire for Lin Fei!

Inside the tank, several tank crew members wearing military green combat uniforms were observing the battle situation outside through the periscope. When they saw the figure crazily charging toward them, the corners of their mouths curled up in a grin.

”Hahaha! Look at that yellow-skinned monkey! Is he crazy? He wants to shake a tank with his bare body!?” the gunner mocked while adjusting the artillery angle.

”Hit him with a high-explosive shell! Blast him to smithereens!” the tank commander also gave the order.

”Understood!” The gunner pressed the firing button!

BOOM!!! A deafening explosion!

The 120mm caliber high-explosive shell, carrying an Aura of destroying everything, shot out from the barrel and sped toward Lin Fei!

The shell flew at an extremely fast speed, arriving almost instantly!

However! Facing this terrifying shell capable of leveling a small building, Lin Fei didn’t dodge or evade!

Even while running, he suddenly took a step forward, spread the five fingers of his right hand, and met the whistling shell with a fierce slap!

His movements were extremely fast! At the very last moment before the shell was about to hit his body.

SNAP!!! A crisp sound like swatting a fly rang out!

That high-speed flying high-explosive shell was actually slapped away by Lin Fei with one hand!

The shell changed direction, like a deflected baseball, and whistled past Lin Fei’s body, crashing diagonally into an office building nearby!

BOOM—!!! An even more violent explosion erupted!

That five-story office building, as if struck by a giant hammer, instantly collapsed in half, bricks and stones flying everywhere, dust filling the air!

”Holy sh*t!!!” The grins on the faces of the soldiers in the tank instantly froze.

The driver’s hand shook, almost snapping the control stick. The gunner’s mouth was open wide enough to fit an egg. The commander even sprang up from his seat, his head slamming hard against the inner wall of the tank with a dull thud.

”Oh my god! What just happened!?”

”He, he, he! He slapped the shell away!?”

”This is impossible! This is absolutely impossible! Am I hallucinating!?”

They felt their brains had crashed. Everything happening before their eyes had completely subverted their understanding, even making them start to doubt their own existence!

Slapping away a tank shell with bare hands!? Even superhero movies wouldn’t dare to portray it like this!

Even that terrifying Wolf Warrior from the East could only use wire mesh to block an RPG. But none of them could slap away a tank shell with their bare hands!

Just as they were stuck in deep shock, unable to extricate themselves, Lin Fei had already reached the tank!

His legs exerted sudden force, and his entire body shot into the sky like a cannonball, easily clearing a height of several meters and landing heavily on top of the M1A2 tank!

THUD!

The heavy tank armor plate was stepped on by him, emitting a dull, loud noise, and even denting slightly downward!

Lin Fei didn’t give the people inside any time to react at all!

He walked to the circular hatch on the top of the tank, ignoring the alloy door panel that was dozens of centimeters thick. He grabbed the edge of the hatch with both hands!

The muscles in his arms instantly tensed, and his veins bulged like coiling dragons!

”OPEN UP!!!” A low roar like that of a wild beast!

CRACK—!!! A teeth-gritting sound of metal twisting and breaking rang out!

The heavy hatch, which was capable of withstanding heavy machine gun fire, was actually torn off the tank by brute force by Lin Fei!

Just like tearing open the tab of a soda can! Lin Fei casually threw the heavy hatch aside, revealing the terrified tank crew inside, who looked as if they had seen a ghost!

”No! Don’t come over!”

”You are a devil!” The few tank soldiers let out desperate screams.

Facing Lin Fei, they even forgot to take out their small pistols to resist. But now, even a small pistol wouldn’t be of any use. Perhaps a Kryptonite pistol might be useful, they thought to themselves.

Lin Fei slipped into the narrow space inside the tank like a civet cat.

Pfft! Pfft! Pfft! A few dull sounds of bones breaking rang out. Like snapping the necks of a few chickens, Lin Fei cleanly and neatly twisted the necks of all four tank soldiers inside!

He threw their bodies out of the tank one by one, as if throwing out trash.

【Successfully killed tank crew x4, gained 400 experience points!】

【Captured one tank, gained 1000 experience points!】

”Get up here! Drive!” Lin Fei roared at the soldier who knew how to drive a tank, who was already stunned outside.

”Yes! Big Brother!” The soldier jolted into action, his face filled with fanatical worship, and climbed into the tank cockpit using his hands and feet. Another soldier quickly followed, taking control of the tank’s main gun.

In less than half a minute! An M1A2 main battle tank, representing modern land combat power, had been hijacked by Lin Fei in the most brutal and unreasonable way!

Immediately after. Under the gaze of Ford, the women in black masks, and the remaining police, who looked as if they had seen a ghost. A roaring sound rang out! The hijacked M1A2 tank’s turret slowly rotated, and its dark muzzle aimed at the SWAT armored vehicles that had previously surrounded them!

BOOM! BOOM! Two cannon blasts!

Two armored vehicles were instantly blasted into pieces! The tank, like a steel behemoth, began to rampage through the streets, crushing the police cars blocking its way one by one!

Meanwhile, Lin Fei repeated the same process, using the same brutal method to tear open two other armored personnel carriers that had come to provide support, killed the soldiers inside, and let another soldier take over.

A few minutes later. Lin Fei, with the three soldiers whose faces were flushed with excitement, drove an M1A2 main battle tank and two heavily armed armored personnel carriers back to the bank entrance, like a victorious general returning.

Ford: ”Holy sh*t!”

Women in black masks: ”Holy f*ck!”

The remaining police on the scene: ”What the hell!!!!”

Everyone was petrified. Their minds went blank. Robbing a bank. By the end of the robbery. They actually hijacked the police’s tank?

What kind of god-tier plot is this!? Even Hollywood wouldn’t dare to film it like this!
