Continuous messages flashed across the blue light screen before him, causing Liu Yang to frown deeply.

Damn it, I was just going on a blind date. Was it necessary to bring me to this strange place?

And I didn’t even see my blind date. Is Heaven trying to stop me from finding a partner?

And what the hell is this Dungeon Survival Game?

After venting his dissatisfaction, Liu Yang’s inner unease slightly subsided.

Looking around, he was currently in a small, dilapidated room.

It was about two meters long and wide; he could touch the ceiling by reaching out.

There were also signs of wormholes on the wooden walls and floor.

After confirming there was no immediate danger, Liu Yang began to examine the blue light screen before him.

Looking closely.

In the upper left corner of the light screen was a small avatar, the image of which was his own photo.

Below the avatar, his name was also displayed—Liu Yang.

Following that was a row of function options.

[Status]

[Skills]

[Inventory]

[Crafting]

[Chat]

Liu Yang clicked on them one by one and quickly understood their functions.

His gaze was then drawn to two items on the ground.

A rusty short sword.

An ancient key.

Liu Yang reached out and picked them up, his gaze falling on the short sword. A piece of information appeared before his eyes.

[Rusty Short Sword: An ungraded item in the Underground Palace World. Although it is rusty, it can still pierce the hide armor of a small portion of Earth Palace Creatures. It is your only weapon for pioneering. Please keep it safe.]

Liu Yang tightened his grip on the sword’s hilt; he knew this item was very important.

Then he looked at the key, and information also appeared.

[Key of Return Home: A medium to control the retrieval and placement of Home. Please be sure to bind it by dripping blood.]

Liu Yang was obedient. He immediately extended his finger, raised the short sword, and lightly cut his fingertip. A small wound appeared.

Not bad, I controlled the force well.

Praising himself, Liu Yang smeared the bright red blood from his fingertip onto the key.

Upon contact with the blood, the key instantly turned into a beam of light and disappeared into Liu Yang’s wrist, leaving only a key-shaped pattern there.

At the same time, he also learned the method of retrieval.

Although he was tempted to try it, considering the current situation, he quickly shook his head and cast this dangerous thought out of his mind.

He walked to the wall, opened a crack in the window, and looked outside through the gap.

Huh? Didn’t they say this is a Dungeon? How is it still so bright outside without torches or lights?

Yes.

Unlike what he had imagined.

Outside the window was not dark, damp, and pitch-black. Instead, it was sunny and bright, which was truly puzzling.

Stars shifted, the universe revolved.

Being able to abduct people here without a sound.

Even having many game-like elements.

Thinking about it this way, there was nothing strange about it anymore.

Observing carefully.

Not far outside the room, an ant the size of a baby’s fist slowly crawled past.

Then a Mosquitoes of similar size seemed to spot him and immediately flew towards him.

Startled, Liu Yang quickly closed the window.

Holy crap, is that an Earth Palace Creature?

It’s so big, I wonder if it’s poisonous or not.

Even if it’s not poisonous, having unknown bacteria wouldn’t be good either.

Out of caution, with the situation still unclear, Liu Yang abandoned the idea of going out to investigate.

Staying inside the room, he brought up the game panel and entered the chat channel to gather information.

The chat channel was divided into Area Chat and World Chat.

Liu Yang first entered Area Chat.

A rectangular chat box appeared before his eyes.

Above the chat box, the words 1000/1000 were displayed.

Liu Yang understood that this meant there were 1000 people in this area.

This place is so weird, I’m scared, I want to go Home.

Is this a prank? Can I surrender? Please let me go!

The ants outside are huge, they scared me so much I don’t dare to go out. Is this being a bit too cowardly?

In my opinion, everyone has encountered something major. For those who want to go Home, I advise you to forget about it. It’s better to think about how to fight monsters and get loot. If you wait too long, it’ll be too late when you’re too hungry to act.

In the chat channel, everyone’s avatar was their own photo, and their name was below it.

There was no deception, making it clear at a glance.

In this day and age online, you never know if the person you’re chatting with is human or ghost.

Liu Yang, who had suffered greatly from this, silently gave it a thumbs-up.

After watching for a while, it was all meaningless chatter, which disappointed Liu Yang.

Seriously? Not a single person out of 1000 has acted. Isn’t that too cowardly? There’s no sense of adventure at all.

Or is it that someone has already acted but is hiding it?

If so, that person’s heart must be black.

Disgusting!

Muttering a few words, Liu Yang switched to World Chat.

The interface here was the same as Area Chat, with the number 4562514597/4562514597 displayed at the top.

Oh my god, I fought an Underground Palace Ant and had to slash it three times to kill it, only to get one piece of wood. F*ck.

You’re lucky. I had a big fight with an Underground Palace Fly. Not only did I get several large bites, but the main thing is it got away, making me feel like dying.

Encountered an Underground Palace Cockroach. Took 6 slashes to kill it, harvested one iron block.

Help! A Dungeon Rat bit off one of my fingers! Can anyone help? I urgently need medicine to treat my injuries. Please!

Oni-chan, I’m scared, I want to go Home. I agreed to your last request, I love you, please don’t ignore me!

With a large base number, it’s different. There are people from various countries and races.

For the messages people send, the chat channel automatically converts them into familiar text, allowing everyone to communicate without barriers.

Liu Yang watched carefully.

Although there was some strange information, there was also a good amount of useful news.

Foreigners’ spirit of adventure is strong; they aren’t afraid of death.

Many messages came from them.

Since he could gather intelligence, Liu Yang naturally wouldn’t risk it himself.

At the same time, the World Chat channel had another magical aspect.

No matter how much information scrolled by, Liu Yang could keep up with the reading speed.

He didn’t know if it was speeding up his consciousness or slowing down the flow of time.

In short, it was very magical.

Only when he had learned enough and his stomach began to rumble did he grab the short sword and walk towards the door.
