Honkai: Reborn as the Corrosion Herrscher, Living as a Fake Elysia

“Eden, the little one just left, and I’m already feeling a bit nostalgic ♪~” Elysia said, pouting as she hugged Eden’s arm.

“Alright, Elysia, after all, we can’t hold her back from her own matters, can we?” Eden said with a smile.

“Besides, it’s not like we can’t observe her, is it?” Eden said, looking at Vill-V who appeared in the hall.

“That’s right, I’m a great genius!” Vill-V said.

“Eh? Did Vill-V do something?” Elysia looked at Vill-V curiously.

“It’s not just me who did something; over there, aren’t there two more?” Vill-V looked towards the shadows nearby.

“Oh my, we’ve been discovered,” Mobius floated out from the shadows.

Aponia’s figure also slowly emerged.

“This is a necessary observation,” Aponia said calmly.

“So, what did you all do?” Eden sat down on the sofa.

“Just some modifications that won’t affect her in the slightest, but for us, it’s a very great attempt,” Vill-V said, opening a projection that showed Miss Purple Fairy’s figure.

“The little lab rat has my scent from back then,” Mobius said, licking her lips as she looked at the projection.

Aponia just quietly watched the Purple Fairy in the projection.

After a while, she finally spoke, “Just to ensure she doesn’t forget her original intention.”

After Aponia finished speaking, her body slowly became transparent and finally disappeared from the hall.

Looking at the projection in front of her, Elysia poked it curiously.

“Vill-V, how did you do this?!” Elysia asked curiously.

“She has an incomplete Divine Key on her. I just reprocessed the data of the Divine Key, that’s all. How about it, can this genius’s idea create a new subject!” Vill-V’s tone suddenly changed, and her whole demeanor became unusually lively.

“Oh my, you noticed too,” Mobius looked at Vill-V.

“Of course! After all, the Divine Key itself was developed by me!” Vill-V looked at Mobius proudly.

“Hehehe, yes, after all, the Divine Key is your specialty,” Mobius covered her mouth and chuckled softly.

Then, Mobius submerged into the shadow beneath her and also left the hall.

“Vill-V, can this projection be displayed in the hall? Elysia wants to see Miss Purple Fairy anytime she wants ♪~” Elysia said, pulling Vill-V’s hand.

“Of course! This is my great invention, it must be displayed in the hall so everyone can see it!” Vill-V said, tilting her head back.

“Wow, Vill-V is truly the best ♪~” Elysia said excitedly.

Then she pulled Vill-V to sit on the sofa and watched Miss Purple Fairy in the projection.

On Miss Purple Fairy’s side.

When she first woke up.

She saw a strange person lie on the transparent capsule cover in front of her.

After seeing her wake up, the person didn’t leave; instead, he directly pressed his face against it.

Elysia pressed the button inside the stasis pod, opening the capsule cover.

The strange woman outside immediately pounced towards Elysia.

Elysia directly dodged to the side, and after the woman entered the stasis pod, she immediately closed the capsule cover.

The woman inside the stasis pod vigorously knocked on the cover, but no matter how she pressed the button, the stasis pod’s cover wouldn’t open.

At this moment, a Gray Serpent walked over.

“It seems Miss Elysia has met the person she wished to see,” this Gray Serpent spoke completely differently from the one Elysia had met before.

“This is? A change of person?” Elysia asked in confusion.

“It seems Miss Elysia can understand our mode of existence,” Gray Serpent made a gentlemanly gesture, then walked outside.

“Your companions are currently resting upstairs. Would you like to see your companions first, or would you like to rest a bit?” Gray Serpent asked as he walked.

“You mean Theresa and them? Just take me to them,” Elysia nodded.

“Alright, Miss Elysia. Regarding that impetuous colleague just now, I am deeply sorry, but please believe that she had no intention of harming you,” Gray Serpent said after entering the elevator.

“Mm, I know,” Elysia said this with her mouth, but what she was thinking was quite different.

That woman wearing the strange mask must be Jackal. Judging by Jackal’s appearance, she probably wanted to dissect her, didn’t she?

“So please don’t mind her too much. I hope you can release her from the stasis pod. After all, she is still my colleague, and very important to World Serpent,” Gray Serpent said very respectfully.

“That stasis pod will open by itself after a while. I dislike her,” Elysia directly used the word ‘dislike’.

If it were Elysia from Paradise, she probably wouldn’t say the word ‘dislike’, Elysia thought to herself.

“Alright, your magnanimity is truly vast,” Gray Serpent said.

Elysia listened, a difficult-to-describe expression on her face.

“Um, excuse me, where is the previous Gray Serpent? I want to switch,” Elysia couldn’t take it anymore.

This kind of conversation made Elysia feel uneasy.

“He is currently performing other tasks. Please bear with me for a moment. I am very aware that you dislike my way of speaking,” Gray Serpent maintained his tone.

Elysia directly turned her head away, not wanting to respond to Gray Serpent.

This kind of formalized, no… it should be said, gentlemanly type of conversation, she thoroughly disliked.

Because people like this often have the most rules.

But fortunately, the elevator quickly reached its destination.

After exiting the elevator.

Gray Serpent pointed to the resting area and said.

“Your companions are resting there now. I will take my leave first, as you wouldn’t want me to accompany you to see your companions.”

After Gray Serpent finished speaking, he directly retreated back into the elevator.

As the elevator doors closed.

Elysia rubbed her arms together, and the uneasy feeling in her heart disappeared.

Then, Elysia jogged towards the resting area.

As soon as she entered the resting area, Elysia saw Theresa eating something.

Theresa also saw Elysia.

Before she even swallowed the food in her mouth, she raised the chicken leg in her hand and waved at Elysia.

Looking at Theresa like this, Elysia smiled and walked over.

Sitting next to Theresa, Elysia reached for a tissue and wiped Theresa’s mouth.

Looking at Theresa, who seemed about to say something.

“Alright, wait until you swallow what’s in your mouth before speaking. If you talk like this, you might choke ♬~” Elysia said after discarding the tissue.

“How was it? Shencheng Pharmaceutical didn’t make things difficult for you, did they?” Himeko said, drinking beer.

“With you two nearby, how would they dare make things difficult for me?” Elysia said, looking at Himeko.
