Honkai: Reborn as the Corrosion Herrscher, Living as a Fake Elysia

“Then, Elysia’s sacrifice must have been very magnificent, right ♪~” Elysia asked Eden with a smile.

“Yes, it was very magnificent,” Eden said, embracing Elysia.

“Then, was Elysia’s sacrifice meaningful?” Elysia asked her last question.

“Yes, it was.

My existence was brought about by your sacrifice, Elysia,” Miss Purple Fairy said, also embracing Elysia.

“Oh?

Miss Purple Fairy exists because of me?” Elysia asked curiously.

“Eden, can I tell her?” Miss Purple Fairy looked at Eden.

Eden nodded.

“Although I don’t know where you learned it, Elysia already knows, so there’s no problem in telling her.” “Then, I’ll tell her.” “Elysia, you are the daughter of a god, and I am the humanity that was brought about by your sacrifice.

It can even be said that all the Herrschers of our era gained their humanity because of you,” Miss Purple Fairy said seriously.

“Is that so?

So Elysia’s sacrifice had such a great effect ♪~” Elysia said with a smile.

“Yes, it did, so I am very grateful to you.

If it weren’t for you, I might not exist,” Miss Purple Fairy said, looking at her hand.

“Alright, alright, don’t say that.

Elysia is going to get shy ♪~” Elysia reached out and poked Miss Purple Fairy’s nose.

“Are you two just going to ignore my existence?” Eden sighed and said, “Should I leave now?” “Eden~ Are you mad, are you mad?” “Alright, Elysia, it’s not that we didn’t want to tell you the final outcome, but rather that we are all failures,” Eden said with a bitter smile.

They had failed Elysia’s expectations.

Elysia, through her sacrifice, brought about the unity of the remaining people, but in the end, they still failed.

Looking at the bitter-smiling Eden, Elysia reached out and pinched her.

“Eden~ Such a beautiful face isn’t suited for a bitter smile.

Besides, we weren’t a complete failure, were we?” Elysia said, pointing at Miss Purple Fairy.

“It’s different, Elysia,” Eden shook her head.

“We have already admitted our failure; we just can’t forgive our past selves.” Although they stood beside Elysia in the end, they watched Elysia sacrifice herself.

“Ahem, alright, alright, let’s not be sad anymore ♬~” Seeing the atmosphere growing increasingly wrong, Miss Purple Fairy quickly interrupted.

“Hmm, let me think.

How about this ♬~” Miss Purple Fairy directly transformed into the appearance of a Pink Elf.

“Elysia, how about this?” Erosion said, embracing Elysia.

“Hey, hey, Elysia, do you want to see your most magnificent moment?” “Elysia’s most magnificent moment?

What does that look like?” Elysia asked curiously.

“Then, next, please allow Elysia to watch my performance.” Erosion released Elysia and stood up.

As she walked towards the hall, Erosion’s attire slowly began to change.

By the time she reached the center of the hall and turned around, Erosion was already wearing a magnificent gown.

“This is the final Elysia, and also the most magnificent Elysia.” As she spoke, the style of the gown slowly changed, transforming into something suitable for combat.

Her hair also completely fell loose.

And beside her, two small, fairy-like accessories floated.

“Eden, Eden, this outfit, it looks like the one you gave me back then!” Elysia said excitedly.

Eden looked at the familiar appearance.

“Yes, this outfit was indeed one I gave you back then.” “So, Eden, do I look good in this outfit ♪~” Elysia pulled Eden and walked over to Erosion.

Elysia walked around and around.

“Indeed, Elysia is a very perfect and lovely young lady!” Elysia finally gave this evaluation.

“Elysia wants to wear this too!” Elysia finally stood in front of Erosion and said seriously.

“You can, if Elysia wishes.” Erosion nodded.

Then she extended her hand and placed it on Elysia’s body.

A pink light glowed around Elysia.

Finally, with a burst of petals, Elysia’s original clothes transformed into the same magnificent gown as Erosion’s.

Elysia spun a few times in place, then pulled Erosion over to Eden.

“Eden, Eden~ Look, aren’t we both cute and beautiful?” As she spoke, Erosion saw Elysia wink at her, and then she hugged one of Eden’s arms.

Erosion then mimicked Elysia and hugged the other arm.

Then, the two of them said together, “Eden, Eden~ Which of us is cuter and more beautiful ♪~ / ♬~” Looking at the two identical people, using the same tone.

“Alright, you two are both cute and beautiful,” Eden said helplessly.

Indeed, Elysia would accept her fate with joy, even if she knew her ending.

And it seemed that the Herrschers of this era had also inherited Elysia’s will.

Finally, Eden pulled the two Elysias and sat back on the sofa.

After sitting on the sofa, Eden looked at the two Elysias, who were smiling identically.

If she hadn’t watched Erosion transform into Elysia, she wouldn’t have been able to tell the two apart.

In terms of appearance, no matter how she looked, the two were exactly alike.

Their personalities were also very similar.

“Alright, Miss Erosion, please change back to your original appearance,” Eden said, a little helplessly.

“Mm-hmm, okay ♬~” Our Miss Purple Fairy changed back.

But she was still hugging Eden.

“Now, can you two tell us about the outside world?” Eden looked at Miss Purple Fairy and said.

“Yes, I can.” “Actually, in the outside world right now, besides me, there have been a total of three Herrschers,” Miss Purple Fairy said.

“Only three have appeared?” Eden looked at Miss Purple Fairy strangely.

“Yes, three.

So, I, Miss Purple Fairy, am not a normally appearing Herrscher ♬~” Miss Purple Fairy said proudly.

“Can Herrschers appear abnormally?” Elysia asked curiously.

“Yes, they can.

My appearance is very similar to yours, Elysia ♬~” “Did you also appear out of nowhere?” Elysia asked curiously.

“Mm-hmm, I, Miss Purple Fairy, actually crawled out of a computer!” “Crawled out of a computer?” Eden looked at her strangely.

“Mm-hmm, when I first gained consciousness, I was in a room with nothing in it.

Finally, I saw a mirror, and after passing through the mirror, I arrived in the real world and also gained a body,” Miss Purple Fairy said.

At this point, Eden finally understood why Erosion was so much like Elysia.

It was probably because that piece of Elysia’s data had gained sentience.

This was what Eden thought.

So, did this count as Elysia counter-corrupting the Herrscher of Corruption?

It might not seem tempting right now but who knows what the future holds?

“And If you’re enjoying it, drop a Power Stone for me!”
