Chapter 428: Chapter 425: The Dutiful Martial Nephew

Saintly Radiance and Saintly Bright were just about to speak up on behalf of Saintly Virtue Doist when it suddenly happened—while he might falter in other areas, his expertise in this one was undeniable, so he’d never commit such a rookie mistake.

But then, the next moment, both felt a flow of liquid burst forth from the lower back regions of their bodies...

To say it this way might be a bit inaccurate since they couldn’t feel or control the gushing warmth, but the warm sensation on their rears, coupled with the nauseating stench emanating from them, confirmed the unfortunate truth—the two of them had relieved themselves!

Within a twenty-meter radius around the four, not a soul remained.

Saintly Virtue Doist was stared down by the other three with gritted teeth, and Saintly Bright Doist scolded harshly, ”What the hell did you make, a pill or a laxative?”

”How can this be?” Saintly Virtue Doist carefully recalled every detail, but couldn’t figure out the problem. He could only helplessly gaze at the three murderous-looking senior brothers.

”Calm your anger, senior brothers! We should make a swift exit now!” Saintly Virtue Doist cautiously suggested, afraid a wrong move might result in a beatdown.

...

Due to this incident, the Shanghai University celebration had to end prematurely.

This infuriated the school leadership, and Principal Wu Qiang immediately erupted, ”Who invited those four?”

The surrounding went dead silent until someone weakly stepped forward, saying, ”It, it was Chen Guangnian!”

”Chen Guangnian?” Wu Qiang recalled the department head who had been repeatedly complained about for bullying impoverished students. Incensed, he shouted, ”Let that idiot know, each morning—not just that, right now—he should get the hell out of Shanghai University!”

The same person who had stood up earlier untimely remarked, ”But he jumped off a building and killed himself just days ago!”

”...” Wu Qiang was momentarily stunned into silence, then cursed, ”Then you get the hell out of here!”

Everyone else kept their mouths tightly shut, no one daring to provoke Wu Qiang further.

Wu Qiang had no energy left to continue his rage, only pondering how to keep his position as principal, while also realizing his political career might as well be over!

...

Saintly Virtue Doist, along with the three embarrassed senior brothers, fled to a restroom far from the Shanghai University hall, naturally attracting stares and laughter along the way.

Of the hundreds mocking them, three unlucky souls weren’t laughing, as, in passing, Saintly Radiance, Saintly Bright, and Saintly Judge had, on impulse, stripped off their clothes and tossed them onto the grass.

Watching them clumsily change into the clothes, Saintly Virtue Doist had never seen these three wear ordinary apparel before.

Seeing the ill-fitting clothes awkwardly draping over the three, Saintly Virtue Doist turned his head, pretending to be deep in thought.

He dared not look at the senior brothers, fearing he’d burst out laughing, which would be quite a predicament.

Saintly Radiance Doist stubbornly wore his long trousers like they were capris, while his T-shirt exposed his navel.

Saintly Bright Doist, looking like a clothes hanger, was dwarfed by oversized clothes, yet his shoes were comically small, with half his foot bare. He wobbled about like a scarecrow in a rice field.

Lastly, Saintly Judge Doist wore a top reaching his knees, pants piling around his ankles, and shoes so large they fit one and a half feet, making for an utterly ridiculous sight.

The miserable state of these once unrivaled masters was unforgettable, and the true culprit of this mess...

Their gazes felt like three sharp blades hovering over Saintly Virtue Doist’s neck, sending chills through him as if he were plunged into an icy chasm.

As the culprit put on a face of over-the-top despair, Saintly Radiance Doist coldly remarked, ”Saintly Virtue, look us in the eye and dare say you knew nothing of this beforehand?”

Saintly Virtue Doist felt wronged inside; he genuinely didn’t know why it turned out like this!

Especially since it would’ve been one thing if it were just Saintly Judge Doist, but all three had an accident in their pants, right after taking the pills he’d specially concocted for them. Now there was no excuse he could conjure up.

Hearing Saintly Radiance Doist’s words, Saintly Virtue lamented internally; it wasn’t due to a guilty conscience that he dared not confront them, but rather he feared even looking at them.

One slip where he couldn’t stifle his laughter and it might just spell his doom!

Saintly Virtue Doist tried to think deeply whether he should soil himself too, to balance things out so his senior brothers might spare him!

But then he heard two familiar voices, none other than his two prized disciples!

”Just yesterday you praised the hospital visit as worthwhile, today you’re being foolish again!” the young Daoist said to the Black Daoist, ”Had I not stopped you in time, you’d have ruined our master’s big plan!”

The Black Daoist retorted, ”But I really don’t think that technician guy is a bad person?”

Hearing their voices drawing nearer, and upon hearing the Black Daoist mention ’technician’, Saintly Virtue Doist discarded thoughts of the chilling breeze below and attempted to stop them from speaking further.

Hoping to seize this chance to pin the blame on Xiao Tian—then he wouldn’t need to incite, the three senior brothers would go after Xiao Tian themselves.

But as he just opened his mouth, Saintly Bright Doist clamped it shut and pulled him into the restroom, bolting the door.

Saintly Virtue Doist felt utterly deflated being silenced by a hand that had just discarded wet underwear, which made him nauseous.

The four crammed into the cramped space; the other three were relatively accustomed, but Saintly Virtue Doist was suffocated to high heaven.

Saintly Virtue Doist couldn’t grasp why what the three had eaten could result in such a stench from their feces.

The other three glared viciously, answering his unspoken question: Had we not taken your pills, we wouldn’t be in this mess. Now, suffering the stink is what you deserve!

They closed in on Saintly Virtue Doist as he cringed against the corner, looking as if contemplating bursting through the wall, and gazed at him with feigned concern.

Just as Saintly Virtue Doist was about to speak—first intending to draw his disciples’ attention and use the technician to shift blame to Xiao Tian.

And secondly, he really was about to pass out from the stench.

From a reflective marker near the toilet, Saintly Virtue Doist saw his face turning somewhat ashen, wailing within that surely good deeds went unpunished!

He had genuinely and kindly used most of his savings to make alchemy for the three, and now he found himself in such a pathetic state, undeniably tragic and lamentable!

At that moment, voices from outside came in.

”Did you hear clearly last night?” asked the young Daoist.

”Of course!” Black Daoist confidently answered, ”I heard it loud and clear, the master himself said, if there’s pigeon blood, it’ll be perfect!”

”That’s good then!” nodded the young Daoist, saying, ”Alright, shortly we’ll go and check it out. If our uncles are pleased, maybe they’ll reward us too!”
