God-Level Special Forces Soldier

Chapter 387: Chapter 384: Sneak Attack

Obviously, Kings was a bit surprised by Wang Meng’s resistance. At the same time, his face grew colder.

What he expected was that Wang Meng didn’t dare to resist at all, honestly intimidated into standing guard, which would grant him face.

Wang Meng stepped forward, and a few Shanghai police officers behind him whispered angrily, ”Meng, give this arrogant foreigner a good beating!”

”Right! I’ve been annoyed with him for a while now, acting like everyone owes him a million bucks.”

As the two approached, the atmosphere became increasingly intense.

Kings looked at Wang Meng arrogantly, not taking him seriously at all, ”It’s too late to beg for mercy now! I’ll show you the might of us Brits right away!”

With that, Kings took a few steps towards Wang Meng. A large hand grabbed forward aggressively, sweeping with his arm, seemingly intending to take Wang Meng down directly.

Seeing Kings’ intention, Wang Meng retreated suddenly two steps, raising both hands to block. The two powerful arms clashed together, and twisting ensued.

Kings’ attacks were fierce, punching towards Wang Meng’s chest one after another. While attacking, Kings smugly said, ”I’ll make you regret laying a hand on me!”

There was a hint of chill in Kings’ tone.

The next moment, Kings increased his force. Fists and feet were in motion, clearly wanting to quickly end the fight.

However, Kings underestimated his opponent. Wang Meng had previously undergone a year of special training at the police academy. His physical fitness ranked among the top in the academy, which was why Bai Tao favored him and sent him to the West Bureau to become a squad leader.

At this moment, Kings’ left leg suddenly kicked out. Wang Meng’s right leg hurriedly stepped back, then his knee thrust forward, turning defense into attack, showing strength no weaker than this British guy Kings.

”This guy...”

Seeing his move blocked by Wang Meng, Kings was obviously surprised and angry.

To this point, this Wang Meng was tougher than he imagined!

Both didn’t know any Inner Qi attack, no moves. The fight was the most primitive clash of fists and feet. Just then, Wang Meng suddenly caught an error from Kings. His fist bypassed Kings’ heavy defense, hitting Kings’ chin directly from a bizarre angle, causing Kings to retreat a few steps.

”Great!!!”

Wang Meng’s strike succeeded, recalling Kings’ previously arrogant demeanor. The surrounding Shanghai police officers felt relieved and cheered loudly.

”You!!!”

Kings touched his mouth corner, now with a trace of blood! Had he actually been hit?

Kings stood on the spot, his expression getting worse. Suddenly, he shouted angrily and rushed over again.

Wang Meng showed no fear, charging as Kings came. The two engaged fiercely again.

Wang Meng grew more confident the more he fought, unafraid of Kings’ offensive. His hands struck drop and rise, unleashing an aggressive onslaught, pushing Kings to retreat step by step.

Seeing Kings being suppressed, countless British agents were all stunned on the spot.

Only Wang Meng didn’t notice that Kings’ gaze grew colder. At this moment, Kings suddenly sneered.

Wang Meng rushed past a few steps, bypassing Kings’ offensive, grabbing horizontally with both arms, locking Kings’ waist. He intended to take Kings down, yet captured by Wang Meng, Kings insidiously smiled, producing a military knife out of nowhere!

The dagger exuded an extremely sharp aura, and Wang Meng focused only on taking Kings down, completely unaware of the situation behind him. The next moment, Kings’ knife stabbed into Wang Meng’s back, blood spurted instantly, and Wang Meng’s hands lost strength. He released his grip and fell to the ground.

Seeing Wang Meng fall to the ground, numerous British agents looked on coldly, full of pride, without any sympathy. They clearly didn’t feel there was anything wrong with Kings using a weapon to ambush, rather they felt it was something proud.

That Kings actually used such despicable means to ambush! A sense of Shanghai police instantly erupted in fury.

”Meng!!!” Several policemen hurried over to support Wang Meng, glaring angrily at the triumphant Kings, ”You despicable beast, you actually used weapons to ambush!”

Some Shanghai police angrily attempted to rush for revenge, but were pushed back by the more numerous British agents on the opposite side.

Kings displayed a shameless smile, spreading his hands, ”Who said we can’t use weapons? Did I say that?”

”And who saw that it was me ambushing? Obviously, he ran into my knife....”

With Kings’ remark, the scene burst into laughter again. Kings also enjoyed the feeling of being a victor.

”You!!” A crowd of Huaxia police were furious, intending revenge, but now Wang Meng was seriously injured. Weighing the situation, several Shanghai police could only angrily support Wang Meng and leave the artifact warehouse, hurriedly driving to the hospital.

------

At night, in the luxury hotel located in downtown Shanghai City.

Jerry and a man were looking at half of the Double Fish Jade Pendant on the table.

The man was Heizi, ranked 19th on the Dark List, also Jerry’s father’s personal bodyguard, a long-time follower. Now Jerry’s family sent Heizi here, indicating the importance placed on this mission.

Heizi looked at the Jade Pendant on the table, marveling, having seen the Jade Pendant before in the UK. It wasn’t as brilliantly shining as now, and it could float in mid-air, which seemed unbelievable.

Sensing a unique power emanating from the Jade Pendant, Heizi couldn’t help but exclaim, ”Such a strong energy fluctuation....”

Jerry’s face was illuminated by the light radiating from the Jade Pendant, ”Father values this jade greatly. It’s said to contain enormous secrets. So this time we must acquire the other half of this Jade Pendant! Moreover, the Jade Pendant’s reaction shows that the other half is not far from us; coming to Shanghai was a wise decision.”

Hearing this, Heizi questioned, ”Young master, do you mean this Jade Pendant has a sensing function?”

Jerry nodded, ”That’s right. With the Jade Pendant in hand, they’ll inevitably come for us sooner or later!”

At this, Jerry’s face turned cold. Suddenly remembering a person, he said coldly, ”Besides, there’s been a local guy named Xiao Tian giving me trouble these days.....”

Before Jerry could finish, Heizi beside him had already said in a sinister voice, ”Young master rest assured. Once the matter is settled, I’ll naturally deal with him for revenge on your behalf!”
