God-Level Special Forces Soldier

Chapter 365: Chapter 362: Prisoner Interception (Part 2)

”Don’t mention it!” Yu Ningxue sat on the chair, full of sorrow, ”This time, the other side only sent five people. Yet, they injured more than a dozen of our comrades, utterly arrogant. The impact is very bad!”

”Sigh.” At this point, Yu Ningxue also sighed, ”It would be great if you were there...”

”Let’s go.” Xiao Tian pointed to the door and said, ”It’s no use worrying here. Let’s go out and look around, maybe we’ll find something.”

”Okay.” Yu Ningxue nodded and followed Xiao Tian out of the police station. The two drove a police car and started searching the city.

In the car, Yu Ningxue said, ”Not long after Jin Zhan was taken, all transportation routes in Shanghai were blocked. Inspectors are at all major intersections, so we can be sure he’s still hiding in Shanghai. He’s probably waiting for things to calm down before leaving.”

Yu Ningxue drove to the intersection where Jin Feng and the others disappeared at that time. Xiao Tian got out of the car and carefully examined it. This intersection led to the outskirts of Shanghai City, and Jin Feng and the others were definitely hiding somewhere in the suburbs.

From Yu Ningxue’s words, it can be determined that the people who came to break the prisoner must have a meticulous plan. Their hiding places may have been chosen long ago, and people like this generally have strong counter-reconnaissance abilities. The search is very difficult.

Xiao Tian and Yu Ningxue spent an afternoon investigating the area. They asked many people, and indeed some local residents saw a black van driving into the suburbs. However, they could not specify the exact location.

But this time, all the police in Shanghai have been mobilized. Xiao Tian believes that in less than two days, those people will be found. By then, he will personally take action and isn’t afraid of any more accidents.

Unknowingly, it was already evening. Xiao Tian and Yu Ningxue were a bit tired after searching all afternoon. The two directly found a restaurant on the roadside and went inside.

Yu Ningxue was a foodie to the core. On top of that, she hadn’t eaten all day because of the prison break thing. Now that Xiao Tian was offering to pay the bill, Yu Ningxue naturally wouldn’t miss this chance to have him spend.

Yu Ningxue sat on the chair, took the menu directly, and smiled like a child as she ordered. Obviously, all unhappiness disappeared in the face of delicious food.

The restaurant served food very quickly. In less than ten minutes, all the dishes they ordered were served, including fish-flavored shredded pork, crispy fried pork, several cold dishes, and a fish.

”Haha, this fish is good. I’m starting, and tomorrow we’ll continue the search!” Yu Ningxue said to Xiao Tian with a smile and then began to gorge herself.

Xiao Tian sat across from her, watching Yu Ningxue, a warm feeling swelling in his heart.

As Yu Ningxue was eating, she felt something was off. She looked up and saw Xiao Tian staring at her. Her pretty face flushed a little, and she said, ”Why... why do you keep looking at me without eating?”

”Nothing,” Xiao Tian smiled and said, ”I just think you’re very cute.”

”Ah??” Yu Ningxue obviously didn’t expect Xiao Tian to say that directly. Her face turned even redder as she quickly lowered her head in embarrassment.

Seeing Yu Ningxue like this, Xiao Tian laughed heartily and also started on his meal.

Just then, the restaurant door was suddenly pushed open. Several thugs came in, swearing and making a lot of noise.

”Damn, the protection fees have not been collected smoothly these past few days.”

”Alright, alright, let’s just eat first!”

Several thugs sat on one side of the restaurant. They ordered a few dishes and bottles of alcohol, and in less than ten minutes, some of them were already tipsy and started to talk nonsense.

”Haha. Did you guys hear about it? That Yunnan warlord Jin Feng came to Shanghai for a prison break today!”

”I’ve heard, I’ve heard. This thing spread throughout the Dark Realm of Shanghai today....”

Hearing those thugs’ words, Yu Ningxue, who was eating, instantly looked serious.

Then they continued:

”That Jin Feng gained fame in Vietnam years ago. He’s ruthless, keeping a group of retired veterans under him. He’s famous in Huaxia’s Dark Realm. A few days ago, Shanghai police arrested his brother Jin Zhan in an anti-drug operation. And today, he came for the prison break.”

”Jin Feng came with only four or five people today. All of them are exceptionally skilled. I heard Jin Feng broke into the police car amid gunfire and rescued his brother. He injured many police officers and escaped unscathed...My goodness, he’s impressive!”

Quite a few thugs were clearly in awe, too. After all, this kind of direct confrontation and escaping unscathed from the police was something they could only imagine.

”Yeah, so stylish...”

”Made the police call for their mothers!”

Bang!

As these thugs laughed and joked, Yu Ningxue could no longer hold it in and slammed the table. She walked straight to their table, angrily saying, ”What are you talking about?”

One of the thugs frowned and angrily replied, ”Where did this woman come from?”

Yu Ningxue retorted, ”They only succeeded due to a trick, and they’ll be caught in a few days. You guys better watch your words, or you’ll be arrested too!”

”Oh?”

One thug wearing sunglasses stood up, speaking coldly, ”Arrest us too? Looks like you’re looking for trouble...Ouch.”

The sunglasses thug, the leader of the group, intended to teach Yu Ningxue a lesson. But when he turned around and saw Yu Ningxue’s beautiful face and her perfect figure that few men could resist, a naughty flame instantly ignited in his heart.

The sunglasses thug licked his lips, eyeing Yu Ningxue with a mischievous grin, ”Wow...not bad, girl. Interested in going out with us? Don’t worry, you’ll be well paid!”

Yu Ningxue obviously didn’t expect such lewd comments from them. Her pretty face turned crimson with anger as she pointed at the sunglasses thug, furiously saying, ”You...pervert! Dream on!”

”Dream on? Hehe...since you met us, it’s fate...come, let’s take good care of you...”

Yu Ningxue’s figure was extremely perfect. With her delicate face under the dim lights of the night, she looked incredibly enticing. The sunglasses thug’s heart was already burning with desire.

Such a beauty, he would gladly lose ten years of his life just to have a taste.

”Hehe, come on!” The sunglasses thug took a few steps toward Yu Ningxue.

Whish——Bang!

At this moment, a sound came whistling from afar, and the sunglasses thug felt a light breeze brush his cheek. Then, a beer bottle smashed onto his face.

The force of the beer bottle was immense, shattering upon impact and covering the sunglasses thug’s face with shards of glass and blood. His sunglasses were smashed into pieces.

His already unattractive face looked more twisted and comical at this moment.

The mixture of beer and blood dripped down from his chin, and his face twisted with rage. His eyes scanned fiercely towards Xiao Tian, sitting not far away. With only Xiao Tian around, the bottle must have been thrown by him!

”You dare hit me?? I’ll kill you today!”

At this moment, the sunglasses thug didn’t bother with Yu Ningxue anymore. He directly pulled a switchblade from his pocket, clearly having lost all reason after being hit by the bottle.

”Get him and kill him!” the sunglasses thug commanded fiercely. Several other thugs drew their knives and weapons and charged at Xiao Tian. Their stance suggested they wanted to tear Xiao Tian apart.

Normally, Xiao Tian could use an Inner Qi Attack to easily eliminate these low-level thugs. However, considering this was a restaurant, using an Inner Qi Attack might destroy the place...
